I visited the clinic for the first time today (1mar25) and loved the consultation experience with Dr. Radhika. My concern was carefully discussed with patience. I’m keen to consume / apply products and come back for the product review. Additionally i underwent a chemical peel session recommended by the dr. The procedure was done with utmost care. Samriddhi was my practitioner - she was a professional who asked questions, made me feel comfortable and did it really well. Definitely coming back for follow-up sessions. Thank you, team.

It has been a very good experience with Dr. Radhika. Highly professional and equipped with best knowledge and experience. I consulted her for my Acne and Acne scars. She diagnosed it very well and the treatment is so effective.I got rid of Acne and my skin texture has improved a lot. I have been under her care for 2 years now, the results are truly showing on my skin. I am so thankful and grateful for the services I have received here. The vibe of the clinic is clean and hygienic. The staff are very polite and make you feel comfortable. Over all I am very happy and highly recommend Dr. Radhika kopikar.

I visited Kopikar Dermatologists twice for my hair fall and dandruff treatment, and I'm really glad with the results. The treatment has been effective—my dandruff is completely gone, and my hair fall has reduced significantly. Dr. Radhika was very kind and suggested I go for an anti-dandruff spa and advanced hair spa to improve my hair health.✨️ Both spa treatments were extremely helpful—my hair felt nourished, moisturized, and healthy after the sessions. During my second hair spa, Gauri, one of their staff members, did an amazing job. She gave me a relaxing massage from my head to my back, applied the products very gently, and handled my curly hair with utmost care, making sure not to cause any breakage. I genuinely felt relaxed and pampered❤️ However, my experience with another staff member, Taiyab, was not as pleasant. He didn't handle my hair carefully and was quite rough while detangling my curls, causing discomfort. Curly hair requires gentle care, and I hope the salon can ensure all staff members are trained to handle hair types with care. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm happy with the results of my treatment.💗

My experience was really good in the sense that the doctors here are very competent, friendly and well versed in what they do. Would recommend.

All her reviews are paid once, I had been for basic problem like acne and open pores but my condition was aggravated, she is money minded and keeps glueing her other treatments, worst experience, a doctor shouldn't be so much lack of wisdom

My previous rating was 5 star for the doctor, 1 star is for the experience that I had few months back with the staff. One of the staff member was rude to me because I was 15 minutes late to my peel appointment, they cancelled my appointment. When I told them if you had to cancel my appointment then you should have at least informed me it would have saved my time and efforts of coming to the clinic. Even after this I was willing to wait for my peel which merely would have taken 15 minutes but they were still not ready for it (they still had 45 minutes to close the clinic they still have patients waiting in the queue).To which she replied that you are the one who should have only called us that too in a very rude way. There have been times when I have booked my appointment and been there on time but I still had to wait for 30-40 minutes or even for an hour. I never for once complained about it. But after that one unpleasant experience I never felt like going to that clinic again. Such entitled behaviour needs to be called out.

Dr just try to sell all the products to you. If you go for lip treat. She will try to sell soap, hair shampoo, dandruff syrum etc. also you pay big amount for the treatments like GFC but instead of Dr. Her assistant perform the treatment which is very risky. Earlier this was a good clinic. But now it has become a full business. Pls avoid this place at any cost.

Very disappointing experience as the doctor is focused on selling therapy and products. It felt she was a bit rude when you say no to a therapy. Not very attentive listening to the problem. Staff comes in with queries multiple times between the consultation and disrupt the flow of conversation. Staff has very poor knowledge and has no idea what going on and wait time is too long even after taking the appointment. A product prescribed once is often not available for the next time. I wanted to get a hair serum prescribed earlier and later when I went to purchase the same, it was not available and an alternate product was given, later I realised I was allergic to it. When I went to return the packed product, they kept it and said the balance amount will be adjusted in next consultation as they don’t have earlier prescribed product or any other alternatives. Or asked me to purchase something else. It’s not my fault that you sell such products. I have taken the loss and will never visit again. And will never recommend anyone to go there.

I waste 40k money but I didn't get any Result on my scalp . Minoxidil damage my more hair and scalp. Minoxidil is not suit for everyone. But doctor didn't say me that . I lost my many hair here

Booked an appointment with dr radhika. Arrived 5 min before the appointment time. There were no patients waiting or in consultation. But i was made to wait for 20 min. The point is not about waiting but its about professionalism and courtesy towards clients. One should respect other people's time . Also this the first dr in my entire life who insists on payment before consultation. With this attitude i felt i cant trust my treatment with her. Very disappointed. Staff is extremely rude mannerless and unprofessional.

I came after seeing your reviews and many hopes..! i have been following all the products you gave me even those products were much expensive but nothing works eventually my skin getting more worst and i stopped using from yesterday itself, Unfortunately my 22 days wasted my money also my skin. :)

I had very darkest spots all over my face my family doc recommended this, I started treating from July but to be very honest I have not seen any effect not a single spot has been lighten, in this 7 months I used costly products and did 2 laser sessions which was not too affordable but still no effects, after each visit I could see my bill is getting high and doctors was suggesting me more expensive treatment now I m using skinkraft's product and my 60% spots has been recovered that too only in 1 month, in this experience only my money and time has been wasted.

Very greedy doctor, was taking treatment from her no use...charges are very high....always recommends expensive products on which she must be getting huge commissions...for my appointment once I took my 6 yrs old son with me, I just showed his white pat ch on his leg she only said its a birthmark which I was also aware, just taking her opinion for that she too Rs 800 from me...i was very disappointed.

Have been visiting the doctor for a while but off late I have had very unpleasant experience. Did my hair gfc but there is no evident result. Also the staff does not care to follow up for you free session once the payment is made. All the money I had spent on treatment is wasted as there are no results.

I visited Dr Radhika Kopikar on 26 December for skin and hair treatment and it's been more than 4 months but i haven't seen any improvement infact the problem has got worse my skin was better before visiting her ...i remained patient and consistent with my routine whatever she suggested me but I am not satisfied with the result...the consultant fees, medication and procedure charges are too expensive and ineffective...i don't have problem with the charges but I am not satisfied with the outcome...i won't suggest anyone to visit her and waste their money and time ..in short i had bad experience with her and her team

Don't know from where all these people who gave her 5 stars come from, or was she that bad to just me. I'm writing my case, I took my Mother to her a months ago. She used to feel itching all over her body. To be really honest I've always valued quality when it comes to health issues. I went to her with high expectations, considering all these positive reviews that I came across. But in the end, I've never been this disappointed from a Doctor. My mother went to her with just itching complaint. But after one month on her medications, she had boils all over her body. So, I've actually paid her for worsening the situation. I've mentioned all the flaws that I came across: 1. She looks like, she's not even having the time to listen all problems that patient has. Such was the case, atleast for me. 2. The medications that she prescribes are ineffective or rarely effective. It's not that I or my mom was impatient, we waited for nearly a month for any improvement, but it only worsened let alone improvement. 3. When the medications were ineffective, She wrote n number of test some of them were not even remotely related to skin dissease. But, my mother took all of them. Reports- Normal in every single one of them. 4. The medications that she provides can be only found in her clinic or a medical store adjacent to hers. Atleast in my case. 5. My mother ended up having a nightmare of an experience. I remember, how difficult it was to convince her to go to another Dermatologist. Now she's afraid of all the Doctors, let alone a Dermatologist. 6. They charge even before consultation and they charge a bomb. Be it medications or consulting fees. I truly believe, Prices and cost are only an issue in the absence of care and quality. So, for this consultation even a penny looked too much to me. I've literally wasted my money. In the end, I want to thank them for horror show that I've witnessed. I would never recommend her to anyone for my entire life.

The staff is amazing doctor is also good , I guess my luck is bad that's y im still bald . I went for GFC procedure , then darmaroler it depends on ur luck u get hair or no

Sorry but not best treatment... I have pores on my cheeks i took co2 laser ...3 times ...but still pores r same no result...when u take the laser for a week only skin looking plain with same tone after week same pores n darkness ...i asked dr ..she said u have to take more laser and its too costly .... As she said i took 3 but no result....

I consulted for skin issue spent 2000 , 15 days with pain for the treatment. Finaly got remedy from local doctor with in 100 rs .It looks like to earn money from peolle to run Beauty parler and Beauty treatment Clinic. Better you go General Physian or Beauty parler which will save your money and time.

Dr,Radhika kopikar wants only business, worst experience Counsultancy fees are to high and to expencive.. if you are giong one time And every time she will try to make big bill And You have to go atlist 3 To 4 Times She dont have any Humanity And this was worst thing...

Too much costly treatments are there and results are zero. If you have lots of extra money then go. From receptionist to Dr. No one co operative neither friendly. I am very disappointed.

The treatment cost is very high and the result is very time consuming.. Also less effective. But, the clinic is well developed and the Dr is very nice.

Not happy with the treatment provided. My Skin has worsen after the treatment. Doctor not recommended at alll. Waste of time and money.

Punctuality is most imp thing in medical profession and she is not punctual at all and consulting fees also too expensive
