DR MUKHERJEE'S SKIN HAIR & LASER CLINIC

Took acne treatment for 6 months and can see the clear results. The doctor gives the efficient solution according to the skin and not just to fill the pockets. My colleague refered me here and her results are also breathtaking. He doesn't prescribe expensive stuff and doesn't even recommend just any treatment for money sake. He is genuinely good.

I recently had an ingrown nail surgery performed by Dr. Mukherjee, and I am incredibly thankful for his expertise. The surgery, involving the complete removal of the nail, was carried out seamlessly with excellent care from start to finish. It's one of the best in the locality. Very neat and clean. Well equipped with modern instruments. The behavior of staffs is very cordial. The most important is doctor mukherjee, how well he takes care of patients, behave like a family member, advises very well and takes very much responsibility for patients well being. Dr. Mukherjee is highly trained and professional doctor. He always suggests the proper course of treatment with minimum medication. He is very much polite and down to earth person. I would sadly rather give a no star to the doctor than even 1. Although the Doctor speaks softly and professional, the treatment had worse impact on me. I was suggested to do a Chemical Peel by Dr. Abhigyan Mukharjee which I did to improve uneven skin tone on the face. The doctor performed the chemical peel and it literally burnt my face. The treatment was for Rs 1000/- and I had to spend around Rs 30-40k till date to get rid of the scars caused by the burn. It really impacted in the worse possible way for my skin. The doctor tried to fix it later with lasers and 100s of creams but nothing helped. If you love your face, I would highly not recommend to go ahead.

I have been or rather now had been a long time patient in this clinic and of this doctor. While the doctor's treatment and conduct with patient during consultation are exemplary, I won't mince my words as to why this would be the last day I visited this clinic. This is, in my personal experience, the worst managed clinic in Pune. I was given a time 4:45pm for my appointment today. I drove 15km through the worst Pune traffic to reach there in time and guess what I got to hear from the receptionist. "There is too much rush today. We can't say when my number would turn up. You can check back at 7:30pm." Major reason? Doctor is busy doing a procedure when there are tens of patients waiting outside the clinic. Now this is the same doctor whose rulebook says that he does not do any procedure during the weekends to avoid rush. Even if this happened to be nothing more than an odd execption today, they could have at least intimated the patient that they won't be able to stick to their slots. And on later reflection, I realize that this is not an odd event where they don't respect the patients' time and money. There had been previous occurrences when I was told to come back and check back after 2 hours even after having a prior appointment. Those times luckily I had other errands to run. But this was the last nail in the coffin for me. I know Dr Mukherjee, that losing one patient won't make a difference to you, but it will make a difference to a lot of patient like me who value their time and money as much as you do yours, if you restructure your practice and modus operandi. We do need good doctors in the city, but in the non-emergency vertical of medical industry, we also need professionals who withhold the rudimentary virtues of a decent service industry professional.

I have very bad experience with doctor Waiting time is too high . Sometimes you have to wait more than 1 hour. No appointment system He is making money by writing expensive medicine. Since I stay in kharadi. I explored many shops in kharadi to get medicines prescribed by him but didn’t get. The medicine he will prescribe you will get only medical below his shop. Looks like making scam by writing expensive medicine and selling from downstairs stop You can check in kalyani nagar or nearby area also. You will not get medicines prescribed by this doctor

This Dr. is charging 500 appointment fees. And then making money by writing expensive medicine. These medicine are only one pharmacy store below his clinic I am sharing image of one medicine which is not available in any store in viman nagar, kalyani nagar At the end I get it from downstairs pharmacy store Looks like making money from selling medicine

Just to clarify- I didn’t get a chance to speak to the doctor. So, the receptionist was not ready to give an appointment when I spoke on call with her. She said there would be 30 mins waiting at most. When we reached there, she informed us that we’ll need to wait for about one hour or so. We agreed as we travelled almost 30 mins to visit the renowned doctor. As 40 whole minutes passed, we went in again to check for an update. Now, the receptionist again informed us that the doctor just started the treatment of another patient and it would take one hour more. Such service is not tolerable. The receptionist should have given us a time slot. The entire experience was a waste of time and money.

Worst Doctor, very commercial minded. The medicines prescribed by him are only available at the medical below his clinic. I had carried out a surgery with him which was complete failure, none of my moles disappeared infact I got few additional ones after the surgery. Not Recommended.

Pathetic experience .No prior appointments given to the patience which leads to long queue & wastage of time .I wasted my two hours unnessarily & lastly need to leave as the receptionist was unclear about the situation. The way doctors time is precious i think patients time is also precious equally so that shud be taken care n respected as we also get Saturday Sunday only .

I'm sure these rating are false as my experience was terrible. Unprofessionalism to the fullest - Doctor arrives 45 mins later from the time of appointment, literally forces you to buy medicines for an alliance store, within 5 -7 mins tells you something which you already know about your illness. Wow!! Totally over-rated through paid promotions.

I am giving 2 stars because this doctor can speak English. He is a con artist. For all those who think he is good let me shed some light on your appointment with him.. He would have asked you your symptoms, then asked what your were doing about it. Then he would go on to show you horrible photos which will scare you , then he will talk bad about the last doctor that prescribed you medicines like he is the best. His treatment , his approach to you with fear is all a gimmick. We are innocent patients with genuine problems and crooks like this guy just take advantage.. Unethical doctor . There are plenty more who will comfort you in your time of distress .

I would definitely like to give him 5 star but giving 2 star for waiting times and his mismanagement. He is fabulous doctor when it comes to treatment.. he gives correct advise and does appropriate treatment and is very cost effective too.... but he is very disorganised when it comes to patient management, he keeps both (procedure and OPD patients) together. He should keep both separate because patients who come for procedures has to wait for long and vice versa.. definitely it's not worth waiting for 3 hours just for your turn. And this is very common experience with his clinic .. he should keep both at seperate timing so that all patients get proper time and wait time will be reduced.. also he should maintain patient file and history which will help him and patients keep tack of their treatment. He doesn't maintains patient file and when you visit next time he doesn't even remember what treatment was given last time or what was suggested and treatment starts over again or sometimes patients has to say I want to do peel today or I want to do laser today, he doesn't have any say on that as he doesn't maintains patient record and line of treatment. These few things he should keep up to date, rest is amazing.. if these things are taken care then no one can stop him becoming number 1 dermatologist in Pune..
