I came here for keloid treatment and I can see the results in just 4 sessions of treatment I would definitely recommend the service and treatments here. Other doctors recommend me to go for lasers n all but when I came here ,doctor made it very easy ,without any laser my keloid has already improved

Please don’t go in this clinic and please don’t wear your money. Charging huge amount and result is zero I spent almost more tha 1 lakh every time advertised there new product which is worst. If you want to visit this clinic though there is no patient you have to wait for an hour.. yes and one more important thing they call petitioned and ask for review if you give us 5 star review we will give bola bla treatment free so please don’t go on reviews.. and who is posted reviews for free treatment please no words for you 🤐 . I recently visited this clinic for fungal infection treatment. After 26days I went for revisit. Upon my first visit, I was explicitly told that follow-up appointments would not incur any additional charges. This inconsistency in their fee structure not only caught me off guard but also left me feeling deceived. It's unacceptable for a medical facility to provide misleading information regarding their pricing, especially when it involves patients' health. I urge potential patients to exercise caution when considering this clinic and to inquire about all potential charges upfront to avoid any unpleasant surprises. It is not the matter of money but the trust. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS CLINIC.THEY ARE LOOTING PATIENTS AND NOT GIVING RESULTS. My money Rs. 3600+ got wasted.

I'm requesting you to not take any treatment here. When we asked them why there is no improvement then initially they suggested us to wait for all sessions and after that they started blaming us, like we are not following their routines/suggestions. They are only giving fake promises and looting money at all. Everytime when we are visiting then they are just selling their new products & advising us to take new treatment. They are charging separately for laser/peels and telling us to buy mandatory medicines/creams for almost 15k to 20k. We almost lost 80-90k here and no results even after that. Worst experience ever. Please do not go there and not to fall into their traps.

Don't buy medicines from them. They will give you the medicines along with the prescription. They have their own products which are too expensive and unnecessary.

Very unprofessional. I wait 45 minutes after consulting just to ask If need to take follow up or not. I went their for wife’s tattoo removal. Initially recommended 2 sessions. After two expensive sessions they asked it might need more sessions. Staff has lack of knowledge. Waiting time is too much even after taking appointment. Doctor doesn’t care if patient needs suggestions after treatment. Reception staff was supportive but.

Skinovate's services are questionable; the therapist responsible for customer care exhibits unprofessional behavior. Initially, during the hair treatment plan's offer, she presented a pleasant demeanor, promising biometric, PRP, and laser therapy. However, after the 6-month treatment, there was minimal improvement, with only a reduction in hair loss that ceased upon discontinuation of medication. Upon showing the therapy's before-and-after photos at a hospital, they claimed it was a genetic issue beyond treatment. This contradicts their earlier assurance of successful treatment and hair regrowth. Despite completing payment, when contacted later, the therapist advised seeking treatment elsewhere, displaying discourteous conduct. I reviewed them one on practo as well but then she called and yelled on me saying how I can review like this, she is not the receptionist but the one who roams around in modern outfits.

Worst service ever. I took the treatment for 6 months for acne and marks treatment. The results were very poor. Attaching my photos after treatment and spending 60k overall. They keep on changing my medication as they didn't understand my skin type and problem in detail. They just try to sell their own products without proper treatment.

I did not had a good experience. I went for a mole removal and I clearly asked doc that you sure I won't get a scar. He said you will not and explained me the procedure why I'll not get a scar. I believed him and yet I got a scar. It's been almost 2 months now. So I would suggest, if you want to remove mole you find some other dermatologist. And also one more point it's too expensive. If you want to take a treatment then why they even charging consultant fees idk that too 700/- If you just consulting then I can understand but if you are taking a treatment you shouldn't be charged consulting fees. Worst experience of clinic staff does not have manners how to behave with people uneducated doctors and staff speaks rudely does not have any kind of huminity does not give payment to staff I have not seen like this worst clinic in my life people should avoid to go there for job .

hairfall treatment : my friend started hairfall treatment with dr Sushil in July 2021 as She was suffering from hairfall due to covid. Dr suggested mesotherapy and biocell treatment. Her hair fall didn't stop even after 5-6 sessions and even noticed 2 depressed atrophic scars with complete hairloss from theses 2 spots on her scalp after her last session. when she informed dr Sushil about her scars.. he didn't take any responsibility of it. so she visited other experienced Dermatologist and hair transplant surgeons. They told her that she got cicatricial alopecia from these treatments which had steroid contents...otherwise there is no any other reason to get dents with tissue loss in scalp. This is permanent hairloss and only solution is to go through 2 surgeries fat grafting and hair transplant to reverse this. She highly regret visiting his clinic.. worst decision of her life ever. She lost my time, money and precious hair. She does not want other people to go through the same situation due to the wrong treatment. please don't visit this clinic for hair fall problems.

I have been to the clinic at 6pm as per the appointment, the doctor came in at 6:50pm they asked me to pay the fees before i said have an meeting at 8pm i am leaving they asked me to wait for 2min but took 15 min to see me. I was in hurry because of my meeting at 8, do said i will remove the watt quickly and you will be free by 7:30. They asked me the advance payment for treatment, i was not sure about it since it may take some time. They said pay the fees and come with us so i thought they will start the treatment i paid the fees but they applied an ointment on watt and asked me to wait for 30 mins, i asked them when we need to have local anesthesia why we need it she said it will reduce the pain i was not happy but they left me alone for 30 mins but then again no one show up i went to the reception then they said yes time is up let go to surgery room and then they asked me to wait said doctor is coming and left after 15 mins i went to reception to ask for refund they were quite and saying nothing. then doctor came after 5 mins, i asked him you said by 7:30 you will be out not its almost 8 and i have a meeting now, he said wait for 5 mins job will be done he started working and by 8:30 the job was done. I missed one of the imp meeting of mine they were late and even after they aware of my meeting just for the money they kept lying and played a trick to apply ointment and get 30mins more from the patient. Never pay them in advance. Not at all recommended.

Zero professionalism. I went with Appointment blocked 14 days before and still on the day of appointment therapist was not available. So for me its worst amongst the places available in options. Many good places to opt for instead of this.

Worst experience ever. The receptionist is always busy in her work and least bothered about the patients. Charges are anonymous..they charge as per their wish and the negotiate in thousands. Not worth calling doctors...

My best friend had taken treatment from skinovate in 2016 for her acne scarring of worth 36000 and this fraud clinic ripped her of for money they suggested her wrong treatment of CO2 and after taking 5 seating they started saying that she needs some other laser procedure and started asking for another package that sorry' our skin expert was wrong and we suggest you take another new package since all the pain she went was in vain and had no impact. These people are cheaters who didn't refund her money even after accepting their mistake nor gave her compensation of her monetory and time loss. I recommend people to research thoroughly and then only go for their services because these people are looters.

Fraud Doctor!! Please be aware They a running a Scam and just want your money .. On 26th August 2019 went for a simple treatment of chemical peel to remove tanning .. The doctor told me so many things that we use Swedish products and they from our peel you will see difference from first sitting . Went for the 1 sitting and paid Rs 2800 I was told that the peeling will start in 2-3 days but till 3 days nothing at all happened !! I called the doctor and she assured me that sometimes it take 5 days. After 5 days also nothing happed and I went to the clinic and they accused me of lying that your skin peeled and I am lying !! What a bunch of crooks .. They were so rude and asked me to go and do complain to where ever I want.. I would not recommend this doctor or clinic to anyone at all.

Worst experience… they have damaged my face badly … I got black spots on my face after their facial … after complaining about it their response was to go and complain to police.. currently I am taking treatment from other doctor for curing it … which is costing me huge amount…. Not recommended at all …

I had a worst experience with Dr. Susheel Chaudhary. I underwent a treatment for back acne and for removal of marks left from temporary tattoo infection on wrist. The chemical peeling treatment went wrong and I had severe burnt skin and the marks are still there after 1.5 years and it's fading slowing. Worst worst experience...
