The staff lacked professionalism, and the treatment process seemed rushed and unorganized. Despite paying a significant amount, there was no proper consultation or explanation about the procedure, and the results were not as promised. In fact, the treatment caused irritation and discomfort instead of improving her skin. When we reached out to the clinic to address our concerns, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. I have my before and after pictures and I have all the proof of the HORRIFIC results of their procedure. But its obvious their focus is solely on making money. Once they get their payment, they don't care what happens to you, even if their treatments lead to horrible side effects. Please please don’t risk your health and well-being for this place. I recently visited Derma Arts and met Dr. Oh my god! The consultation took way longer than I expected. They asked so many questions about my skin and explained everything in detail. Honestly, I just wanted to get it over with!

I don’t usually post bad reviews but their service is so bad and they are so unprofessional at what they do that I was forced to add a review. Their service will completely destroy your skin and they provide no after care. When you complain with them they turn a blind eye and refuse to cooperate. They will ask the entire money in advance which is the BIGGEST SCAM. Don’t fall for their scam. Protect your yourself and report them.

Hi went for my fillers but nothing done as per my expectations. I was not happy with the result and I shared the concern with the doctor but the staff and doctor were not ready to understand Infact no solution was provided to me even after paying them the good amount. It seems like that the clinic only follows one rule extract the money and after that they do not care if the client is happy with their job or not. Dr. Mitra showed very good dreams that your look will beautiful with fillers and eye brows shaping and told me that this eye brow result of yours will last for 5 years, because my eye brows were too light and i had a lot of expectation regarding my under eye fillers look, For which she charged 80 thousand from me. In which now it is being done in 5000 in any good clinic. Madam ji only colored and did not make hair, it looked like after treatment, I have applied eye brow pencil When I told Dr Mitra for this, she said, give some time, it will adjust itself, which did not happen. And fillers also no result Deep set eyes are still the same no result even after paying so much money. And my friend Sonia also got eye filler done for deep set eyes but it made eye bags under eyes. Me and my friend regret for the rest of my life as it was not worth the pain and money, if you want to waste your money , time and energy than she is the best doctor for fillers , eye brows .
