Pathetic after affect after the hydra facial. Warning to any one who considers going there Just updating my answer to your reply Naira aesthetics. Yes we didn’t take consultation with the doctor at your clinic because the allergy caused on my mother’s neck and face was so bad that we didn’t want to trust you again. Stop blaming your customers for not coming back when the experience was so terrible to begin with. We had to consult an actual dermatologist and it took a week to subside. Some times you need to take accountability, apologise and ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers and not blame them for not returning. Terrible! I’m not able to review them in another comment hence writing this here.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nirara. Despite following the recommended treatment plan, my skin actually got worse instead of improving. I expected professional guidance to help my condition, but unfortunately, I saw no positive results. What’s even more frustrating is that I spent a significant amount of money on consultations and treatments that didn’t work. I feel that my concerns were not properly addressed, and the overall service left me feeling unheard. I wouldn’t recommend this dermatologist to anyone looking for effective and reliable skincare solutions.

They make you feel welcome and the staff is nice but then you realise that it's part of business. It's pure gaslighting. In the end, health and beauty related industry try their maximum best to make money. They give you false expectations. It's like they hypnotize you and then convince you to buy their products. I consulted a doctor there and towards the end she asked me to take 3 blood tests, have supplements, and made me buy a hair serum. And the funny part is that I fell for it even though my prime issue was different. Thankfully I declined the blood tests and the supplement. But unfortunately I bought the serum. The hair serum does not even have a proper review and the ones that exist are 100% ChatGPT or fake. It was evident that they just wanted you to buy their products and services. They're not genuine. But they're good with their words so you fall for it no matter what. Profit maximization with psychological tricking. It's sad that the world is full of money minded people who tricks others. It shatters your faith in humanity. This is the sad reality. On a final note, I'm not blaming any of the staff or this clinic. But rather I want to provide my side of the story. Rich people will go here no matter what. But commoners like me, please keep this in mind. Be mindful.

Developed a rash after the hydrafacial there. The rash and itchiness hasn’t subsided even after two days. The staff was in denial when a redness was reported after the service.The whole purpose of hydrafacial is lost. For the high cost of services the professionals should have the knowledge on dealing with the various skin types. Go there at your own risk!!

Very nice scam center targeting middle age woman.From my personal experience I got beautifully scammed by there fake smily service.Ppl who go there don't think they care its just money it's just business spend on them wisely.

Disappointed with the service. I appreciate that the clinic is affordable but did not have a good result. I went for hydrafacial signature wherin my mother went in for hydrafacial basic. But when my mom discussed the steps of her procedure with me, it was absolutely the same for signature too. Whereas the cost of signature hydrafacial was much higher than basic. When enquired, the staff said they did different but i didnt feel so. Coz in signature they said there are more serums used, and it will give a bit more of glow and hydration when compared to basic. I dint find anything different nor did i get a glow there are dry patches around my nose and lips after this. Whereas my skin is generally not dry. Neither did i go in with dry skin.So hydration is zero too. Now, the customer support staff has zero knowledge on procedures, they just kept on uttering two words -hydration and glow. When i went for billing, initially the amount they said was more than what it actually was and then i calculated and found that the amount was more and then they changed. I mean, your billing staff should know to do it right. The doctor i met appeared very shabby too. I have done hydrafacial previously at a different clinic for the same price range. The process was amazing they had more steps and ensured good result. Whereas here, felt like the nurse just did it for the sake of doing. I even wonder whether she did the whole face. Also the nurses doesnot wear masks during the process. I could literally smell her bad breath when she came closer to my face which i feel is very unhygenic and unprofessional. I am so disappointed.

Very bad experience, only bussines mind people,

I had done laser hair treatment at this clinic. After my first section I posted review with 5 rating. My first experience was super. But after attending sections from 2nd to 4th I was felling very bad and I didn't get any result. During procedure they are not covering the full hair area portion. I noticed that the procedure they are chosen at remaining sections are very different from first section . From my experience after first section my hair growth was reduced but now it is doubled after each sections. I have complained from my 3rd sections but ther are following the same procedure and I lost my money. Finally no result. Good result I got from my first section has also gone. They are simply increasing the sections for making money only. I felt very bad services from your side.

After 1.5 years with Niara, I am deeply sad to say that Niara disappointed me with their extreme money-mindedness and gaslighting. They will lie and manipulate you to get the most money out of you with false promises. I don't believe the many 5 star ratings with no reviews are even real. I initially consulted Sonia when I was struggling with severe cystic acne and had already tried hormonal meds and antibiotics with no results. Knowing that I am against more antibiotics or hormonal meds, she recommended a very expensive cream called “Cosmelan” promising that this is the last resort in severe cases like mine to eradicate acne issues for once and forever. Only because she gave me her word, that I can finally say goodbye to my acne, I paid 15k for a small tub. The product says the shelf life is 3 months but Sonia assured me I can use it for longer than that. Now the product worked within 1-2 months and my acne cleared up. I was very happy and expressed my satisfaction but however but I still had many acne marks. So, they recommended various peeling and skin resurfacing treatments in order to work on the post inflammatory pigmentation. I continued visiting the clinic to work on the marks and slowly my skin started to get better. They also suggested to continue using Cosmelan. But the product had started to change in color and texture, it became very dark and also started to ooze moisture. When I shared this information with them on WhatsApp chat they asked me to discontinue the product. I had paid a huge sum for this but they simply asked me to stop using. I thought - anyway my skin is better so let it be. But within a few months, my acne came back. Same old cystic acne. I was shocked because Sonia had given me her word that my acne won’t come back after Cosmelan usage. I would have never bought such an expensive cream had it not been for her assurance. I felt cheated and sad that a doctor would lie and sell expensive products to a vulnerable and desperate client. When I spoke with them about my concern, their response was that "Cosmelan doesn’t fix the hormonal imbalance but will give clear skin as long as I am on it". Amazing! What a crucial and expensive information but given too late! Sonia conveniently did not inform me about this when she sold the product. Instead she gave me her word that I can finally say forever goodbye to acne with Cosmelan. Besides, they sold a cream that has shelf life of 3 months under the impression that I can use it for longer time, but the product went bad anyway. Now, this is deeply unethical and very very concerning. One is the blatant lie told to sell expensive products, secondly, the shameless gaslighting and not taking accountability for the harm/loss caused. After spending 50k+ I am back to square one, thanks to Niara Aesthetics and Sonia. I have to mention that the clinic requested me to visit the doctor so that they can see what they can do to fix the problem. Why would I go back to a doctor who managed to destroy the trust I placed in her when I was vulnerable?? Someone who kept gaslighting and refused to refund me or take accountability for blatantly misguiding me. No thanks, I will find some other doctor who has better humanity. In short, having plushy interiors and sweet customer service doesn't mean they have any ethics, morality or professionalism. Please do better.

First of all, I really appreciate the way Dr. talk to a customer. But she did not even conduct an initial examination of skin type. However, I had a bad experience from Niara Aesthetic. The problem I faced was regarding proper communication and lack of understanding by the dr. I was given an under eye gel, which is to be used only after three days of peel. But they forgot to mention the same and as a result I had to visit eye specialist twice due to burning sensation in eyes. And it persisted for few days. Also for another treatment the staff mentioned the charges differently. Only on the day of treatment I got to know actual cost. Obviously, the staff apologised and asked me to book another appointment per my convenience; I appreciate it. However, at some point I felt like they are more commercial and their major concern is selling the products and services, not addressing customer complaints properly. Treatment must be great, I have seen lot of good reviews and rating. But Niara Aesthetics should address this communication issues properly. More time should be devoted to explaining things to clients. I won't be going there again or suggest this place to anyone as I don't know what they will forget to communicate next time; they are too careless people. Beware if you are planning a visit for the first time. Not recommended at all. Edit after response from team: it isn't always about refund or the money lost. You shoul have conducted proper examination and given proper advices so that I wouldn't have suffered. Refund is only one way of apology but you can't get the lost trust. I declined your offer of another visit to "discuss further" because I simply don't trust you. I understand you don't have refund policy also you don't value my lost time and money due to your carelesness. The problem was with the eyes, you may imagine the trauma I faced just because you didn't give me proper advice. Respect your clients and try to understand the problem instead of always talking in monetory terms. Thanks Again

Went here few weeks ago for dark spots and she recommended a cream and charged a fortune when I literally could have just bought off some blog recommendation but I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried the cream safe to say literally no difference to my dark spots and on top of the that I had a really bad breakout after using this cream which they gave so lost like 3k for a cream which did not help my situation but made it ten times worse. Thanks for replying so late I’ve already left kochi and am back in dubai. I was there for a month after I wrote the review I did not get any callback or reply then.
