The hospitality in this clinic is really good. All the therapists here are really helpful. One of the most hygiene maintained clinic. They offer all sorts of treatment for hair and skin problems.

This place was recommended to me by Dr. Sanjeeb Chowdhury and really pleased by their work, it was my first session but I really liked their service.

I have always had a good experience when going for a consultation at Wizderm. Dermatologist, dr. Somodyuti Chandra has helped me out tremendously with various skin issues i have had over the years.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW- (INCLUDES REPLY TO THE COMMENT POSTED BY THEM) The staff here always provide misinformation and cause miscommunication between the doctor and the patient. One particular staff member who refused to tell her name because she knew she has provided incorrect information, was screaming at me and was extremely rude when I confronted her. Moreover she said she is the head of the branch and then confessed she is just a senior specialist and the head doesn't visit the clinic. Strict action should be taken against such staff! They have absolutely no manners on how to speak to a patient. Especially this particular one who disconnected the call after screaming on the phone for 10 minutes! She told the doctor that I don't want to pay the fee but she conveyed to me that prescription is valid for 3 months post which consultation charges apply. I never refused to pay the fee. I have been a patient here for over 2 months and have come in multiple times for consultation and laser. The last time I came in to get a date change for travel, the doctor or the clinic did not charge a fee. Hence I only asked if the fee is required or not. I did not in anyway refuse to pay. But ofcourse, they painted a picture as if someone who is paying 20k to come to show her all the way from Bengaluru and is paying 30k for injections is every month is going to fight over a fee payment. Please ask your staff to listen properly. Asking if a fee is required (because last time the doctor did not charge) and refusing are two VERY different things. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT! Never visiting this clinic again.

Dr. Irshad is one of the worst doctors I have encountered. The consultation fee is exorbitant at Rs. 2000 for a mere 5-minute conversation, and this doesn't even include the regular monthly visits they insist on. It's clear that this practice prioritizes profit over patient care. Gone are the days when doctors were revered like gods; now it's all about money. Dr. Irshad's solution for a 23-year-old is a lifetime of medication, with no consideration for dietary advice or holistic health. Save your money and find a doctor who genuinely cares about your well-being. I strongly advise against booking an appointment here. It was really silly that I gave 2000 Rs/- for 5 mins useless talk. 🙃😂
