I wasn't aware of the brand till a dear friend introduced me to the same - my experience from connecting with them on a call till the treatment was done was just wonderful . The team is highly welcoming attentive available at all times and must say professional - they know what they doing.
My Dr Kritika gave me correct guidance and i shared knowledge and information what will work for my skin and my therapist Ms Naina was highly professional friendly and very welcoming. She patiently did the treatment and kept checking if i was okay and kept updating me of the procedure as it was my first time .

I had a highly disappointing and distressing experience at this clinic. I invested a significant amount of money in various treatments, including facials and laser sessions, only to face worsening acne and severe health issues. The treatments were ineffective, and my concerns were not properly addressed. Additionally, my image was used on their website without my consent, further compounding my frustration. I strongly advise caution and recommend seeking alternatives. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Worst service provided by Tender Skin. We had taken a package service for 50K and it was a full plan building up to the wedding day. The doctors here play with customer's skin without any medical guidance and tested procedure. They mix 2-3 solutions and apply all on the same day promising best results. 4-5 days before the wedding they experimented on my wife's face and it blasted cometely the next day with rashes and red patches. It took more than 24 hrs to reach out to someone and then another 4-5 hrs to get a response with very basic OTC medicines. No care for the clients once the payment is done. Very relaxed attitude from both doctors Padmajha & Sindhuja. No one should trust them with any skin treatments. Worst set of people in terms of professionalism. As soon as the treatment is over they'll start selling their commissioned cosmetics without any use or relevance. I can't emphasize more on the wrong this place can do to your face. Pls refrain from going here. All the above reviews are false as they ask customers to give ratings right after the service

I took a package from Dr Sonia worth 45k for 6 months to make my skin better. The treatment worked for a while and it took Dr Sonia some time to understand my skin as its too sensitive. They did some experiments and changed the medication 2-3 times. Now after almost 7 months my skin is worst than it used to be before taking treatments. Will definitely not recommend to waste the money.

Had the most horrible experience. Got treatments done on my face 4 days before wedding functions began. My skin reacted the very next day with boils and red itchy patches. Could not reach anyone from Tenderskin Andheri for help. Infact even the next day they didnt bother reverting. After multiple calls and sharing photos they still didn’t understand the intensity of the matter and were EXTREMELY CASUAL about the whole thing.
These guys are good only for the basic stuff and as long as nothing goes wrong. If by chance it does, Dr Sinduja and Dr Padmaja are both extremely casual about the impact and have no real qualifications to be able to provide a solution / antidote.
Dont think i can highlight enough the mental trauma i had to go through because of them. Eventually went to a proper dermat who helped with medication.
Tenderskin is run by a bunch of untrained technicians with zero to little training on anything beyond the basics of the procedure.
If with this review i am able to save even one bride from the torture i went through, i will be extremely happy.

Let me tell you all about our REAL experience.
My daughter has recommended a combo of hydra + photofacial + LED fusion. Obviously as customers we don't have the expertise and rely on the professional doctors there.
The reality is that they are a bunch of ill-trained doctors only trying to sell you the maximum they can. In this case Dr Sinduja was the culprit along with her gang of untrained technicians.
The next day after the facial by evening my daughter has breakouts all over her face. This was on 20th Feb and the wedding events were to start on 23rd Feb. It was impossible to reach anyone from TSI for almost a day. Even when we managed to reach them (Andheri branch receptionist) they (Dr Padmaja - since Dr Sinduja was "not available") was so casual about it and had NO REMEDY.
Ultimately went to a proper dermat who gave medicines.
Needless to say, this is the last thing any bride/ family wants to face just days before the wedding.
I genuinely hope this doesn't repeat with anyone.
SHAME ON YOU TENDERSKIN.

So after doing my research on google and Practo, I shortlisted Dr Sonia Tekchandani from Tender Skin International, Andheri West, for my pigmentation and fungal infection issue. The doctor was polite to speak to and diagnosed the issue and suggested medication. I was hoping for 1-2 tablets and 1-2 cream based medicine. However I was surprised to see the doctor suggesting a total number of 8 in-house tablets/creams/lotions etc for the treatment. It was a clear case of upselling. I asked for another prescription which has less number of medicines and that can be purchased from outside medical shop, the doctor was kind enough to give me the second prescription. However after all this, I somewhere lost my trust, I politely paid the consultation fees of Rs 2000 and left the place.
