Recently I got a acne peel treatment here it's Been a week. heard from my cousin about this place. I'd say it's totally worth it. Throughout the process of treatment they guide you pretty well the staff is super friendly and cooperative. And talking about the actual results. I could see the results right after. Less dark spots. I came in for dark spots and active acne. I'm more than happy with the results I received. Even people around me asked me if I'd gotten something done.

I have been getting treatment for acne for the past one year. The results have been amazing, I am seeing great change in the visibility of my scars especially after MNRF procedure. Dr. Pragathi has been very supportive and understanding of my concerns. Looking forward to much more improvement.

My treatment's technician ROMA answered any questions I had in advance and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure. The actual operation went really quickly, and They made use of top-notch tools, and I valued the care taken to ensure everyone's safety. It was easy to talk with Roma and address my concerns and had the best experience so far

For acne scar treatments, Oliva Clinic is the best clinic to choose. Not only is my skin looking great, but the glow is something else only! The treatment did not dry out my skin but only turned it around for the better. I got to know so much about skin care and now my skin barrier is improved too. I went to Banjara hills Oliva skin care, I am done with one small procedure, Doctor and nurse from clinical side are very good and supportive, apart from that operations team will not take care on any thing. They removed tissues and replaced with hand towels in procedure room. I really don't know who's that it's pathetic idea. I don't recommend one to visit that center.

Got to know the doctor we booked was on leave, after we reached the clinic. I went for the first time and the doctor did not ask any questions to understand the issue and did not explain the causes or anything like that. Also felt the charges to be very expensive.

Extremely worst experience of my entire life. I got a call telling 40 percent off till today on all services and I went there from office during my office hours. Guess what after consultation they told only on package services that also 20 percent which is valid only for package services more than 40k. I have never ever been so much disappointed my entire life. You get people in your clinic without mentioning anything and after service you exploit them. Don't recommend this to anyone

Worst experience…!! Even after taking 12 sessions of laser for upper lip there is no difference also all my test reports that were suggested by doctors were normal..and not all the doctors would follow same protocol..!And please check your bills as the prices they communicate saying discount are different from what they bill. Will not recommend oliva for any treatment based on our experience. They attract saying discounts but at the end we pay the actual price only and if we complaint about not noticing any difference in the treatment they will ask to take more and more sessions 👎👎👎

I’ve gotten Oliva’s LHR sessions for a long time, my sessions did not get over but I haven’t been able to get another appointment. They haven’t been very good at responding and my sessions haven’t worked.

Went to this clinic for hair fall issue. But they are selling their products. With their product use, I am having more hair fall. I won't recommend anyone for this clinic, please avoid.

My name is sumanth ganga .i have visited to oliva banjara hills branch on 28th october 2020. I have seen an ad in Instagram and given my details . Later I have received a call from oliva so i asked some info about my requirement. They said its something and asked me to book an appointment. I have booked an appointment and went to the clinic . Literally their were no one but they asked me to come after 2 hrs , so I said it’s ok I don’t want any appointment and I will go back . While I am going back they called me again and said doctor is calling . Here it starts Pls educated people don’t fall in this trap and these fake people who give importance to their favourites. I went to doctor and I have the photo of prescription Wer I don’t find a doctor name or reg no even. They wrote something and sent back to some other person who explains various plans of procedures . They even given their oliva skin lighting product . It is worst. After using that cream my skin even got worst. It contains only good smell with no matter in it. I used to use retiage but they said it’s waste. So then I went to Chennai for another dermatologist and now my skin becoming ok. So now writing this review becaz we all are educated and we should accept any prescription with out doctor name or reg no or doctor signature . These people using Instagram influencers and promoting their business . Go to a place Wer their will be no advt. Use only international brands than this kind of own made products for making money. They have took my details and they said they will call me back for 1st appointment on 4th dec but they didn’t even called me till now how is my skin after using their products . They say something in phone and they make us to visit the clinic and take consultation . And they change the matter. Think twice wen u go to this kind of clinics .

Total fraud, I had a laser process on face and for removal of 2 small dotted bumbs and they combined both bumbs and now it looks like 1 big bumb and they are saying its not a bumb its just a mark which will go after some time, And now I am writing the review after a year because that bumb is still there.

Honestly only there products are good and there treatment cost a lot and my doc was very arrogant and no proper instructions are given and I heard the lady at the counter she was like "lutyngy tho pura he " and they give importance based on the dressing and peropols personality 🙂

High Cost. Doctors and treatment are good but the cost is very high and cannot be affordable by normal people. They will charge you arround 2 lakh for Laser Hair removal treatment for whole body.

Worst experience ever! With such incompetent and uncoordinated staff receiving patients and making appointments with the doctors your clinic is doomed to a steady rapid fall. Save it while you still can! The managing staff should be given negative rating.. and the doctor refuses for a consult even when the appointment was confirmed two weeks prior and cancels one day before the scheduled appointment! ARROGANCE IS GROWING ON THEM!! Do visit the clinic if you wish to be treated the same.

Very rude. Dr. Meghana shouted at me when asked about details of the procedure she advised (for example, acne peel composition and concentration). I was told that they will perform acne peel treatment. At the time of billing they informed me that they performed comedone extraction in addition to the peel and charged me extra. Without prior information and consent, how can they perform an extra procedure?

* Worst experience at oliva banjara hills branch, overhyped treatment, receptionist herself is a Counsellar explaining about treatment charges , playing dual roles, asking to pay token amount? When iam not even satisfied 1%, i havnt discussed with my mom how can i agree to undergo any of the advised treatments.. God i moved quickly from thr.. Doctrs have become so commercial No senior doc available, a duty doctr like me explaining me abt treatment whr i was not at all satisfied, I would never prefer anyone to visit such clinics whr money is a game for them..

We had been here for my mom's acne problem. The dermatologist/cosmetician suggested a costly one year laser treatment (costing Rs 70,000). A few minor changes were observed during the treatment. However, the end result was nothing, the problem still persisted. When asked about it, they asked us to extend the package at discount price to see changes, which is a joke. Overall, it is a damn waste of time and money. I would urge all the ladies and gentlemen to take a treatment, which actually cures the root cause of your issue for permanent fix than a cosmetic bluff like this. One interesting this is in the end of the course, they will offer a free sunscreen lotion if the place is rated is 5 star (see my previous 5 rating in the end). I believe all the 5 star rating are a trade off for the free sunscreen lotion. My previous rating: Amazing service and great results.

This Clinic is pathetic and BIG FRAUD CLINIC. The Manager sitting in front desk is a worst lady, she does not respond to patients properly. She doesn't know how to behave properly. She is a Big fraud lady and loot patients money with false treatments. The price in this Clinic is too high and cheating patients. Please i suggest everyone don't go to Oliva clinics in Hyderabad. They just steal our money🙏

We can give more rating for Maintenance. Waiting time in care too much high. Staff will not follow the schedules assigned to the customers. Always they delay the schedule. The treatment also not satisfied, it's my opinion. Initially they will start the treatment without any investigation. During the treatment they will suggest other treatment. I mean that initially they will say one procedure after some days they will go for another one. Totally disappointed with the treatment they provided.

The staff is polite and courteous. Was made to wait on a lazy day when there were barely any customers at the center. Literally, there was just one person who came after me. Imagine, there was a staff of at least 6 that I saw who did not appear to occupied. Anyway, I got my consult done and then was given a quote for the treatment (PRP). It's definitely on the expensive side. I found the same treatment outside for less than half the price. Not to mention how I when the tele-sales person told me there would be a free test done which costs about a thousand or more to justify the consult fee that was waived at competitive outlets. A part of it felt like unjustified (being nice and not calling it a scam).

I actually want to give them 0 rating. The worst experience. These people are more interested in earning money instead of treating people. I got laser toning done last year in May as doctor told me it will give my skin an even tone but within a week i started getting pimples on my face. I went to the doctor and she gave me Isotroin for the same which didnt help me at all. I called them and complaint about the same but they didnt call me back. Then I totally spend 50-60k for the treatment to other clinics like Reva and LeJeune for the treatment but i still have scars on my face. I would suggest people to choose services accordingly. The staff and doctor will suggest several services to earn money but it will not help you. The worst experience of my life, I totally regret it.

Have been taking this treatment for acne in Hyderabad Banjara hills Oliva branch which costed me around 50k including medicines, this was supposed to Permanently treat acne had been taking this treatment for 2 years now it’s of no use!!!! She have given medications which made me gain weight and create addional problems like body pains, hair loss and irregular periods. initially acne reduced with this medicine but it’s again coming back and MORE SEVERE than Before i started treatment!! When I reached out to them with this concern they have given a bundle of tests again this is the third time she have prescribed multiple tests which would cost me extra 5k every single time. Highly disappointed with their services! I was in fact the one who posted a 5 star review before but I regret it now
