I want to share my laser hair treatment at Dr. Lipy Gupta. I am very satisfied with experience. The doctor is kind and professional. My technician MAMTA was very sweet and handled my treatment with care and patience. She listened to me and I felt calm in her presence. Worst worst worst...experience I took face hair laser treatment from Dr. Lipy Gupta. She told me that you need six sessions for this treatment. But even after taking 6 sessions, I got only 10% result.After completing 6 sessions, when I showed my face to Dr. Lipy Gupta, she said, you need more 2-3 sessions. After that I took 2 more sessions. After that he said that you have the problem of PCOD but I do not have the problem of PCOD. After 1 year and 8 sessions, I have got only 10% result. Apart from this, hair growth on my face has increased..... I would like to tell everyone that you should not go to Dr. Lipy Gupta

even after taking an online appointment she made us wait for 2 hours no one was there to acknowledge our time , they were treating us as if they don't have any concern about our time my appointment was at 4 but my turn didn't come even till 6 . I was extremely disappointed with their service and went without any consultation with doc i would recommend you to kindly accept appointments in time slots so that patients don't waste their time they too have other works to do instead of sitting idle in their clinic . would not recommend this place ever .!

This clinic / doctor doesnt value your time. Waiting period is so long minimum 2 hours atleast. Doctors goes for procedure and surgeries in the mid while patient wait for them. You either stop taking appointment or walk-ins if you have a long procedure ahead or the bare minimum inform the patient. This clinic is just about making money and not valuing patients. Very unprofessional and pathetic service. If you have such a big clinic then atleast learn to manage it, just having a prime clinic in green park isnt enough.

I visited Dr. Lipy Gupta for a skin consultation and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During the appointment, she did not thoroughly examine my skin and instead quickly proceeded to write a prescription, which seemed to be a generic set of medications often used for various conditions. There was a lack of detailed diagnosis, and her communication style came across as unapproachable and unsupportive. While I don't mind paying Rs. 1000 for a brief consultation, I do expect a more personalized approach, where the doctor makes the patient feel comfortable and provides a clear explanation of the diagnosis. After consulting her a few times, I have decided to look for a dermatologist who will take the time to understand my specific skin concerns and then prescribe me with respective medicines.

I take a treatment on acne scar they have done micro needling sessions? But I don’t get any means 0.1 % change my skin so i have spend 20k it’s waste of money to go

I consulted Dr lipy for my 14month old daughter & myself, firstly the waiting time was too long it took us 3hrs which was very tough with the baby, the ointment she prescribed for my baby increased her whiteheads, wen I told her this she changed the ointment which made her skin evn worse and red, when I shared the picture I did not get any reply from her side!! She should have thought before prescribing such harass ointments for the baby!! And my medicines also did not work! Highly disappointed! I would never recommend her for any paediatric dermatology consultation!!!

After looking at the recent reviews i personally felt to write this review for Dr. Lipy. There are some serious concerns which should be addressed or else your business wont work anymore: 1. The receptionists are really rude. When i went to see the doctor they told me that the waiting time is 2hours. After carefully thinking i thought to wait. After waiting for an hour i went and asked the girl how much more time and her audactiy in telling me that i told you 2hours then why are you asking again. Bro i already waited one freaking hour and if you are saying 2hours more how is that even justified??? That receptionist thinks that we are consulting for free or as though its her fathers property. The day that useless women would be thrown out of her job half things can be sorted out. 2. No proper appointment schedules, since these receptionist or doctor whosover doesn't know how to give appoinments there's always rush in showing her idk how is that even justified that the doctor thinks she is the prime minister of India and we should be waiting for her. 3. For a consultation of minimum 2minutes, waiting for 2hours or 3 hours is totally madness. Kindly go to some doctor who have time to atleast talk to you. 4. The doctor has some premonition that some set of medicines would work, I understand that isotrotenion is a magical drug discovered in the field of cosmetics that is able to treat people but you should freaking know how much to be given. 5. She prescibed me this drug and my blood sugar crossed the border line. And i was more or less like paralysed for weeks as i could not walk properly and neither could stand for more than 10minutes. My legs swelled like hell and i had to rush to some other doctors and stopped her medicines. 6. I can't completely deny but she the facewash and other ointments that she prescibed did work for me no doubt, but the medicines prescibed are totally a big nooo. I hope she understands that she aint running a business but being a doctor is a commitment that she should fulfill.

Very bad experience with Dr Lipy Gupta. She did not listen to the concern, did not look properly at the skin condition. As soon as I walked into the room, she started writing the prescription. Needless to say the medication prescribed did not help at all. Another doctor who I consulted told me that diagnosis and medication was wrong. Very disappointed with the way I was treated. Doctor did not in the slightest seem to be interested in helping me , just made sure the payment is made. Do not recommend her

There are some places who try and create a feeling of being good by making people wait . When u visit this place you will find a huge waiting but not because the doctor is very popular but because they deliberately create a rush because of not having a proper appointment system and by giving incorrect information to patients. I Get very worried when I see doctors who don’t care about their patients . Beware of such places !

An absolute waste of time. Never seen a more incompetent staff. Just find a better facility.

Worst experience, all went well when I walked into the room but as soon as I started to tell my skin conditions she was totally busy with seeing the computer screen and her other patients and was not paying attention to me much, I went to her like with my full hope and here the worst part is those meds and face cream that she suggested was totally a disaster for my skin, I started to break out more, more pigmentation, more blemishes and after all that, the medicines that she suggested was not suitable for my body. Guys please never go to a dermatologist like her who only knows how make money out of her patients. Please do go for home remedies they are the best will take time obviously as they are natural but very effective and now I regret to waste my thousand bucks on her.

Pathetic experience. Extremely pathetic!!!! I went it for treatment of eyelid dermatitis a month ago. The medicines and ointments she prescribed in fact worsened the condition! She barely replies on WhatsApp after consultation, that too after calling her front desk 10 times! Will never visit again. Won’t recommend either. Waste of time and money.

Pathetic management and staff, will make you wait for ages and let other people walk in! No appointment system and no management whatsoever, doctor maybe good but there is no value of others time! Avoid this place!

My fiancee has been her sincere client! She would always visit her, every time we would be in Delhi! Only after repeatedly session and then comparing the price, we discovered she charges a lot! Also we are not satisfied with the results after all the amounts we paid! Personal conclusion - Not satisfactory experience both medical and charges wise!

I have had few virtual consultations with Dr. Lipy during the lockdown. So I decided to visit her clinic for hair consultation. As soon as I entered, the two ladies at the reception stared at me. When I enquired at the reception, one of them rudely replied that there is a 1 hour waiting and asked me if I was willing to wait that long. I agreed and waited for an hour. Post one hour when I checked the status, they told me that there are 9 patients before me and that each patient would take 10-15 minutes, approx. When I told them that I have been already waiting since an hour, she gave me a look as if I abused her! This is literally pathetic! I will surely put a complaint in the consumer court. Being medical professionals, they have employed the worst front end staff who are neither empathetic nor polite enough to handle clients/ patients!

I visited the clinic through some references. I am sure Dr. Lipy must be very good. 1) But I was made to wait for 1hour. I went to the counter to check about my waiting time, the receptionist seemed to have forgotten about me! 2) Rude and arrogant front desk girls 3) Of course the clinic gets clients because of the doctors, they don’t care about the clients. They are doing us a favour by taking our appointment! 4) there were many client's sitting in the waiting area, no hospitality. 5) receptionist will shout, mind you shout the name of the patient to go see the doctor. They assume everyone will know which door to go! 6) Hospitality is pathetic! 7) I left after waiting for an hour! With no follow up! 8) imagine, the nurses or assistants and the receptionists are just arrogant, talking to themselves. No one, not even one patient was attended by any of the clinic staffs, not even offered a cup of water!!! They were talking to all the clients in such a rude way! Even for a payment! Pathetic clinic! I went to the clinic for Dr. Lipy, but will never go again for the staffs there!!!

First of all the receptionist is very busy with her phone. No attention at all to the people. And the Dr didn’t have time to talk to the patient properly. We went to check for hair fall. Doctor didn’t even look properly to the hair. She didn’t bother to ask the history of water usage. Not even touch the hair. She was like what was the issue and we told him hair fall and then she wrote 1 serum, lotion and minerals tab and ask to check vitamin and sth test which is costing 3800 in their clinic but in outside it is less then 1.2k. They seesion finish is just 3 mins max and I can see most of the session with other people also takes hardly 5 mins. They are like scam and people who wants to earn money only. And nostly their pescribe medicine is not effective at all. I dont how many people gave them 5 star I suggest not to go
