I had went to this clinic for my acne scars. They write very costly creams and medicines and I was given a medicine with fish content even though I am vegetarian and thankfully I noticed red mark before taking medicine.
When I reported them the same, they asked me that I should have mentioned it to doctor prior and asked whether I have opened the bottle or not. They completely blamed me for it instead of accepting their mistake.
I visited clinic again to return the medicine but they delayed the refund. I had to return from clinic as they ensured I will get in few minutes but I didn't and after calling them multiple times they refunded me.
Also the medicines made my face all itchy and dry.

My concern was not addressed properly even after visiting clinic multiple times. I had dandruff and acne over my scalp and was experiencing hair loss due to that.
Initially doctor prescribed me medicines for seborrheic dermatitis and minoxidil for hairloss. But the issue that i had was Folliculitis. Because of this minoxidil was making my situation worst and even after visiting multiple times my concern was not addressed properly.
Finally I took consultation from another doctor and now my folliculitis is cured and I'm successfully using minoxidil from last 1 month without any side effects. Most of my hair is restored.
My feedback is for doctor to properly examine patient's condition to know what the cause is before prescribing anything. My issue was not diagnosed and it got worst. I spend a lot of money and time which got wasted.

I had gone here for my alopecia in my beard. The cosmetologist said that I need to take thyroid tablets for life as I was at borderline thyroid. However, after going the ayurvedic route, my thyroid is now well under control and I was able to start a family without a single drop of any synthetic drug, all natural. And instead of going for synthetic steroid injections and all nonsense that the dermatologist suggested, we didnt do this and thank God we didn't because our life is amazing right now. Imagine if we would've listened to the advice "now you have to take thyroid tablets for life"

Bad service i was facing skin irritation problem so i went there for consultation. During consultation she don't ask my skin type and give me medication of other skin type .My skin is dry and all the prescription are oily skin type. I try to reached them but there are not responding.
