Dharani was the best therapist for laser hair removal. Very polite and efficient. Definitely recommend her. More than that she keeps your considerations in mind e.g if you’re in a hurry she’ll call another therapist to assist. She makes the client feel very comfortable as well.

Best skin clinic in Hyderabad.. I took acne treatment with Dr. Padmaja nirmala... With in two sitting my acne got reduced... Staff are taking care very well ... Brahmini explained m about post care very well... I recommend kaya..

I had very bad experience here i just went for the kelloide injection and they said it costs 3k per session usually it will cot around 700 in appollo hospitals. And staff do jot have the basic knowledge about the treatment and they just talking about the money.

I am done with my 6 sessions for face today. My upper lip has not had any significant improvement. Now they are recommending maintenance sessions. Each costing 3000 rupees. And this was conveyed after the 6th session was completed and me saying that I am sure the regrowth will be back. The result is not good and prior acknowledgment that 6 sessions may not suffice was not done by the Doctor.

Horrible and very unfriendly staff especially Jeevani. They ll try to loot u in every way possible. They ll not give u any updates about upcoming sessions and suddenly tell u one day that ur package has expired. Better go for any other Kaya Clinic if u want better results or better experience.

Please respond to your customers greviances and don't ask us to email you when you do not want to respond. Firstly, the company does not respond to your queries and keeps telling you to email on their email ID. I am a long time kaya customer and it feels extremely depressing to express ultimate dissatisfaction with kaya services in recent times. The services have degraded leaps and bound when compared to the same from four years ago. They never give follow ups on their appointments and just don't care if you are not able to turn up for services. The treatments do not show any results. Also, the kukatpally branch has severe parking issues. It is just impossible to find a parking slot near the clinic. Moreover, abysmally high protocol charges for providing protection from corona spread that is charged even on old customers for every visit is a rip-off considering the over all result. I have been asking since 3 months for a service which was due for me. It's such a shame to see the audacity of the staff not responding or disconnecting my call and asking me to move to a different clinic where the doctor would join after her maternity leave. How can I wait that long for a service which I have already paid for. Can you not see that it should be handled as you have taken the money already. It's a real shame that you being a chain dont maintain a got history of clients. I am not a new client too. But going further I wouldn't suggest kaya kukatpally to anyone please visit other branches.

I haven't seen any changes even after taking treatment from 2 years. They start point your health conditions when we ask about treatment results. "When everything is good.. what is need of consulting them." Please keep this statement in mind before visiting them.

Worst experience waste of money for skin

I am a regular customer of Oliva, on some strange whim I decided to try out kaya. Still curse the day I made that decision. Kaya has absolutely no regard for a customer's time and patience. I tried securing an appointment for 2 days with the Kukatpally and inorbit centre, no one answered the phone. After 2 days of continuous calls, I resorted to their website where I requested for appointment plus call back. I got a call back from the Mumbai office. What followed was absolute wastage of my time (around 4-5 hours) and playing ping pong between Inorbit, Kukatpally and Bombay! Each one says they could not book the appointment and I should contact the other. Finally Bombay gave me a slot. I had the good sense to ask if it was in the Kukatpally branch, and they said no Inorbit! All explanations gone waste. They said they would call me back with a Kukatpally appointment. No calls. By night I lost patience and chatted with their executive (the fourth chat that day!), He confirms doctors appointment for 11 the next day at kukatpally.i reach at 10 58 and Lo .. What surprise in store for me? The lady says doctor never visits Kukatpally at 11, she comes everyday only at 12 30! Then pray, how did I get an sms confirmation for 11 am? She asks me to speak to farzana, some manager. Farzana attributed the communication gap to an event the previous day from 10-2. And offers some complementary package. By now I realise that they respect for consumers is so scant that they might actually burn me and blame it on an event! Do yourself a favour and visit Oliva just round the corner. It will be worth your money BTW manager promised a refund. God knows when and if I will get it.

The dermatologist suggested use many Kaya products and as she suggested I bought all(10k worth). I verified products expiry later and those are going expiry soon like in 2-5 months. I didn't expect this from the clinic because I believed them. I recommend that better to reach out normal dermatologists who don't sell their own products.

It's single star because I can't give less than that here. 17 th July booked online appointment with Kukatpally doctor and they scheduled it on 18th. But without information they rescheduled it to 20..again to 21st..again on 21st from 1 pm to 1.30 pm and again to 2.pm. and then no response. If they can't arrange video appointment then why should they take payment and made us wait... utterly nonsense. And I can't use any un parliamentary language here.. thoroughly disappointed

Dis 1 star rating fr burning my underarms it's been 1 ad half year no change....due to laser treatment 90 rupees trail session..here she burned my skin ad pain while dng I cant even tolerate its soo painful...in kaya laser treatment I did nt liked,my frd done with oliva it was quite good.....I dont ever visit again.....here who r working they dont have any proper knowledge ad experience they r burning customer's skin...

I would not recommend. The doctor is more focussed on marketing Kaya products than giving a solution to your problem. I went there to get treatment for acne on my face. I got a prescription which included a sunscreen which I later found on internet NOT RECOMMENDED FOR OILY SKIN. Also, I don't find anywhere written in the sunscreen that it is non - comedogenic which is a must for oily and acne prone skin. This is bad treatment. No matter how much you market your products you cannot prescribe something which makes matter worse. I would ask people to stay away from this place because as per me the doctor here is irresponsible.

Got burns after peel !!! How can I go to work tilliyon heals . Disappointed. Ds s 2nd time last time it was post laser !!!

They charged 10k for removal of small warts on my face (where as in other hospital it is only below 5k)but there is a black mark left on my face ..I had a very worst experience
