Also, Diet coach Bijy is an exceptional nutritionist as I am amazed with her exceptional knowledge over what to consume and how much quantity.

Been visiting this clinic since last couple of years. Staff are warm and professional. Laser and peel treatment for acne scars is very effective. Really good results with Dr. Harsimran. Earlier sessions with Dr. Priyanka have also given visible results.

Overpriced for the services offered. Subpar doctors who are really just looking to sell services rather than actually caring abut the patient's skin/ hair. Ive been a Kaya customer since 2019. Likely not coming back.

Nice session with Dr. Priyanka, wonderful affable staff. Only reason for three stars is their Receptionist guy Deepak,exceptionally rude and professionally incommunicative. Just witnessed him being rude to a girl requesting on some information, later I got back similar rudeness hence left that time finding no other authority for assistance.

My recent consultation was extremely disappointing. After being sent to a room, the doctor quickly recommended 4-5 expensive procedures and charged me ₹750 for the consultation. Later, a staff member presented the cost of these procedures, which ran into lakhs. The whole experience felt like a scam.

Poor management, after booking appointment for 2 pm they asked to wait for 30 min after wasting 3-4 hours they want to reschdule for next day. Doctor is busy. The behaviour of the employees is very rude. Totally bad experience.

I am very disappointed they told me on phone that 12 lazer session cost is 24k but when I visited the center they said it’s for 6 sessions Later they even charged a doctor consultation fee for rs750 They have bidder cost to all the packages they offer

Unprofessional and Money-Oriented Service, highly disappointed I am writing about my extremely disappointing experience with Kaya Clinic’s laser services. I have been taking their treatments for 7-8 years, and the lack of professionalism, transparency and accountability is shocking. I was visiting their South Ex clinic in Delhi for my laser sessions, but the clinic was shut down after COVID. Now, I have no records of my sessions, no updates on my progress, and no way to track my treatment history. When I tried to retrieve my records, there was no coordination from the staff, leaving me completely helpless. One of the biggest issues I am facing is the complete lack of transparency in their treatments. I initially started with a chin laser, but over time, the treatment spread up to my throat. No one ever warned me that the heat from their machines could transfer and expand the treated area. There was no discussion, no prior knowledge shared, and no consultation with a doctor to explain why this was happening. Instead of addressing this issue or even asking for my feedback, they blindly continued my treatments with no explanations. Now, they want to charge me more for the additional spread—something that happened because of their negligence in the first place. To make matters worse, one of their employees, Radhika, was aggressively pushing me to take more packages instead of addressing my concerns. She was extremely forceful, making the entire experience uncomfortable, as if her only job was to make me spend more money rather than ensure I was getting results. Now, when I actually need my records and clarity on my treatment, she is nowhere to be found—absent and completely unresponsive. For a clinic that claims to be professional, their customer service is beyond pathetic. There are no follow-ups, no accountability, and no proper tracking of progress. They are only focused on selling more packages without ensuring customer satisfaction. After spending so much time and money here, I deeply regret ever choosing Kaya Clinic for my laser treatments. If you are considering laser services, I strongly advise against Kaya Clinic. They are all about aggressive selling

Disappointed with False Claims and Poor Service I had a very disappointing experience at Kaya Clinic. They claim to have “new and advanced” laser machines for hair reduction, but that’s far from the truth. The machines are outdated, and the results are nowhere near what they promise. The doctors seem more focused on pushing treatments rather than giving genuine recommendations. Instead of assessing my skin and hair type properly, they insisted on multiple sessions that clearly weren’t necessary—just to make me pay more. It feels like they prioritize sales over actual patient care. Despite following all their post-care instructions, I saw minimal results. When I raised concerns, they brushed them off with vague explanations instead of offering a real solution. The lack of transparency and professionalism is shocking, especially for a clinic that markets itself as a premium brand. I would not recommend Kaya Clinic for laser hair reduction. Save your money and go to a place that actually delivers on its promises.

My daughter has been taking laser treatments for years, but there has been no proper record-keeping, no follow-ups and no accountability. There is a complete lack of professionalism and it feels like nobody takes their job seriously. The experience has been frustrating, and it truly feels like a waste of money. Would not recommend!

Most horrible experiences of all times, I went there for my pigmentation problem which was just on the forehead and little on the chin due to heavy typhoid medicines, Doctor Oshin Agarwal suggested high chemical peels and laser treatments without even diagnosing my skin. She started the treatments with very strong peels and lasers and then post mid treatment she went on maternity leaves. Later the treatment was took over by Dr Priyanka, she also continued the harsh peels and lasers which were only damaging my skin and overall face. After 6 peels and 6 lasers my face got burnt in such a way that now My both the cheeks and forehead got way darker than ever. I feel highly disappointed and demotivated due to this whenever I looked into the mirror, everyday it’s really harassing for me. I have filed a case also for the same against Kaya Clinic but they not in the given time, they replied to me after one month time that I’m doing all this to earn money…which is highly inhuman on their part. I’m waiting for the justice and please don’t go to Kaya as they won’t take any responsibility for damaging ur skin hair, money and time too the way I have invested in the hopes that I will get better. Kaya skin clinic is the worst clinic, and they just want to eat u up with earning huge money and in return trauma for life.

It's the worst skin clinic one can opt for ,I went for the advice only to improve my skin tone only ,they did so many treatments for money and they destroyed the symmetry of my face ,when I complained they didn't even respond fir the correction ,doctor over there is very bad ,she was not concerned about the customer's satisfaction, other people at the reception are behind money on lu ,dont trust their 5 star reviews

I have been to the clinic couple of days back for my laser treatment, felt attendant rushed for the service 45mins 4 areas were treated, within couple of days my hair started growing back, which wasn’t the case in 1st sitting which I took in Bangalore. No doctor was assigned to see and tell how much radiation to be given. Waste of a session. Disappointed.

WARNING: Never waste your hard earned money by getting any treatment done at KAYA GK2. It's better to donate it in any orphanage then getting the treatment here. The staffs here are all irresponsible and their contact no. Doesn't work anytime. There is no Alternate way to contact them in case of emergency other then driving all the way to the centre. Not only this they don't even prescribe the right treatment and after every 1st treatment course they keep in Saying that the patient need to undergo another round of treatment as these all depends on the patient's hormone growth etc.etc. They have opend an business only to suck money from patients in one way or the other. It is better to visit some well known hospital then going to Kaya. A legal complaint should be filled against them. The staffs here are too rude and have absolutely zero sense of customer services. Never ever waste your hard earned money at KAYA GK2

Visited this place recently, the therapist did a good job but it was annoying that she kept trying to sell packages/other services to me literally through out the session. I would have preferred some peace and quite during the session. It got in the way of relaxation, but other than that she did a good job. Update: I have been badgered with calls ever since my last visit asking me if I want to buy a package. They just don’t stop.
