I went to this place with very bad head itching. She didn't even see my hair properly and prescribed me medicines for some fungal infection which I didn't even have. The medicines cost 800-900 rupees. After a few days I saw lice in my head and sent her a pic asking whether this can be the potential cause of itching and she said yes and told me to get a lice shampoo which was 130 rupees. And guess what after using the lice shampoo all my symptoms disappeared, the fungal infection she said I had didn't even match with my symptoms. I spent 600 on consulting and 800 on medicines only to know by myself at last that I had lice. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, I am a student living here away from home and I have to manage my monthly expenses, spending 1400 on something useless and not getting anything out of it is really disappointing. I wonder what kind of a doctor she is if she even cannot identify something as minor as lice, even my mother can do that or my grandmother. Anyone who visits this place please visit at your own risk, if she can give wrong medicine for something as small as this, I wonder what she would do if someone comes up with a big issue.
