Oliva's acne treatment is extensive.They addressed my intense breakouts and instructed me skincare changes to prevent them. Especially during my consultation, Dr.DARSHANA thoroughly explained the acne treatment procedure, it's benefits and expectations.Her expertise & professionalism have made the entire experience highly effective. The staff name ANEETA is courteous & helpful makeing me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. Later i had a wonderful experience, as a first time i did an LHR procedure Patch test & i was little panic about the whole process, But the Staff JESNA explained the whole process to me and ensured if i was comfortable throughout the procedure.

I can’t recommend Oliva enough for their laser treatment. They solved my lifelong problem of pigmentation and uneven skin tone with the help of a few treatment sessions.

I suffered from cystic acne and hardly used to go out of the house. I tried every home remedy possible but to no avail. Then I came across Oliva’s website and booked a consultation for acne treatment. Just a few sessions and my acne got cleared up to 90%. I am forever grateful to Oliva!

I cross checked with Oliva about Laser hair removal pricings. On the phone call, they told me that 40% off is going on in this month of August for laser hair removal services. And then booked my appointment for the treatment. When I reached their Kochi branch the next day, they told me that offer is for particular services and not for laser hair removal and they told me a very high pricing. The receptionist at that branch told me to wait for sometime and after some time she told me that she is asking for the recording who told me about 40% discount on the phone call. I had to wait there for one hour and even after that they communicated that I can go back but there is no discount. Someone from Oliva staff gave you wrong information. Overall it was my waste of time and energy and they people are attracting the customers with 40% discount on everything and once you reach there they will not offer any discount by informing that discount is on the particular services and we have to pay full amount.

To sum my experience it was just a posh place not worth the hype. Their consultation fee is very high at 700 but their service is below par. The doctor i consulted was very causal and reluctant to help and rather just asking me to continue with whatever my previous doctor has prescribed. Why would I consult a new doctor if I was happy with my previous doctor😂😂 I guess they just want the money and don’t want to work for it. Overpriced posh place but with inexperienced doctors. That’s what my experience was on the whole. I would suggest you all not to waste your money here.

In 2022, after a friend’s recommendation, I consulted Oliva for concerns about face tan and uneven skin tone. They advised me to undergo laser treatment. I paid around 35-40k for six sessions, but I only completed two. In October 2022, I became pregnant and had to pause the treatments. Since then, no one from Oliva has followed up or inquired if I would continue the sessions. It’s been nearly two years now. I find it frustrating that they require such a large upfront payment, whereas other clinics typically charge per session. I’m really disappointed and regret getting involved in this situation.

The absolute worst clinic to ever exist. I had done 10 sessions of laser treatment for upper Lip hair removal. First of all, they don't ever pick up your call. During covid times when I tried to reach them regarding the protocol for visit no one ever answered. They would just keep you waiting. Even the most recent calls to book an appointment have been unanswered by the Kadavanthra branch. Even after seeing missed calls they don't revert back. One of their technician had done my 9th laser treatment, He was very rough and aggressive during the treatment. Even when I had mentioned it to him that it was hurting he did not take notice of it and continued the treatment. He didn't apply enough gel and moreover did more than the upperlip. This left me with blisters and scarring on the side of my mouth which I am getting treated elsewhere cause they don't seem to care what happens after their session is done. No response regarding my injury and no action was taken. And the funny part is after this 10 sessions no effect has taken place. I still have the same hair growth. The place makes fake proposition on how you will see the effdct in 3rs session but no change can be seen even after the 10th session. A complete scam run by olivia clinics. Update: Its been more than a year since I posted this review, and I still have not received the refund they promised. This place is a scam.

To summarise, this chain of clinc's main priority is to take your money. If you have a good or bad experience is a gamble and whatever the outcome, the clinic doesnot care. My experience at the Oliva Clinic Kochi: they caused FIRST and SECOND DEGREE BURNS on the bikini area after a LASER HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENT at OLIVA CLINIC KOCHI and they sent high dose prescription medication without a doctor's signature or name to cover their error. The same clinic was visited in 2022 prior to this incident, for the procedure of laser hair removal for the bikini area, upper neck and underarms. During which a doctor's consultation was provided and ONLY after the doctor's recommendation on the laser intensity after examination of the treatment area did the technician conduct the laser hair removal. Due to adherence to proper protocols the procedure was completed without any incident. Due to a successful treatment, the same clinic was revisited again on 13th March, 2024. This time the same clinic provided no doctor's consultation nor did a doctor examine or recommend the right laser intensity for the treatment area. The technician in charge of the treatment used an extremely high laser intensity without consulting anyone in the clinic which caused First and Second degree burns throughout the bikini area treated for hair removal. At the site of the procedure intense burning was experienced immediately after the treatment which was informed by me and the technician consulted the doctor at the clinic Dr. Aswathi Raj who was supposed to see me before the procedure and she recommended applying fucibet (antibacterial) all over the burned area. The burning continued the next day and signs of first degree and second degree burns were visible. I applied burn creams to prevent further damage and the wounded site continued to peel and ooze at the site of the burn, which was excruciatingly painful in the continuing days and weeks. Upon the state of the unhealed wound, I brought myself to the same clinic and she requested photographs to be taken to share with the clinic administration to inform them on the extent of the incident. This visit was on March 19th, 2024. Upon seeing the photographs, the Clinic Manager Nithya Grace sent a list of High Dose Prescription medication for the burns along with the medication (Without a doctor's signature or name) to my home. I took these medications. For the span of 2 weeks there was extreme discomfort and difficulty to walk, sit, lie, sleep or go to the washroom due to the location of the burns and the continued presence of open wounds at the site of the burn caused an infection at the site of the wound. I then visited a dermatologist at the government hospital, on the 25th of March, she prescribed treatment for the infection along with noting extended depigmentation at the site of the burn which will also need treatment after the infection was treated. I on the 26th of March officially requested a full refund for the procedure, the cost incurred to treat the wound along with compensation for negligence and compensation for the physical and mental agony and the distress the burn incident caused. The request was taken to the Medical board of Oliva who comprise of doctors. They along with the Oliva management decided that only a refund was required after Burning my private parts and putting me through Mental and Physical agony. Later when I took my lawyer to the clinic, Bindhu M, the Area Manager after admitting their mistake TRIED TO SCAM ME by falsely promising to pay a settlement and Tried to make me Sign a Waiver Before settling the compensation amount. Now, we are Suing the Oliva Clinic. OLIVA Clinic Kochi violated my trust and has CAUSED IMMENSE PHYSICAL and MENTAL SUFFERING which is STILL ONGOING AND IT IS MY WARNING to THINK TWICE before VISITING this CLINIC or any other branches of OLIVA Clinic as they will IGNORE ANY WRONG DOING FROM THEIR PART EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR FAULT AND IGNORE YOU AS A CLIENT AFTER SUCH INCIDENT.

Simply waste of money...I didn't find anything worth there for 900 rs consultation....They just want to sell their products...

I had an unfortunate experience with this place that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I went in with a minor pigmentation issue, hoping for a straightforward solution. However, instead of providing a simple remedy, the doctor convinced me to opt for a laser treatment. To my dismay, this decision ended up causing severe burns and unsightly patches on my face. The doctor assured me that this was a normal part of the process and that the blemishes would fade within two weeks. But two weeks turned into six to eight months of anxiety and frustration as I sought the expertise of other doctors to rectify the damage. It was an incredibly distressing journey, to say the least. What bothered me the most about this experience was the feeling of being misled and pressured into treatments that were clearly not suitable for my condition. It was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had in my life. After following their medication for 3-4 months and not seeing any results for my burns from laser , I consulted other doctors and my pigmentation , patches burns were not only resolved, but my skin also started to regain its natural health, all by only applying creams I hope that by sharing my experience, others can make informed decisions and avoid the same pitfalls I encountered. doing such treatments. I did the treatment to make my skin look better , but instead i had a mental trauma and depression because i couldn’t leave my home, meet people or have conversations. I was fully depressed. It almost took one year to just come out of the burns from laser treatment. I hope people carefully think about treatments because we think the doctor is honest, and expect good results. I was very concerned of side effects, he told me this laser no side effects and lied to me. If he would have mentioned there is at-least 10% chance of burns or patches i would have never done the treatment . I hope people who faced such issues come forward and share their experience. Not only this clinic, be careful with other clinics too. Do your own research before doing anything. Don’t blindly trust the doctors

Their service is horrible. You could see that the staffs were acting friendly just to put up a front. They made me wait for hours even though I made reservations. The prices were also too high for their treatments. I did laser here and they literally burnt my skin. They were too rough with the treatment. I had scars for months on my face due to the burn. I do not recommend this place. They also made us give them a good rating and review before I got the treatment on Google Maps, I guess? I think thats how they made good ratings in here to get more clients. That’s why I went there to be honest. Be careful of these fake reviews saying its a good clinic. For the people who needs another recommendation, you can go The Touch Medical in Vytilla. Their service is really good and the way they do everything is just perfect, I was really satisfied with everything there.

Last year, I was duped by these guys and was made to visit their branch in Kadavanthra. I called their customer care and specifically inquired for Hydrafacial, made sure with the call executive it is the original hydrafacial and not some duplicate version of it, took an appointment for me and my friend, and travelled to kochi specifically for this (about 200kms) and finally when we get that, we were made to wait for about 40 mins (remember the appointment) made us fill out a bunch of documents... and right before the consultation they very diplomatically informed that they do not offer Hydrafacial. Then there was a very nice drama... We are sorry.... your are mistaken... no one from our end would say this... we will check with corporate and retrieve the call recording... we will get back to you... and will do this... will do that...etc. One year later they discover whatsapp bulk messaging and now day in day out... they blast their ridiculous messages to trap more people for services that are offered by other clinics for 1/4th the prices and with much better customer service Tip to management: There is no point in sending messages and wasting money on your marketing, while to keep making your staff give false impressions about the services and lure them in to lobby them to buy them something they do not want in first place. Its CHEAP!

Spended almost a decent amount for my carbon lazer treatment as I had skin patches issue. After taking almost 8 session i didn't notice any changes..nor the doctor could suggest a better medicine .As she wanted to consult her senior Doctor for reference..it's almost two months after my session... till now I have not received any updates from the team..they were more interested in suggesting more treatments like under eye filler and gulcouthione injection..

So with my first ever experience with olivia kochi was soo disappointing and horrible. I felt it very much disrespectful and unprofessional the way their receptionist treats customer. So firstly its biased and based on your appearance. The more rich you look, the more chances of extortion of money and they provide such elite experience to you. So the initial treatment and hospitality for a customer is purely based on the possibility of money they can extort. I booked an appointment through the number which I found in their website and before I book I made sure the availability of doctor soumya whom I want to consult with and they also confirmed about her availability. Then I travelled 140km just to meet that doctor on the respective time slot given to me. After reaching I was asked to wait for 10min which went for 45min and you really don't know what is the point of appointment then. Then when all the customers left Suddenly they cald my name and asked me, are you here for DrSoumya as if they didn't know that. Then they came up with an excuse that Soumya no longer work for them and she resigned long back. I booked the appointment two days back to the date and I am sure she didn't resign in that two days. It was a cheap trick from them to make the customer come to the clinic and then come up with some excuse so that they don't loose a customer. when I asked them how can they confirm an appointment for a doctor who is no longer working for them, one of their staff asked me are you going to visit the doctor who is available or are you going back without consulting her after so much of travel. I was shocked to experience the card they were playing desperately to extort money and fool the patients. Unprofessional and unethical dirty games for money. I decided to consult the doctor as I was left with no options and their comes the next play card. The doctor checks your scars in two minutes and decided for 16 months of treatment with zero assurance of result at an amount of 89000. They have got offers too if you are taking a package as if I was doing shopping in e-commerce. The doctor was not experienced and unconfident about the procedures she has to do. She said rest will be managed by the manager who actually gets the sales done. She comes up with a quotation and she will decide the number of sittings and start explaining the amount and will try her maximum to atlest push their products like suncream, cleanser etc for scar removal. Tat goes for 30min but consultation need only two minutes at a price of 600 per consultation. The funny part is that when the doctor says we can't achieve full results without completing the course of treatment, and i mentioned i wont be here after 8 months, the manger was so keen to make me do the sessions how much ever I can so that I will be getting results of those sessions with a price of 12600 each. I had to go for 8 session each in three different programs I would strongly recommend people to refrain from going such places and please save your skin and money.

I went there for Dpn removal. Although the cost of treatment was unusually high, I decided to proceed with the treatment. Firstly they applied a numbing cream and waited for about 45 minutes. The staff was so careless even at that as they didn't apply properly on the prominent areas and I had to endure so much pain during the process. The next after the removal, I pointed out at all my dpn that aren't gone and they said to come back with in 14 days and they will remove them for free. I went there again after a week and showed them a dpn still on my chin. The male staff working there at that time was so disrespectful and said this is not on the face, We can't do that etc. According to him chin doesn't belong to face. After some arguments they agreed with the removal. The people there are only money minded and care none for the customer satisfaction. The service is unprofessional as well. Writing this review after a year because they are still notifying through messages communicating their offers and all that coming from a clinic with the worst experience personally, is really frustrating. Watch out for money hounds like these. Take care.

This review is regarding the online consultation of the Oliva clinic and is not at all directly related to Olivia Kochi or any of the doctors of Oliva Kochi. 1: I had booked an online consultation with one of the doctors from the Oliva team and I was highly disappointed with the service/consultation. The doctor I consulted with was not really ready to listen to the patient's concern and she was doing the consultation inside a vehicle while travelling. She just gave the consultation for the sake of the appointment. 2: Since I was not satisfied with the first service, I again booked another consultation without even complaining about anything. I took an appointment with a doctor who belongs to Oliva Kochi. I got the appointment and on the day of the appointment, I waited for the video call link which In fact I didn't receive yet. I contacted the support team multiple times, made multiple calls, and sent multiple emails and there was no use in that. The last email I received from the Oliva team was that They can't give an online appointment for me since I live outside India. But, the funnier part is that I already had a session with one of the doctors a few weeks back. At that time I was not in India. They are just covering up their mistakes, not ready to admit that there was a fault on their side. I booked 2 sessions, In which for the 1st one I paid the money for a doctor who was not ready for the consultation, and the next payment I made just went nowhere. Kind of a CHARITY IT SEEMS.

Do not go here. Dishonest marketing strategy (bait and switch tactics) and predatory business practices. They don't list their prices online (even though other clinics in the same area do) and they do cost-adjustments based on whether or not they think they can rip you off (they call this customizing based on need--total BS). They will charge you a 600 rupee consultation fee even if you don't use their services (they don't list this policy on their website). They're doing business just by providing totally unnecessary and worthless conversations about their services that you can just look up and learn about using a Google search. Horrible and shady. What a disgrace.

Went to consult for DPN removal. Their cost was 6900 rupees. I got it removed from another clinic for 750 rupees. It’s a scam center they are running. Consultation fees was 600 rupees. Never recommend anyone to visit this center.

I bought a nhance minoxidil from the clinic and that was counterfeit.Bottle was not sealed. And also offer was given buy 2 get one free .How is that possible.This is medicine.

I have visited doctor here for PRP treatment, they asked me to pay an advance of 25000. Due to covid situation i stuck at overseas. I planned to change into hair transplant When i back kochi. But hair transplantation here is too expensive they quoted me 2.5 lakhs plus for 1500 grafts. So i wanted a refund of my money. They refused as policy doesn’t have refund. Ok i agreed and planned to do a consultation for my wife for her hairfall issue. Doctor is super friendly and she said that a 3 month use of vitamin tabs and hair spray could reduce her hair fall issues. I told them that we’ll be return overseas next week so she agreed to give 4 month medicines. Instead of that they gave one month tabs and 1 spray. Tried to call their all phone number. For gods sake normally they wont pick up. Finally i send my friend to oliva and asked to gave remaining tabs, it was out of stock and asked him to visit again coming week. Finally got tablets and it actually costs 8000 rupees. I got help from a friend to transport it to my country. Cost le extra. Received item and it was different product. Tablets for my wife and what I received was only for men. Called customer service no one pick up. Good doctor and bad service. Please choose correct clinic and dont pay money in advance……

Beautiful building very lovely doctor but are asking for over £30,000 rupees for Botox in frown lines between the eyes, some forehead lines and crows feet. This is an obseen amount of money and you should be ashamed of yourselfs for trying to rip off foreigners. Their are many other clinics that have quoted half this price. In all honesty you should be ashamed of yourselfs, and any other people wanting to go to this clinic please get quotes from other practices. Such a shame
