I visited this clinic two weeks ago for to cure my face tan and pimple scar and I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service. The staff lacks expertise, and their methods were shockingly unprofessional. They used a mobile torch to analyze my skin, which is far from acceptable for a clinic claiming to provide premium skincare services. To make matters worse, when i decided to do chemical peeling the assistant asked me to clean my skin for myself. Even they don't know if client didn't do a proper facewash, that can affect the whole procedure. When I raised my concerns with the counter staff, their response was underwhelming. They didn’t bother to inquire further or address my complaint—they just nodded and said “yes.” sorry to say I expected a much higher standard of care, professionalism, and a welcoming ambiance. They did the yellow peeling treatment, but it seems they did not follow the proper protocol and procedure. As a result, there were no changes and improvements in my face and skin tone after paying rs 5300/-without doctor fees. I never recommended this clinic for who seeking for a genuine skin care professionals.Their advertisements do not reflect their services.
