Don't ever, ever fall for the fake bought reviews. All are paid. She's a marketing genius nothing else. Shoud call herself a businesswoman instead of doctor. Solely focussed on extracting as much money as possible from patients. Edit - Update! Her team has replied with a typical copy paste narrative she tries to spread! Don't fall for this! She's a pure businesswoman. Her medicines have adverse effects. My relative is still suffering because of her. Moreover they force you to buy medicines on the spot. Total gimmick. Edit- the only thing fake about this review is your reply madam. And I'm not jobless, don't assume everyone is like your social media handler. Wish your money hungry, super vocabulary attitude matched your treatment.

I visited this dermatologist seeking treatment for hair loss. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The doctor prescribed an excessive number of medications, which have left my hair extremely dry. After a month of following the treatment, I noticed that I am losing more hair than before. Upon conducting some research, I discovered that one of the prescribed medications is associated with an increased risk of prostate cancer. Additionally, the doctor informed me that once I start using these medications, I must continue indefinitely, or else the hair loss will resume.I believe this approach is misleading and seems designed to keep patients dependent on continuous treatment. I strongly advise not to visit this dermatologist as they appear to be more interested in profit than in genuinely helping patients. Update: I just want to say that the doctor should have informed me before prescribing the medication that it could potentially cause prostate cancer if I proceed with this treatment. I came here for the first time with high expectations, and after reading your response, I see how horribly you treat your customers. I also don't understand why you mentioned 'if I cannot afford medicine rates.' I purchased all the medication prescribed by the doctor and have no issues with affordability.

Very arrogant doctor. Her behaviour towards her patients is very bad and rude. She is not taking proper care of her patients. Total negligence of everything by Clinic staff members. No manners and ethics how to talk with patients. She is not giving proper details about treatment Giving lots of fake promises, as I m also from medical background i asked about treatment details she started shouting and her behaviour is very much weird. I visited many doctors but never saw such an arrogant doctor like her. She is not providing proper details of treatment process and not giving GST bill.

Very bad experience. High cost but no fruitful result I get. After using the medicines my pimples, acne is spreading and also my skin is very dry and rough too much. After using 1 month of those medicines, my skin is totally damaged. 👎👎

Not sure whether bad or good but her treatment didnt work for me. And whats most weird is she snatched my brother's phone to review herself in google. And when we visited her in medica she told us to visit her personal clinic. Will never recommend anybody for treatment. Edit after doctor's self review promotion : I would like to give the exact suggestion. Rather than denying every criticism and wasting time reading reviews kindly focus on patient's problem. That might actually help. I was her patient in Medica, not another dermat that i'll be jealous of her.

Don't get fooled by the ratings! This doctor use to ask their patient to provide 5 star ratings! All the reviews are written by the Dr. with using patient mobile. Dr. Dolly don't make people fool instead provide good service, at least do something for the nation from which you belong. Note: I haven't took any treatment, neither visited clinic but plan to do the same after checking out the ratings & review but due to few honest reviews by the patient I got saved!

Wasted my time and money. 1. Mam as u said unrealistic expectations , everything is written on agreement before going for treatment Prodecure. I saw ur sincerity towards ur patients. I am also from medical background i know how to behave towards any human being or any living creatures. Doctors should have manners to talk politely and to deal with anyone. As a doctor your attitude and behaviour was very much unpleasant , impudent, impolite, nasty towards your patients . Lossing patience with you patient is very disagreeable. Without payment you are not going to do treatment. Stop lying mam. 2. I asked about GST bill two weeks before, but no response from your accountant, i didn't got any mail of GST bill. Honesty should be practiced by a doctor. Making money should not be the only target. Why i have to ask about any GST bill every hospital and clinic always provide that without asking. 3. Using cheap word begging again and again you are trying to show that You are next to god . Because of rude behaviour I was just trying to be polite, don't take it otherwise that you are next to god. 4. If our fundamental rights to know which Prodecure we are going through, i just asked few questions and ur ego get hurt. 5.Anger and frustration is not my cup of tea . Many patients also know who's behaviour is WEIRD. Always hope for the best and basic right. Thanks regards.

Please read this guys please. One of the worst doctor I have ever seen.. She is too much greedy.. She knows nothing but money. First she will give you the trust that she will cure you completely & no one but only she can cure you. Then she will take a bunch of money from you (From me it was 50,000), Then after the procedure, when you'll see no result, she will tell you bunch of lies,, I had acne packaging & mole operation from her, Trust me guys I got zero result. But she charged me over 50k.. She doesn't even behave well to those assistants, those who work there. One of the assistant, who was under my procedure,, she told me this.. She was literally crying in front of me for that rude behaviour of the doctor . I'm not lying at all guys, god swear. I never visited her again.

I guarantee most of the reviews are fake, I went for hair fall treatment, after donation of 30K on this, I got nothing improvment , most of the doctors are cheater.. Treatment summary: She wrote test that cost 12k. After that every month I was using HAIR FACT and TRICKOSURE .its mixed cost is 2000 per month. I used for 9 month. Apart from this shampoo , lotion ,other things was also there. After 1st appointment she suggested me to use helmet (a type instrument of treatment) which cost Around 1000 per half and hour. And this was weekly. Worse thing is you have to buy medicine from there only on MRP.ohh please think about people welfare. I wasted my hard earn money here. Results: hair fall was continued, and it's effect was negative my hair started to get white. We all know medical field has became a business. most of the doctor aim to loot the people. They write or suggest medicines from which they are getting commission. After first appointment you will get to know she is looting you. Atleast she should understand all people are not financially good. Pros: Staffs are good. She is overall polite. Very less waiting time . I went for my hair treatment and continued my medicines till july. She has recommended for skin also.Her procedure was correct to identify the problem.Anyway I agreed and must say that my skin has been little bit improved within 2months.When I spent a lot for my hair treatment,I could expect a good visible results.I didn't have rocket high expectations.I waited till 6months.I have wasted more than Rs. 22000 but I have zero results for my hair. If I get visible results,i wouldn't have problem with the money.I know that hair and skin treatment is costly.It doesn't mean that I wouldn't get any significant results following all the medicines,lotion,diet,serums etc. 7months are enough to see minimum healthy results. No growth, no healthy hair. After using some serums (prescribed last 2 medicines)severe hair falls were continuing. Totally dissatisfied with the treatment. Dear Doctor, I didnt know why I was not able to reply with your response. I didnt have any hormanal issue as you have gone through a lot of test (approx 10,000) and fortunately the doctor like you have not found any wrong in my test report. Then you have randomly given me medicines. Anyway I use to take proper food as per a very good Diatesian. So, there was no issue of my food habits. For your kind information, I am doing exercise regularly since 1yr for inner strength and fitness. I have given you 7months time to get a minimum visible results for my hair. But unfortunately the doctor like you were busy with experiment taking money. If you really were worried with the patient's condition, you would have communicated with your patient who suddenly stopped to visit. You didn't have more than 1 or 2mins time to listen your patient. I have observed you since February month. I kept quiet as I knew that medicine might take time to show the minimum results. You are in noble profession.so please don't try to run for grabbing money only. Serve the people with honesty and definitely with money. Thanks

I had undergone an operation for my vitiligo under her. It was melanin pigment grafting. During the operation she was not there for the whole time. When my operation was going on, she was busy seeing other patients and operating me at the same time and I find that very unprofessional. Her assistants were there though. I know that she is probably going to deny this outright. Again, I am saying that she was not totally absent during the whole operation, but she was not present throughout the process as well and was randomly leaving the room to see other patients. Even though the operation was very painful, I somehow managed to control the pain thinking that this would cure my vitiligo. My hands were wrapped by bandage for nearly a month or so. After she took off my bandage, I found out that she didn't cover all vitiligo spots with melanin pigments and I was really disappointed about that. After the surgery, I contacted her by mail, and she consulted me about what medicines to take and what not to take. After the operation if I had to meet her, I had to pay the full consultation fees (without any discount) even after undergoing an operation under her. BTW, consultation was absolutely necessary after the operation and it's not like I could skip it. But I must say that she was kind enough to waive off the consultation fees for only one time. So we were in touch by mail and suddenly one day I find out that she is not replying to my questions. I thought that she must have been busy, but later found out that she was ignoring me and till now she has not replied to my mail. So after that I continued with the medicines and noticed that the melanin pigments were spreading and were covering my vitiligo. Today, after almost one year, my vitiligo is cured but only on the spots where she put the melanin pigments. As I said earlier that she didn't cover all the spots and that is why more than 50 % of my vitiligo is still visible. I am really disappointed because I think that most of the money that I paid for the operation went in vain because vitiligo on my hands are not fully cured. P.S -The thing that I find the most unprofessional and ridiculous about her is that she asks all her patients to rate her 5 stars on Facebook and Google. The 1st time she asked me to rate her 5 stars, I was really shocked and I was thinking "did she really ask me that? ". So the patients who have never visited her and are planning to visit her for the 1st time, don't get fooled by the number of 5 stars she has got. BTW, she also asks the celebrities who visit her to promote her in their Instagram stories or Facebook. She must understand that if you are a good doctor, you don't have to ask your patients to write good reviews for you. They will do that out of their own satisfaction from your treatment. I knew that you are going to deny everything and call me a liar. That is why I am uploading 2 photos right after my operation which clearly shows that you didn't cover every part of my vitiligo with melanin pigments. Again, I am saying that good results were seen, but only on the parts where you covered my vitiligo. Don't put words into my mouth as I never said that your treatment was completely useless. And talking about giving fake reviews, funny thing is that when a patient gives you 5 stars and writes something good about you, it is an original review. But when a patient is not happy with your treatment or criticizes you for something, you label it as a fake review. This shows you cannot handle criticism. As you called me a liar, I will ask you a few questions. Will you deny that you asked me to give you good reviews on Facebook and google? Will you also deny the fact that you were seeing patients when my operation was going on? Don't forget that my parents were also sitting outside in the waiting room and they also noticed this. And lastly, even after I uploaded pictures of my hand, will you deny that you didn't cover every part of my vitiligo? If you deny, you are the LIAR here. I have said everything I had to, so don't expect any response. Thanks.

In my opinion don't visit her .he told people fake problems .if she thing the party who visit her is rich she forced to do some treatment by taking huge money.and forced to buy medicines from her centre. With out discounts. She is trying to earn money from medicins also.be aware of it .in kolkata there is so many experiences doctor who's first preference is patients wellness not earning money.and don't buy medicines from there.

Waste of time and waste of money also. I visited this clinic yesterday after i searched on Google for best skin doctors in kolkata.I dont understand why people rated this clinic so high. I will never rely on Google rating further atleast not for any best doctors list. Dont go if u have any serious skin related issues. But if u need to buy and try different kind of cosmetic like sunscreen, facewash,glow syrum only then u can visit this clinic.

For Hair Transplant , I won't refer Dr Dolly Gupta Ma'am as the cost per graft is Rs 50 / graft which is expensive. For Hair Transplant, Dr Jayanta Kumar Saha is preferable as cost per graft is Rs 40. Price is the only reason. Apart from that, Ma'am is very skillful , friendly.

Had called the clinic for an urgent appointment. Very rude behaviour, saying we are so busy that appointments need to be taken 25 days prior. Have never heard of urgent problems waiting for 25 days to see a doctor. In actual the rating is Zero
