Very well managed staff and the Doctor ( Cosmetologist Surojit Majumdar) is too good in explaining everything to the patient and takes time to analyse as well. Takes good care of his patients.

Recently visited AestheticQ for a dental crown and I’m happy with their service. I first went there on Sunday to get my teeth cut for the crown and I returned today after having my zirconia crown fitted. The clinic being open on Sundays was a big plus especially since most others were closed. The staff is extremely courteous and truly understands the essence of customer service. The clinic is clean, well maintained and air conditioned making it a comfortable space. Six months ago I had a dental filling done at Ruby Hospital and that experience was far from satisfactory. The filling came off after just six months and after paying a considerable amount I felt cheated. It seemed like the doctor was in a rush to finish as I was the last patient and I believe that has caused the poor outcome. In contrast Dr. Susmita Sarkar at AestheticQ was exceptional. She’s incredibly patient, meticulous and takes her time to ensure the job is done with finesse. I have an issue with excess saliva production which makes dental procedures challenging but Dr. Susmita handled it like a pro making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend AestheticQ from my experience!

I had very bad experience that time, Dental Treatment bilkul sahi nhi, Management sahi nhi , mene Tooth scaling kawrawi or mera ek teeth half tuta tha wo thik karwana tha, Rs:- 799 Tooth scalling liya and baki keliye Rs:-200 advance jama kiya, or Dr Tanisha se mene Clear kaha ka same clolur teeth lagna h otherwise mujhe nhi lagana lekin usne kaha main kar dungi , lekin esa nhi kiya unke pas pura material nhi tha fir bhi mujhe bulata mere teeth se pura opposite color ka teeth lagane lagi mere mana karne pe kaha ya to lagwa lo nhi to paise dene padege, main kis baat ke paise deti, or mene kaha ki main next aa jaungi aap same color ka dant lao espe manajment ke aadmi ne mana kiya mere advance paise Rs:-200 wapise mhi kiya, ab yaha baat Rs:-200 ki nhi baat h es clinic ki, jaha manegment kahta h ki wo fee the or hand writen h Dr Tanisha k aAdvance Rs:-200, to yah sir Client ko lutega or kuch nh to ese clinic ko main kvi refer nhi karungi, Mene same -20/02/2024 day hi yah sab feedback diya tha lekin show nhi ho raha to shyad yah log review delet kar dete h.
