Good treatment under observation of experts. Dr. Arti Sarda is very nice and friendly. Results can be seen within short period of time. All the things are taken care in very professional manner.

The staffs are really understanding and cooperative. And the technology used by them are advanced as well.I have been getting treatment here for the last 5 months and the doctor and the staffs really give their best to make sure the results are the best. This place is worth visiting if you are looking for skin or hair related solutions.

I have been seeing Dr Abhishek De from 2017. I visited him first time for sever acne problem. His treatment completely cured me. I suggested Sirs name to my family and friends too and all of them are satisfied with his treatment. Not only his treatment but his behaviour what I admire. I definitely recommend him for skin treatment. My best regards to him.

I have been visiting Wizderm for almost five years now, primarily for acne treatment, and later proceeded with CO2 treatment. Dr. Rajib Malakar has been incredibly helpful throughout, and I truly believe he is one of the best doctors out there. I hv hyper pigmentation prob.....only creams & solutions can't solve my prob....so I'm taking peeling sessions under dermatologist Dr. Aarti Sarda since last July & i find outstanding result as my skin becomes fresh & glowing

Had taken an appointment with Dr. Sanjib Chowdhuri at the Wisderm clinic Jodhpur Park Kolkata for 7pm on 21st Sept. While iam writing the review, the doctor is yet to see us and there were no updates given to us on the delay buthe doctor or clinic. After waiting for 1.30 hours we r still not clear when the doctor will see us. What kind of appointment/ scheduling is this? The doctor obviously is a busy person but dies that mean the patients don't have any work and can wait out hours!!! Simply unprofessionalism and no regards for patients, is what is can say......

Making sure they get 1 star. Been waiting for more than an hour and a half at the clinic. Was asked to come on time, and waited more than one would expect. I honestly at this point don't care about what great service they offer. As long as THE USER EXPERIENCE and their TIME is given no value here. And letting you know they will ask you to pay first and then wait in the sitting area, so that after paying you cannot leave. Such genius tactics. Very poor time management. No information is ever given on time. If you hate to spend time at home come to wizderm they will make sure you never go home and keep waiting for the doctor, while giving you false hope.

Please make sure Wizderm Jodhpur park get 1 star. At the time of appointment, they have always asked to come on time also keep more time in hands.., and waited more than one or two hours.this centre don't have any value of time and also they think that same thing happens for whoever is coming here. Staffs are so causal making gossips. Today I have test report appointment with doctor. It's 2 hours passed still waiting for my turn just to show test reports. Have to come only for 1 particular doctor in last four five days. Have no problem with the Doctor. Doctor is good enough. But I have suggested to my colleague and contacts not to come here as you guys have a very pathetic service in this clinic.

Very poor time management. My patient was asked to report at 5.30 pm at their Jodhpur park outlet for consultation but till now i.e. 7.30 the patient is yet to be asked to move to first floor. Normally after you r asked to move to first floor thereafter you have to wait for atleast 30 mins before entering doctor's chamber.

Patient name is Ruby Singh, Very bad experience - Doctors Surajit Gorai main aim is making only money not to treat the illness. He recommended only costly test. His behaviour is so arogant. I am not understanding that why no discount given on medicine by Hospital. Every where we get it so management should think about people money also not to take excess money. Doctor has called me three times but not given any medicine also consultation fee is increasing in each quarter.

I was totally disappointed with the system and the attitude of the people here. I have no issues with the doctors but with the clinic. I took my one year old twins to the clinic and wanted to tell the receptionists to make it earlier. My twins were about to fall asleep as it was after 7 pm. She told clearly that there are other patients and I have to wait till others finish. Though there were no other children as patients. I waited for nearly an hour and a half after which I returned without doctor' s consultation. Even then they did not ask me even once as to why am I leaving. It was astonishing. They were totally insensitive to the babies needs. I am not going to recommend this place to any other parents.

No Professional Behaviour. Never go to this place, low quality

Behaviour of employees is pathetic. Both male and female. I went for severe hairfall, with all my reports - vit d3 , ferritin, Hb, Vit b12, TSH. All were in the normal range, i showed them to the doctor - still he gave me suppliments worth rs 2638 per month. And asked me to come after 3 months! Total bill was above 10k / month! And not a single rupee discount on whatever you buy! Obviously - condition didn't approve at all , not a bit. And in between if you are having any issues you can't contact the doctor by any means. You have to go to the clinic - pay 900inr as visiting fees each time! They only care about looting you and behaviour is also pathetic. The doctors will only suggest medicines that are only available in the clinic not anywhere else - so u are trapped in the never ending loop!

The behavior of some employees at the clinic is very bad. I find the type of speech of female employees very insulating. They should learn to behave well with people . My request to the owner of this clinic is to pay special attention to this issue .

The worst experience i ever had, firstly i was told that doctor time starts from 4 pm for that reason i visited the clinic at 4:15 pm, but when I visited the receptionist to enter my name she got confused and told that she think doctor left the clinic still she get inside and came back with the confirmation that doctor is still there. Secondly, she gives me a form to fill up then when I just finished my form there was no receptionist to entertain us after that I saw the doctor is leaving the clinic thank god I knew the doctor otherwise I would have to leave the clinic without meeting the doctor.Please improve your service, only two split ac and a marvelous clinic will not heal a patient. Worst service got till date and another thing it's your responsibility to provide good service to the patients and not only simply making money.

Dr.Sanjib Chowdhury known as a skin specialist doctor also of a Fortis hospital doctor but he is a so causal and his medicine not result full. I was only go for this doctor only for his experience not others. Every one be careful.

Extremely disappointed with their staffs and management.. They do not value patients time.... Doctors are no doubt very good but staffs are really bad.

The behaviour of few of the employees is terrible. Kamalika Das, Amit Das are few to name.There is no professionalism and discipline and clarity of communication. It seems they are having sadistic pleasure torturing the patients family. It seems they have been trained and reinforced with an insight that patient will have NO CHOICE but to accept their way. While I asked them repeatedly to help to meet with their managements, they are continually avoiding saying there is no management.

Dear Arpita, I hope you realize the fact that when the picture of my prescription is taken, it means your agency has the direct "PATIENT IDENTIFYING DATA" !!! What if this information is sold out to any insurance company and the company will immediately increase the health premium knowing my illness!!! Anyway, thanks for your reply. Lesson Learnt! And I visited in the month of NOV - 2022. Please check your system. The lady at the 1st floor took the picture of my prescription. And I hope you understand for confidentiality purposes I am not disclosing the name of the doctor. FYIP, during consultation he was accompanied by two trainee doctors. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guys, Just beware of this place. This place is a *** scammer. Some bunch of salespeople are operating there under the hood of "Doctors" !! Now some details: 1. There is a pharmacy on the ground floor of the clinic and the medicines the doctors would prescribe can be found only in that pharmacy. 2. There is a front desk who will take a picture of your prescription. So, it seems there is a racket to capture the data of the medicines prescribed by the doctors. 3. My prescription is my private information. We don't know what this clinic would do by taking my private information. 4. And finally, doctor is useless ! Just avoid this place !!!! I had an appointment with Dr. Koushik Lahiri here. Kolkata has plenty of good dermatologists but alas my experience with him was abysmal. I am paying Rs 1400/- as consultation charge for the doctor who would not look up from his mobile phone to discuss the problems I am stating. He just listed out generic facewash , day and night cream ( commissioned products for him of course 'Fairlite'). He was absolutely not interested to listen what I had to ask or say. The consultation was over less than 5min and I have never wasted so much money on something less valuable. I usually respect doctors , but the respect should be a two way street. Hopefully, this will help some people who really save up a lot of money to go consult these doctors with a lot of hope and expectations. The clinic itself is well quipped and well maintained.

0 Star to be very honest! Very poor management. Preference is given only for tattoo removal & facial peeling. Now, they are even charging extra 100 for registration in spite of being a frequent visitor. The medicine shop is even worse, they will charge you the exact cost for any skin product without giving any discount!

I consulted Dr Rajib Malakar in wizderm, he gave me a cream which created allergic reaction. When I asked him for help he refused to see me in his chamber.

It’s dedicated to skin care and all pathological tests related to skin. The clinic is clean and well maintained. However it charges its patients for precautionary measures taken in COVID situations. It charges 100/150 as per their wishes. It’s highly unethical practice and has become major source of profit. Moreover it charges annual membership fee from patients even if they go for pathological tests. Collecting money for COVID precautions is highly unethical.

Worst clinic, with Zero results, under the guidance of DR Arati Sarda, she took 14000 for my glycolic peeling session and the outcome was zero, God knows for what they click picture n doesn't even bother to check for customer satisfaction. A big no to the doctor and clinic.

Employee are too much unprofessional as they never communicated back after saying we will get back to you. I have called them to connect with Dr on 28th & 30th August 2021 but till now no response yet as on 28th Oct 2021. As, they are always saying they are unable to communicate with Dr. ROFL.
