I had a highly disappointing experience with this clinic. I booked an appointment in advance, only to arrive and find the clinic closed without any prior notification. This resulted in wasting several hours of my time. What's worse, there was no attempt by the staff to inform me of the closure, reschedule my appointment, or even offer an apology.
Initially, they were prompt in calling me for payment, but once the transaction was completed, all follow-up and customer service ceased. This lack of professionalism and disregard for patients' time and well-being is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against trusting this clinic for any dermatological needs.
Update - They only reached out to me when I posted this review. I had posted this 3 days after the incident!!! They had enough time to call and make this right but they didn't and the moment I posted this , I started getting calls and texts on whatsapp to talk to them so clearly they only care about the Google rating and not about the patient.
