I am surprised that so many people have given a good review here. These must be fake reviews purchased by the clinic. My consultation was cancelled once as I was late by 20 mins due to traffic, and today they made me wait for 45 mins even after I reached on time. After 2 consultations and making me wait for more than 45 mins, I was denied treatment as their card machine wasn't working and they don't treat without prior payment. I even suggested starting the treatment and was willing to keep the card with them for whenever the machine works. Wasted my time. The doctor seemed very impatient, rude and clearly very money minded. Poor manners for a so-called renowned doctor. Please think twice before visiting this clinic, there are better options. Edit: Looking at the time spent in writing the long reply to my review shows how much free time they have.

I went for some other problem but developed severe acne due to their in house medicines (which are very costly) Doctor will give you their in house meds then something will happen to your skin and she will keep adding new things (their in house products) Also she recommended me some steroids but my family doctor asked me not to consume it DO NOT GO BY REVIEWS I got relief in 2 - 3 months of Ayurvedic Treatment I am writing this review with a different name

Very bad experience. I have been taking treatment since January. But nothing worked for me. My condition get more worse than before. Dr. is also not so serious about your concerns. Just waste of money and time.

Never recommended dont go with other good reviews seem like purchased or fake reviews used for getting customers attention Firstly they prescribed medicine which is not at all available only available at own clinics medical store. Seems like they have purposely do this because they have to ear heavy margin on medicine purchase. Also no discount they sale on MRP printed (almost 40-50% margin) Bigger concern is using medicine from last 4-5 month but skin problem and hair issue is same is short medicines not working After checking medication prescribed all medicines are local and cheap brand. Purchased medication of 8000+ and doctor fees around 1000+ no result so its pure waste of money and time. Employee there rude in behaviour and not supportive Any good clinic available nearby, not recommended this doctors

Response: Yes, I was calling from Saudi Arabia, but as a courtesy I expect you to ask the duration of my visit in Pune and then put forward the above comments. Secondly, if I read everything on your website, does that mean I should know everything. If I have doubts you recommend that I fly down to Pune, get response on the query and fly back? Honestly, if I was calling from Pune I understand what you suggesting, but if someone calls from abroad the ideal way is for the Doctors to respond to the query rather than leaving that up to the compounder to respond. Thankfully there were other professional Doctors who were very supportive and extended help in understanding and responding to my queries. Today you are saying I called after working hours, doctor busy with patient, online consultation etc etc......ok I agree, but was that communicated to me? The compounder who responded simply said to come down to Pune and speak with the doctor, Period and that there was no other way to speak with Doctor. No online consultation was uttered from his mouth nor any other info on Doctor busy etc... Again, did you bother to ask the duration of my stay, I am planning to stay in Pune for 3 months and if if required willing to take few more trips to complete the procedure. However due to mismanagement I have opted to visit some other professional clinic.

I had a very bad experience at this clinic. Treatment was not at all effective and it has made no effect on my skin infection in more than 15 days dose. Be coz of the sudden side effects of the medicines i went to clinic. I visited again in less than 20 days after my first visit and instead of checkup i has a long conversation over the consultation fee payment. Looking at the current situation doctor said medicines will be changed and power of dose needs to be increased. Initially as per doctor's advise i took 1 month medicines and i asked what should i do with this much medicines and her answer was 'i dont know'. I am giving 1 rating so ppl be careful before you visit.

It seems like a good place and I went for a simple acrocordon removal procedure but they wanted me to give a thumb print on the consent form. I found that very archaic as a signature is enough for a legal document. I think this ticked off the doctor and her tone and volume changed and she proceeded to give me lot of bull about Indian medical association rules and legalities and also went on to tell me how people have died of local anesthesia etc. and how we give biometrics for passport how big hospitals take my PAN etc. I said you can verify my ID and signature but it wasn’t enough for her and she told me that she can’t be bothered to maintain the records. Then she gave me an ultimatum that if I didn’t give a thumb print she couldn’t administer anaesthesia and that she would have to do the procedure with some cream and I would have to bear the pain. That is what I found quite unprofessional. Anyway by now the whole mood had gone sour and I didn’t feel like getting treated there

Very bad experience.waste of money.she makes u fool by applying something which she called it as chemical peeling.having no knowledge of prescribing medication.she prescribed me anti-acne products which got acne,irritation and burning of my face.earlier my face was not having a single pimple.now pimples coming out.high rate of medication at her store.chemical peeling is like applying glycerine on face.not a single peel off from face.dont even check ur face condition by machine or atleast pH balance. first time saw a treatment of 2 min.jst like applying face mask. I haven't asked for any free treatment i said because of earlier treatment my face got damaged then you continue recovery with same amount.and yes earlier clinic where i visited i jst consulted not taken treatment.why you prescribed me medication which was not useful while treatment ?? and I also have whatsapp chat that you said i have to take medication regularly.and legal action for what madam ?? For damaging my skin ?? Your language only tells what kind of mentality you have even if you are a doctor.let me tell you I'm a pharmacist.so to whom you saying foolish ?

I had very bad experience, Behaviour of the doctor was very weird and unfriendly. Minus 5 stars from me. She even did not gave proper answer to my questions, she herself needs treatment and training, dont go to her, you will loose money.
