I visited the clinic for a hairfall. I was prescribed medicine, oral and topical. I am seeing good results within 3 months. Hairfall has stopped. Glad with results.

Had a positive experience with the medications and laser treatment.

I visited her clinic on 30th October because of my acne condition and she gave me medications of 21 days . And on 8 November I contacted her team because one of their medication I face severe allergy on my face . My face was all red with swelling and a lot of itching. I called her team and she said that I don't need to visit their clinic she will get me checked through online mode but I just went to her clinic and there too they were just concerned about their fees . And the doctor was too trying to shift the blame on pollution . I have started taking medication from 30 October and if pollution would have been a cause then my allergy would have been there from 31 October only. I wouldn't recommend you all to visit as even after giving 1000 they are not even taking their responsibility.

Awful Experience. Couldn't even meet the doctor because their appointment management was so bad. The appointment was for 6:30 pm and they even called 5 minutes prior to make sure to come on time. But when we came, they told us to wait and additional ½ hour because another patient was late for their appointment. We were in a rush and had stayed nearby for 2 hours to make it to our appointment and the receptionist couldnt even follow the schedule so we left.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF AND OWNER!! No issues with the doctor at all.. But the staff and the chemist- these ppl bring down every thing.. they are extremely rude and unprofessional.. the rudeness of the whole place runs down from the owner to the staff.. we got medicine from them and called the pharmacy the very day we purchased medicine for exchange.. they agreed and never mentioned on call that we have to come down within 2 days.. when well within a 5days we went for more medicines and asked them to exchange the previous one, they started shouting and misbehaving.. either the pharmacy is not giving them enough profits or they are generally this frustrated.. no idea.. Dr deepti needs to teach some things abt being nice and good to her staff and that elderly man whoever he is there.. Extremely rude staff..

I visited Dr. Deepti's office today and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed quite disorganized in managing patient appointments. It was especially disheartening to encounter Dr. Deepti's husband, who was hot-headed and even shouted at us during our visit. He really need to get himself treated for anger and customer service. As a result of this unpleasant encounter, we decided to leave without proceeding with our appointment."

The chemist has a terrible policy and the behaviour is even worse. Wouldn’t recommend to purchase anything from the chemist. Really weird owner of chemist shop. The doctor and her treatment is fine! But all they know is how to fleece you, they just need money

Wahiyat doctor, ek no ki wahiyat services. They just make fool to attract customer pool, nothing else. Don't ever visit theri clinic. I've taken laser hair removal frim Deppti Srivastava, which was total waste as I din't see jara sa bhi result after that. Infact when the person was doing the laser, I felt that show was not given properly. At every sitting, I told her to give a proper laser shot, but in order to save money, the doctor hires new and inexperienced people, who don't even know how to handle the laser gun. Sirf result na milna hi ek con nahi hai aise inexperience logo se laser karana can cause a serious harm. Iske liye I'll never recommend to visit Dr Deepti Srivastava. Apni skin or paisa pyara hai bhai humein iske liye kabhi dobahar koi treatment ni lena yahan se or apne contacts me kisi ko bhi ni lene dena. Highly dissatisfied and frustrated I'm.

I am sorry to say but I have no improvement after 6 month of treatment from skin hair and you. All the efforts and money goes in vain. Hairfall problem still persist and hair growth is same as previous condition. I was came here after seeing your reviews on google and my experience is not very good after taking treatments.

Fake review har koi dikhata hai to be honest. Genuine feedback from my realtime experience. Went here with my mom for her problem on 1 day, felt like took a wrong decision to go here. She is so rude with patents that psychologically you will think she doesn't love here work. On 1st visit she talked to my mom very rudely. But I thought that's fine coz my mom issue was in bad shape. Took medicines for 7 days. Post that again we visited 2nd time. Again she talked very rudely. My mom was diagnosed with high sugar. She called me to complain about my mom and said to my mom you should have been hospitalised as my mom sugar level was high( high but not at level which could lead to hospitalisation around 334 was reported). Agar you say you are not a doctor for diabetes why you said to my mom tumhe to hospital main hona chahiye tha you are not a diabetic doctor. Though ab meri mom ki sugar is at normal level without hospitalization. Jab agar aap expert nai ho kisi stream ke then aapko patient ko guide krna chahiye na ki use galat tareeke se bolna chahiye ki hospital main jao. Koi bhi diabetic doctor doesn't say this. Har doctor has a way to say that patient doesn't panic aapko to meri mom us time cry kr rahi thi fir bhi nai dikha. Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist who made me travel 2 hours in rain and traffic and then denied my appointment saying i never made a commitment. And when asked to speak to doctor denied that too. And she was so rude. Avoid this place at any cost. There are much better services and doctors nearby.

Worst doctor of Delhi NCR. She just needs money. Me and my mother both have taken her treatment she couldn't heal any of us. Asked 1200rs. Fee for further consultation over a call.

Most of the reviews here are paid for. Scroll at the lowest rated reviews and look at how many people are complaining regarding the receptionist and behaviour of your staff and learn to accept some accountability at your end itne saare log jhut nai bolenge your rudeness is clearly seen in the way you are replying to people who had a bad experience instead of apologizing these people are blaming the customers only. Wow!! License of such people should be taken away. If you want to be treated like a servant while paying your hard earned money to someone please go ahead. Absolutely pathetic service. I went for laser hair removal treatment at the clinic and ended up with more hair on the face. On top of that she was unable to pin point the cause of it or provide a remedy for it. Instead I was asked to shed more money if I wanted a remedial treatments for the staff/doctor’s mistakes. Don’t waste your money here.

Absolutely terrible service. I had gotten laser treatment done and the doctor not only did not pay any attention but due the lack of properly carrying out the treatment it backfired and the problem was not addressed but was aggravated. It’s been such a long time and I’m still dealing with the consequences of the poor treatment by this doctor/ clinic. Do not suggest it for anything. Wasted a lot of money here.

Not recommended at all! She keeps trying to suggest expensive treatments for simple problems to make money. Doesn't answers queries properly. Gives irrelevant answers to waste time and blame patient for taking too much time for consultation. Prescribed me medicines of some local brand which are not available anywhere else. Money and time wasted. I am going to visit some other dermatologist now as the medicines prescription is useless for me.
