I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Starting from the staff at the reception to the doctors, they were extremely helpful and caring. They behave in a very polite manner and address all queries you may have during your appointment. I went there for a consultation for my receding hairline. I was diagnosed by Dr. Rajendrani Majumder, who is extremely professional, listens attentively to your concerns, and suggests the best possible treatment and remedy. She diagnosed me as being at the initial stage of hair loss (stage 1). She thoroughly examined my scalp to check for any dandruff or hair thinning. She prescribed a serum along with multi-vitamin tablets and an anti-dandruff shampoo. The consultation fee was Rs. 700, and the total cost of the tablets and shampoo was around Rs. 1000, totaling Rs. 1700. I found the cost reasonable. Additionally, I would like to mention the clinic's exceptional cleanliness. It was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend visiting the clinic for hair and skin-related issues. My first time was good when Dr. Jindal was at the clinic. Next time, they made me wait an hour from my appointment time. I got treated for keloids. The scars are back again within a month. This didn’t happen before. On top of it, they raised the prices by almost 30%.

The worst thing I felt there is that these people force you to give a good review .. If you tell them not now later, then next time again they will force to give the review in front of them.. They force you so much that you cant even say no..Im not liking this behavior at all.. Apart from this, I did not find any of the treatment soooo good here.. If you go to some normal place other than this, it will be better . Compared to this, your expenses will only increase here. The thing is not that good. You should go to a normal place and get it checked ...

*MARKETING FRAUD* When called and asked about services the person said all services will be given 50%off, Also displayed a flex advertising "all service 50%off" Final bill 10%off ???? Cost of PRP 10700 per session ......u can get it done in 1/3rd the price from a better dermatologist in town itself . Service 2/5 Hygiene 3/5 Will not recommend to any 1 ....total waste of money . Oliva - atleast be honest!!

The environment was very very bad. Dr Rajendrani Mazumder we are paying everything so please take respect and give respect the way a doctor should. It is not an government clinic it’s an private we are paying for everything . The way dr spoke to was very bad loss of money. A perfect and a responsible doctor explain it weather the problem will solve by medicine or skin product or not direct they go the high paid treatment. What to say feeling very bad to visit here. Visited the clinic at 2:30pm waited and waited the doctor was roaming but we have to wait and consult the doctor at 3:30pm and consultancy went only for 10 min not more than that and dr Rajendrani behaviour was very very bad.

The worst clinic that exist is this clinic.Because of the Dr my allergy has gone worst and after prescribing the medicine despite my condition being so serious she did not bother to contact me…I was so much in pain and tried contacting her but she was never available..Worst Dr worst service worst clinic..You guys don’t understand the meaning of emergency….Things went so bad that I had to rush to consult another hospital but still you guys won’t bother ..The worst not recommendable at all

I visited Oliva 2 years ago for chemical peel, my issue wasn't resolved as I didn't pay much attention to building a healthy lifestyle, so now after 2 years I wanted to visit once again for the same treatment. I tried to book an appointment from practo but they asked me drop a text and gave me Oliva's number so I did that, after several hours when I didn't get any reply I tried to call Oliva directly, they told me to wait as they don't book appointments over the call, so I did, I waited for more than 24 hrs, my texts wasn't even seen, I called again, this time the lady asked me my details & told me she'll call me back in five minutes but I never received any call, I tried calling then again after an hour but nobody responded & no call backs, I don't know what is this behaviour, are they ignoring me because they we're unable to fix my issue earlier or what it is, I find this behaviour rude & have booked an appointment at some other clinic, if a patient is facing some issues for which they want to consult a doctor as soon as possible & this is how they're delaying things, then what's the point of visiting them. Just wanted to share my experience so that they work on it & somebody else doesn't have to go through the same. Never visted Oliva again for sure. 👍

I visited The Oliva Salt Lake Clinic in Kolkata to treat my chronic acne & scars last year ( i.e. Nov 2021). I had Consulted with Dr. Nidhi Jindal and she had given a treatment plan with 4 different procedures spread across 12 sessions. As they were running Anniversary offer around that time, I was given a quote of around Rs. 70,000 by one of the executives (i.e. after discount/ the original cost was around Rs. 1 lakh INR) for all the procedures. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go ahead with the treatment plan as I had to move out of station back then. Now (i.e. 23-12-2022) when I called the clinic to check on that, I was told that the price has been revised to around Rs. 1,30,000 INR and after their so called ‘Anniversary Discount’ I need to pay around 1 lakh. When I shared the hand written quote on official Oliva Letterhead which I received from her back in November 2021, the educative immediately dropped the price to around Rs. 82,000 INR. The funny thing is, I have acute chronic acne issue since my college days and have scars related to that all over my face, thus Dr. Nidhi Jindal laid out a plan to remove the scars from my entire face. Also to deal with pigmentation & skin tone enhancement and the pricing was given to me accordingly, however in my latest conversation, the executive tried to mislead me by saying they can even reduce the price if the doctor decides to do the procedures only on ‘my affected area’ and not on the entire face 😂 (* i mean can you beat that). I’m pretty sure the executive has all my previous records in the system because as soon as I called she could immediately pull up my details with the doctor name (*by my phone number). I honestly had a good experience consulting with Dr. Nidhi Jindal and was considering Oliva clinic Salt Lake- Kolkata Branch to treat my acne scar issue which’s been troubling me for a long time but now I feel a bit sceptical about their approach, even though I have no complains about Dr. Nidhi Jindal. I’m sure she is a senior dermatologist, and hopefully would do a good job but it’s the institute which I’m not sure about. Although, they claim to be the number one dermatologist as per ‘Times of India’, I wonder whether Oliva will be a reliable one and not just another money making entity. After all, it’s my face which I’m trying to treat. PS: I’ve nothing against the executive as well as I understand the person might have certain sales target to meet. That’s how these cosmetic industry run I guess.

I was there for having skin lightening treatment, dr Debarti dutta advised for laser treatment, before having the treatment she had given some cream cream to apply on the skin,after using this cream my skin was totally looking like burn,then I managed my skin with another dermatologist, very bad experience

After 2 confirmation from the call center we came to meet Dr Nidhi as a confirmed appointment. After 20 mins of sitting, when we asked the front office. We were told the Dr doesn’t sit on the day. What a shame!!!! To top it up- A junior doctors called Ravi comes to the front office and says, let the consultation patient wait for another 50 mins. Send PRP as their are regular customer. Indeed the value is to see Patient to customer. What is sad is your amazing decorations and English was unable to coat the mentality of being hungry for price. You lost a customer and I will make sure you lose more!

I went for 1year treatment in Oliva, Saltlake Kolkata for Pimple and LT treatment, and the result was ok initially, but later on after 3 months, pimple grows vigorously. It was a waste of money. When a brand like Oliva charges such amount of money and the result is not up to the mark, why shall we rely upon. Don't know about other branches of Oliva, but I had a bad experience with Saltlake, Kolkata Oliva.

I got bad result..after 3 sessions of laser hair removal , instead of reducing hair growth my hair growth increased..and side effects worsened my condition and I got paradoxical hypertrichosis..looking at myself at mirror I feel like crying at my condition..don't go to Oliva...

Called Oliva to know all the details before making a visit during this pandemic. The lady in the call center was rude and did not want to give any relevant information. All she wanted to do was push for an "offer". Either she is not trained or did not know the relevant details. Did not expect this from Oliva. All that glitters is not gold. True words!

Really not worth it! Visited this place for the first time but the doctor could not resolve my issue only! They pitched for their products! The way these people potrait themselves reality seems to be different. The products did not work as well. Not at all recommended.

All reviews here are asked to review and give five or four stars. Olivia is a trap. Better go to a family doctor or consult some known doctor. They just seek money.

I visited for Hair Loss Treatment Very bad experience ever. High wait time. Sales girls constantly tried to convince for plasma therapy without even doctor's concern. It is just like a salon.
