Excellent experience with Doctor Rachita.Her diagnosis and treatment is so fast that my problem vanished within no time.I and my family members visited her for our skin issues and remarkable improvement could be seen immediately after taking her treatment. Recently I got burnt on my right cheek.I came to her and after taking her treatment wound was cured without leaving any mark on my cheek. My daughter is also taking treatment for thin hair and after taking Dr.Rachita's treatment new baby hair are seen.Such a humble and cheerful doctor.

I had visited multiple doctor but Dr Ruchira treatment help my daughter recover the sun burn treatment and her behaviour is always good and polite . We had a great experience with her recommend to others as well.

She doesn't have solution for athletes. She only give generic treatment, not personalised for the patient's profession or lifestyle.

Went on Saturday, my appointment is at 5:20 PM. Reached there at 5:05 PM. Waited till 6:30 PM. They don’t value time here in this clinic. Greed has no boundary, take more patient than your clinic can handle. Let the patient suffers while waiting at your clinic.

After reading reviews on practo I decided to take treatment from Dr. Rachita Dhurat for hair fall problem.Her assistant did analysis of my hair.Doctor did not discuss with me the problem.She changed my shampoo and gave me one gel and tablets.I was not given any idea about for what they are giving me medicines and what is the real cause.First thing doctor should do is talk to their patient, but it was missing from her side. After one month also there is no improvement in my hair condition.I know that it does take time but the treatment should have shown some results.We know that you have so many patients to handle and for that you have kept assistant , but we pay rs 1000 as your fees not your assistant's fees. Will take treatment from some other good doctor.

I have been going to her clinic since 1.5 years for skin infection and it's still not cured even after doing expensive tests and following her treatment. She prescibes temporary medication and everytime asks to visit after few days taking 1000/- for each appointment. It's her trick! She doesn't even explain clearly the cause of the problem and suggest remedies even after asking several times. -ve rating from me.

I went to the doctor with so much faith.. But she is making much more money out of her profession. . I have tried her medicines but so any improvement. Also again when i went there she charged again when i went to give her the result of some test done which she wrote she charged again jist to see the report within a week again she told me to get the test done again at other center acc to her which she has not told me befr at the first. .. So the thing is she making money only without any concern of the paitient.

The doctor had misguided me, she had asked to do undergo biopsy of scalp wherein other doctor in just one meeting prescribed a perfect solution. She has only one treatment for everybody. Extremely disappointed meeting her. She had wasted too much time. Please don't visit her at all.

I think even this 1 Star is more for Dr.Rachita Dhaurat, She is arrogant, rude and most unprofessional doctor I have ever visited, Intially I was diagonosed incorrectly by her assistant and kept on medication which excrebated my condition, then after around 15 Days I went again to clinic to explain my unbearable pain and suffering, Mr Rachita just looked at my condition and not said just a single word, she just concluded some laser wart removal, I was in pain profusely so I agreed to get that treatment ( I asked her assistant how can she diagnose fungal infection instead of viral infection, to Which she replied 15 Days back it was fungal now it changed to viral, like really!!) after some formalities like consent form signature, patch test and payment, my so called operation was about to begin, i was in pain already as her "talented Assistant" tried to remove my wart mechanically. As the treatment was about to start she cleaned up my wart and was planning to about to inject the medicine to make the area numb, as i was already in pain and I am also phobic of needles , So I shouted in pain even before her needle insertion ( Which is I guess very normal for someone in excessive pain and one who is even afraid to see needles) To which she lost her cool and said me I cannot treat you, take your money back, go to some other doctor!!! Then I requested her not to leave me in middle as I am in pain to which she agreed ( I literally bagging for treatment) but after seeing all patients!!! I waited earlier for 1 Hour and now also I waited for another 1 Hour, I was in pan, but she didnot even bothered to attend me, finally I took my money and came back, now the points which I wanted to highlight are: 1) How can she allow so unqualified and unproffessional assistant to treat on her behalf, In the prescription her name was mentioned not her assistant name 2) A doctor is next to God, how can she leave a patient in pain in middle of treatment,(just bacause I shouted in pain because of needle phobia!!) Its very unproffesional and indifferent behaviour least expected from doctor of her stature . Finally I would say that I am really dissappointed by her appoach and lack of empathy for patients, I was in pain and waited for long and unfortunately all clinics were also closed by that time, I am writing it with pain and tears in my eyes, Mrs. Rachita Dhurat only brand name is not everything, its important to come to level of patients and treat them, I would rather prefer doctor with low stature but empathy for patients. Suppose someone near and dear to you was at same position as me and doctor leaves her just because she shouted in pain, How will you feel, kindly think and treat the patients with kindness and care.

I went there to get acne treatment and she was suggesting contraceptive pill. Also they will ask to get all medicines from there clinic.

Sounds a bit arrogant. When asked for clarity on a diagnosis, she asked to read more on Google. Really? is this why you charge Rs. 1000 for a five minute appointment?

The doctor is friendly but doesn't accept her mistakes. I had gone gone there for my acne treatment and it just got worse. She just starts to blame you if her treatment doesn't work. Also, her products are way too costly.

Shes a good doctor but very expensive. She prescribes expensive medications and face washes which usually don't work. I get a feeling that she promotes certain brands given from companies. I spent a lot of money there and she asked me to go for dermabrasion which was about 5k per session. I think the doctor should think about patients and try to give economical treatments.

Hope for better Explanation of the health issue, Treatment satisfaction, Value for money, Wait time this was 5th sitting with the doctor. Doctor is friendly and listen to the issue . initially i went with some boils and rashes and i clearly mentioned that i am Taking Augmentin which is helping me and the only reason i am visiting her is for rashes and dry skin but for 1st 3 weeks she just changed my medicine and kept on treating me for boils and rashes without looking at dryness which was the primary cause of the problem. post 5 sitting all that doc mentioned to me is that there is nothing that can be done and there myt be some problem with my surgery . well that is something i knew on day 1 and now i feel like wasting around 3k . In her clinic it is being mentioned is that "dont judge doc's degree on your google search" but i have come to the point where i think ill have to judge it now. She is one of the most reputed doc in Chembur area but doesn't seems helpful to me and might be to others. so i wont say that any1 should act on my feedback but definitely consider while choosing doc and interacting. Also even after appointment every time i had to wait for at least 30 minute to get in for counseling.
