Absolutely unacceptable experience at this clinic. I booked an appointment for 4 PM, and they even followed up to ensure I reached on time. Yet, when I arrived punctually, I was asked to “wait for some time,” which turned into an endless wait of over an hour. The staff didn’t bother to apologize or give me any updates, just kept me sitting there as if my time had no value. After an hour of this nonsense, I walked out, utterly frustrated. If they can’t respect their patients’ time, how can one trust them with their services? Avoid this clinic if you want basic professionalism and courtesy.

I visited Clear Skin Clinic for acne treatment, but unfortunately, after the session, I developed many small pimples on my cheeks, which I’ve never had before. I didn’t have any major skin issues to begin with, and the service was disappointing. It feels like a total waste of both time and money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Dr soumya does not pay attention to any client. They will just do consultations with junior doctor. They pressurise for treatments. Recommend creams which are very costly. But again they again recommend for peeling and lazer treatment which is not feasible for new comers

I had opted for sessions for my face pigmentation for which spent nearly Rs 35000 excluding the products. First thing is whatever was promised did not happen & results were not at all satisfactory as promised earlier. Despite telling the same to the Dr Manisha even she agreed but looked seemingly helpless. Definitely will not visit this place again & totally not recommended as customer satisfaction is absolutely nil.

It is worse place do not visit here , people here are busy looting people they give appointment by the name of dermatologist and some associate person takes the session which are not at all helpful . Each time you go the will not tell you how long your treatment will continue instead will confuse you and give you some added session which are not needed also. Instead I recommend all of you to visit some Good Dermatologist near you .
