Worse expeirience in the clinic.. pls dont go.. they prescribe the medicine first and told to visit again after 15 days and again medicine change.. they are sitting there only to grab the money.. everytime you invest approx.. 5000 - 9000 medicine cost in every 15 days.. 1000 rupees they also charge for followup visit.. There medicine don't work.. Very unprofessional behavior of doctors.. rude talking.. They don't deserve any star...

And if you want to clarify then he is start talking very rudely with their patients and he was recommended me wrong products which is gaing pimple or pigmentation on my face after using.

The doctor is rude and gives the same medicine for 5000-10000 per visit, which does not work, and 1000 to 1500 per 15-day visit, putting the patient in a loop.

The therapist happened to cut my upper lip which bled while I was undergoing a facial laser treatment. I also got burns in the previous session which the doctor dismissed as scabbing. The worst was doctor's response after the therapist caused the cut. She did not bother to even closely look at the wound. When I mentioned that this was extremely unprofessional risking the skin of the customer and questioned the training of therapist, she mentioned very rudely - 'Let's not get there.' After which I had to ask her if she could do something about the bleeding. She called another therapist to have a look at it to stop the bleeding. I have not come across such insensitive handling of situation at any other skin clinic. The doctor did not even bother to recheck if the bleeding stopped.
I highly regret going to Twacha simply because their doctors as well as therapists are unprofessional and extremely bad at their job ( having for laser done with two different therapists). Would not recommend them. It's a big 'No'!

Seeing the good reviews visited the clinic in Aug. got the Hollywood facial done but that has resulted in burns on my face and it has been two months but still not recovered. Have reached out them twice on the why this could have happened but their response was quite lukewarm. So use your judgement before availing any treatment

Had really high hopes from this clinic based on the reviews. Was utterly disappointed when Dr Tapesh Sharma bluntly told me, "I have other patients to attend to" when I asked him about why my skin is getting these acne. It was a video consultation, how can you say something like that? Please be a little considerate, consultations are meant to provide clarity and I paid for it.

Went to Dr Richa Sharma in july 2023 for eye related allergic problem..no improvement seen..doctor however sold me cometics that were quite expensive..same with my wife whose skin allergy could.not be cured by her..we were charged more than 10000 Rs and no cure..my view is that she may be good as a cosmetologist.the fee of rs 1500 for the doctor is way more than her experince

Terrible experience! My hand got burnt by wax. It was not a major one. Doctor suggested to put coconut oil on it which actually worsen the case.. it's been 1 week, I am struggling with the pain and too much secretion. He would have suggested some good ointment for it.

I went for the acne scar treatment. The wonderful treatment left me with even more scars.
It seemed like a sham to me and the practitioner seemed naive. I was advised microdermabrasion for acne scar without thoroughly examining my skin type which led to a reaction leaving more scars on my skin.

Dr. Richa had wrote a prescription for the face pimples and the medicine reacted badly.. Tried to reach her in morning and she reverted back in afternoon and convinced that she would tell some medicines to cure the reaction on face. it has been two days since i am waiting for her reply.
Really a pathetic experience with Dr Richa and i had a total bad experience with this clinic.

I don't understand why doctors don't realise that they lack empathy when it comes to understanding their patients. I have consulted Dr Tapesh thrice and I feel a disconnect where he is not really interested and invested in understanding my case. Medicines are given like a usual transaction without explaining their objective and it is like the issue is not urgent enough for the doctor. Doctors need to be reminded that when they are prescribing medicines, they need to mention the side effects too, even if it's something as minimal as upset stomach. Your treatment should have a larger strategy and not be based on making the patient come back to you again and again, keeping him hanging in the air.

A doctor is suppose to know what they're doing or recommending to the patient. In my third session the doctor was like "I'm not happy with the results" while checking my acne. It was me who was not satisfied with the kind of money i had to throw and she then recommended laser op for my acne which i i ced by doing yoga for almost a month without paying anything to anyone.

Bad for hair treatment. Instead of improving hair quality and strength, the hair fall got increased like anything. The doctor seems to apply common treatment to all patients irrespective of their hair texture, hair quality and need.

Dr Tapesh didnt check my hair and just provided the expensive tonic and shampoo to apply. I travelled so far so that atleast he can check my scalp and hair to treat my hairfall. On top of it if u r charging so much there is a basic etiquette to offer a seat to the patient butin this clinic when I visited with my mom, I had to stand throughout the session as there was just one stool to sit on. If you are calling patients and charging the fees than atleast properly check them and treat them properly. Never seen such behaviour elsewhere
I guess one of the basic thing is to check the patients scalp for the treatment. Talking and lecturing is not the solution. If u r sending family member on request than that doesnt mean they will be standing for 35 mins. Have some logic and basic etiquettes.

It was the worst experience of my life. It is a clinic full of quacks.I went in for a laser treatment four months before my wedding and instead of dimishing they worsened horribly.They promised a 90% reduction but it turned out to be a 90% increase in their appearance. Twacha skin clinic and the 'doctors' apathy and misjudgement gave me the worst memories of my life when I should have been the happiest.Till two days before my wedding I was struggling to hide the horrible scars that this horrible clinic gave me.I would not suggest this clinic to anybody.The so called doctors or I would say quacks are callous and apathetic.
