Good experience . Beautiful clinic and doctor explained everything in detail. Only downside is waiting time for procedure and pharmacy. Spent more than 2.5hrs to get hydrafacial done and to get the medicines done . Also it would b nice to keep something good to read while waiting

I've been to several skin clinics, but Clinic 7 is by far the best. I saw noticeable results after just a few sessions of laser treatment.highly skilled dermatologist, effective treatments for specific skin concerns, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and comfortable environment, visible results after treatment, and a personalized approach to skincare.

My sister is a bride she consulted clinic 7 yesterday. They treat only for money not for our concern.very bad service. Her skin get worsened very much. Getting more itching and swollen.the all reviews are based on Collab don't trust them.very bad service

Very very bad experience with clinic 7.they done the treatment only for money. I have done a treatment on monday after the treatment i get very irittation and swelling on my face. I take the photos of my face and snd to them no one should respinse and they tell me like u should come to clinic the next day we go to the clinic no one should care we reached there on 5:40 and they waited us for long time . They have no value on customer.they get hype only on collab based very bad and disappointing service feon there. we get nice treatment on affordable price in kochi. Plz dont go to clinc 7 if anything happen to our face theyre not responsible they didnt give u any solution. Very very bad service

My wife had treatment with this clinic , we have done for 12,000 rupees . She is 23 now and brom the birth onwards she haven’t had any pimples yet After treatment one week later she started having pimples on her face and now it’s worse and i have informed this issue , once i have called them they asked to send photos thereafter they haven’t replied and i have messaged them many times , at last they told me they will arrange an consultation with the doctor and today they haven’t replied texted me to send money for the consultation. this people are not fit for this . Definitely you people will get the same . Very disappointed and i have lost my money ass well . Also this not about the money this about the issue we had and there treatment

Disappointing Experience and Lack of Post-Care Support I had a hydra facial at Clinic 7, However, on the very same night post the the service, I noticed slight puffiness in my left eye. At first, I assumed it was due to a lack of sleep, but by morning, the puffiness hadn’t subsided, in fact both my eyes, face was puffy, so I immediately contacted the clinic to inform them. Unfortunately, they don’t have an emergency hotline as no one answered my calls or responded to the WhatsApp messages I sent from 7:22am until 10:02 AM, when I called again. When someone finally picked up, the lady on the phone told me that customer service would get back to me. She didn’t even let me fully explain my situation. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor or doctor immediately because I suspected it was a reaction from the hydra facial and JLO add-on for which I paid INR 8500/- Later, the same lady from reception called me back and casually mentioned that the doctor was on sick leave but assured me she would follow up and get back to me. While I’m still swollen everywhere (Image attached) When I asked what could have caused this reaction, she mentioned it might be the serums used during the procedure. This response was both disappointing and concerning. There was no effort to explain the ingredients or their potential side effects beforehand, nor did they provide proper post-procedure care instructions. Instead, I was met with the typical dismissive line from this receptionist lady: “This has never happened to anyone else, first time we hearing a complain” Every individual is different, and clinics should ensure proper care is taken to address any possible reactions. From consultation to post-procedure, their main focus seemed to be on getting me to sign consent forms signed, rather than ensuring patient safety or offering meaningful aftercare. I strongly advise against using their services. The team at Clinic 7, both in operations and administration, demonstrated a troubling lack of concern for patient well-being. Their approach was unprofessional and careless. The only follow-up I received was a generic prescription and a vague assurance from the doctor that my reaction was “normal,” despite my express concerns. This is not normal🙈 I've done hydra facials before. When I inquired about necessary aftercare, the aesthetician provided minimal advice—just to wear sunscreen and wash my face with water, which is hardly adequate. It has been a full day since I've reached out, and I have received no follow-up or care from the clinic. This complete absence of responsibility or empathy is unacceptable. I categorically do not recommend Clinic 7 for any cosmetic services. Zero star. 0

I went to clinic 7 some 5-6 months back for acne and scarring . They recommended I do chemical peels and said that only such a treatment would be able to reduce scarring and pigmentation. Each peel costed ₹4000 and I had 4 of them done. Also on the 2nd session they recommended a deep cleanse which costed 2500( a discounted price according to them) . For reference, I have had acne since I was about 14 and I’m 23 now, so naturally I was desperate. I am well aware that this is a high end place and would cost a lot. But the results were mediocre at best. Seeing that nothing much happened from the treatments they went on to recommend another peel for ₹4000 and at that point I couldn’t spend anymore . For ₹18500, I expect to see a huge difference not just a small change . I continued using the ointments and sunscreen but one month after not continuing the peel my acne had returned in full swing, more worse than ever. Again, I am not putting full blame on them but at the prices they charge, one would expect better results and I won’t be going back.

Very disappointed about their behaviour and consultation,i have visited there for my sister they scheduled consultation time for 5:45 and we informed them that can’t reach at that time and they scheduled time to 6:15 when we reached there they were insulting us , the staff told us to wait for 5 minutes after some time they came and told that the doctor is not there …when we ask that they were telling they didn’t know that the doctor is gone 🤥 then why did they scheduled the appointment and told us to came ??very bad experience ..they have no idea how to behave with clients

Very bad experience from the lady in front office. I booked an appointment at 4pm. I reached there and filled all the forms and paid consultation fee. After she said that there are 2 persons in queue because I didn’t reach their on time. She is arguing that I booked appointment for 3.40pm.. Very pathetic.

I had consulted skin doctor at clinic7 for 3 problems (skin tags, wart on finger, and acne scars). I got my wart removed for around 800/- and hearing about the procedures for other 2 problems I said I am not doing that on the same day and got some facewash, sunscreen, moisturizer and a night ointment for my face before I left which was recommended by the doctor I visited there. The fw, creams and ointment costed high, as you may expect when you get medicated things which I am not pointing out as an issue here. I had my consultation sometime in March second half, and after that they said they will be calling me for review dates, which didn't happen till date. I am not completely satisfied with the overall experience.

My hydrafacial experience was awful. I did not see any difference on my skin at all, neither immediately nor after a few days. I had got hydrafacial treatments done from different dermatology clinics earlier. So I know what to expect. I had to wait for 2 hours for a hydrafacial treatment even after making an appointment but while I was waiting a celebrity came in and had to wait for less than 15 minutes only. The administration is absolutely inefficient. Multiple persons call you for the same reason while some things are not followed up at all. Patient management and time management are also poor. I'm never going back to this place.

Over priced by a lot, there are other clinics which provide same service with less price

I got a medifacial from clinic 7 thrn my face fully swollen snd itching and got my pimples on my face the thing was heppened judt 2 week before my wedding i contacted them snd tell mey conerns they have no response. They didnt atttempt my cal when seeing my number. Very bad service they have this rating only based on collabs don’t trust them if something happen to our skin they have no solution for us. So plz keep away from clinic 7. Very very bad service from the doctor and staff.. they have no manners like how to behave they want only money. I have very pathetic situati Now. Because my marriage is near my skin is worsen day by day.

The customer service was excellent, and the doctors were good too. It's been half a year since I underwent PRP treatment and took other medications, which cost around 25k. However, I'm still partially bald, and my results have been zero. It could be due to other factors, but I’m disappointed.
