It's a third class clinic with no appointment system and the receptionist knows nothing. I was told that you have an appointment at 8 o'clock in the evening. I reached there before 8 clock. I waited till 9:40 in the night but finally my number did not come. I was the only girl there till the end. took the number of another man before me. I told the reception that I had left my two children at home but they didn't let me in. Finally I left in disgust. Don't fall on this rating. I was going for my skin treatment. I was given medicine only but never once did that doctor tell me what causes pimples on your face what should you change what diet should you follow you should not do this and not do that. Because they just want to make money. They just wants to sell their cream and tablets. They just wants more and more money from u... If possible I would have given negative rating. Please don’t waste your time and money. After her peeling sessions my face started getting these weird dry skin patches. After I told her that she said its some kind of skin disease and that I have to start treatment for that also. What a cruel woman, embarrassing the patients for sake of money. Please don’t fall for ratings and reviews. Also I know her staff is going to reply on my comment stating how it was skin disease only. But trust me, save your money and time, find someone less greedy for money.

Take your time to read my experience below, and do not fall in the trap, I consulted the doctor on the basis of recommendation by a family member! Though my problem major problem was due to the skin allergic conditions. Fairly during my first time visit, she eventually seem the things and said something severe to my skin and even though asking the name and cause of the disease, she didn't mention anything and started medicines costing whooping 3k + and even after asking her is there anything serious she eventually "of course it serious" - First thing to consider that his doctor making patients concerned about their health without any explanation or cause of the disease, Even after I took a follow-up for the second time, the situation remains the same. The previous medications, as well as body lotions and other hair-related treatments, were prescribed to me because I had scalp difficulties as well. She never said what kind of allergy it was. Though I took follow up following my first consultation on October 4th, 2024. During my follow-up, she recommended getting checked for skin allergies, which costs an additional 8k, as well as other photosensitivity tests. I insisted on a blood test first, which she consented to, and after receiving the results, I sent her receptionist a WhatsApp message in which she stated that the consultation was free of charge because you would be visiting in a week. When the doctor viewed the report findings, she could have easily given the medications online; via WhatsApp nevertheless, for the sake of business, her receptionist advised me to attend the clinic, and on Friday she underwent hair transplant surgery and told to visit on Saturday. Just because of her hair transplant patients, the patient like me who wanted to meet and show reports was charged and being so shameless they charged me for the visit. Even I requested that, I was coming within a week After showing the findings again, it was crystal clear evident that, and she also said that "B12 and D3 is very very low" Aside from the underlying reason of the allergy, which is a vitamin deficiency, she insisted again and again on skin allergy tests. Which costs more than Rs 8,000! And, while she prescribed the medications, she did not write any pills containing D3 or B12, for which I came to show her records and remind her again. I asked she write the pills for D3 and B12. And after the consultation, Though I didn't take any medicines or lotions from the clinic, her receptionist stole money from me that was previously mentioned as free of charge consultation! Seriously not recommended for any skin disorders or issues you may be experiencing! Do not waste your hard-earned money. After three scams - which are kinda consultations with this doctor. I took my problem to a general physician with over 15 years of experience. Same day itself. He diagnosed it as atopic dermatitis and eczema, which are common and treatable. And the underlying cause of the ailment in my situation was B12 and D3, therefore there was no need to take any other medications, nor was it related to such serious difficulties. As what this doctor said it's something serious. Before seeing a skin doctor like her, see a general physicians. Save your hard-earned money!!!! And think often falling in such traps!

Genuine Review (Hair Transplant)*** I work for MNC in pune, paid 400 for consultation. She is a beauty surgeon not MBBS Doctor. I recently had a hair transplant She called me in Spandan hospital for a transplant. It was too dirty even though I got a dress to wear for surgery, it had a blood strain and was stinky. Important: The whole surgery was done by technician only, she showed after half surgery however she didnt planted a single hair simply sitting,just to show she was present and sat for an hour and went away as technicians did complete surgery. Her husband showed up for 5-10 min just 4 hair trim not transplant also people are very rude after they get money. And also they provide an incorrect medicine bill saying it was used while surgery that was false. Forget about transplant hair she doesn't even know how to head wash after surgery, and told she would share a YouTube tutorial video if not done proper you would loose ur grafts. One more thing, now she might comment ur not our patient, because she plays a trick offer cash pay to avoid tax so no evidence of being a patient if anything's goes wrong. Wasted all my savings. Cheap transplant without doctor, dnt take risk and even my transplant went wrong and my wounds didn't healed ,what would you expect from technician. My worst decision of lifetime😔. Please don't fall in trap by seeing other's fake and marketing reviews..

Highly unprofessional, I booked an appointment a day before and they are calling me just an 30 minutes before that doctor is not available, if you can't plan the things why you took appointments.

This clinic was earlier called New Roots Hair clinic. At that time, it was run by Dr Ankuja Mhaske and Dr Nilesh Pund, both of whom are fraudulent doctors. I went to them for a Hair transplant a few years ago on the recommendation of a fake youtuber called Tannu Dadda aka Sourabh Chakraborty who takes commission from HT clinics on sending them bakras/scapegoats like myself for HT procedures. My HT procedures ended up being a failed one, all my transplanted hair fell off within a year and also my hair line looks artificial which can be spotted out by anyone. Their behavior pre- and post-surgery was very rude and condescending, as if they were doing me a favor through this surgery. There were red signals right at the time of the surgery which I failed to take into account then and that was they performed the HT surgery in their consultation room itself, and not in a sterile OT. They gave me a false reason of my failed surgery that my donor area was weak, but that was not the case as my donor area is very thick and is healthy. Their incompetence and deception cost me dearly. An HT should be done primarily by a doctor who has credentials in hair restoration, I doubt their educational qualifications are even legit. Dr Ankuja's bio on the website doesn't even mention in which field she has her degree in, it doesn't even mention that whether she has even done her MBBS, I think she has a BAMS degree. Another thing my surgery was mostly done by their technician team and on enquiring whether they are doctors or not Dr Ankuja's husband told me that the person doing the extraction of the hair follicles were doctors, but in reality, they were technicians itself. My life was ruined by these doctors and their fraudulence and chicanery cost me not only monetarily but also emotionally as my hair looks very artificial now. I hope a plaque comes to both their houses. Save yourself and never visit this clinic and these "Doctors" who for some money will play with your lives.

She won't respond unless she finishes her conversation on the phone so beware. Payment options sucks. Over a feedback Dr. Ankhuja Mhaske has gone down to personal level to defame us badly. I can't believe a doctor can get to this extent because of one single negative feedback. She kept harrasing me and my friends.We are not criminals and we did not do anything wrong. Giving review is our basic right and there is nothing wrong in doing so. She wrote everything personal about us on a public platform, this is medical negligence and against medical ethics. If any of her allegations were true, me and my friends would have been landed in jail by now. I wish she should concentrate more on her patients rather than attacking them and putting them behind the bars for truthful feedbacks.
