Not a good doctor. Doesn't even give 5 mins in the clinic. Always pushes cosmetic procedures. With the fee a person pays, you'd think she will listen atleast, but no. Also her diagnosis was wrong and meds she prescribed didnt work.

Hi , You can't find my name in our data base as I was not your patient. We had a horrible experience with my relative to whom I suggested by looking Fortis Tag. I would like to suggest everybody not to visit this doctor if you have skin infection or any other disease. She might be doing good for cosmetic treatments. Gora banana, face chamkana etc etc ke liye achhi hosakti hai lekin infectious diseases k liye nahi, Observ hi nahi karti madam.

My experience with Dr. Rashmi isn’t good. When I reached her clinic she was in hurry to leave. She didn’t even checked my allergies properly, didn’t even investigate disease's history & diagnosed it as fungal infection. After 5 days of medication also I got no relief. Thus I consulted another doc who diagnosed it as eczema and changed my entire medicine and then only I got relief.

I am very disappointed with staff behaviour, I went to Dr. Rashmi clinic for my elder daughter leaving my infant at home. First day she suggested blood test and she didn't discussed anything, Dr. Said we can do video call later once report comes, it's been 3 days report has come , I called staff many times to arrange video call to know what is next step. After calling many times they asked me to come nd show report. I told them whole thing again they have stopped answering my call. After all messages they have sent name of 2 syrup that's it. Nothing she has mentioned why does it happened, how to take care of her hair. What kind of defficiency she has. Dr. For me it's really very hurting. I came to your clinic with so many hopes. But you are least bother to guide your patient who is just 6 yr old kid

I Would give her 0 stars if there was an option ! #worst Worst experience of my life. Injected my pimple with steroid injection on the pretext that it will make it better and heal sooner but instead of left a crater mark where the pimple appeared. This happened 1 month before my wedding functions were to commence and till date ( post 1 month) there is no healing but a deep crater is still there. AVOID all injections which she claims will heal your skin. To your reply: Madam, I’ve had acne and pimple due to PCOS over 10 years and never in soo many years have I had a CRATER where there was acne . YOUR INJECTION CAUSED THE CRATER AND DID NOT HELP IN ANYWAY WHAT SO EVER. Instead of owning up and admitting your mistake, you are suggesting I visit another dermat for help! HAHAHAH! BRAVO! shows what a quack practice you have! (BEWARE ALL: this doc does damage and says you can visit dermats for correction ) FOR ALL THE PEOPLE SEEKING HELP: I have sough help from non- money minded deflate (unlike this doc) and they recommended that I should have never got it injected & let it heal by topical cream and ointments. ALL the CLIAMS and explanations are false and ways of only doing damage control. A patient trusts the doctor that they will suggest what is best for them, sadly that’s not the situation with your practice. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Please keep your explanations to yourself AFTER you have damaged my skin. WORST DERMAT EXPERIENCE . VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK ⛔️

I had an appointment with the doctor at Fortis hospital Vasant Kunj. She did not pay attention to anything i said. I paid 1400 bucks for nothing. She decided to not even examine my skin or listen to the actual problem i am facing. She advised me to stop having dairy products even after i told her i was COVID positive sometime ago and the physician asked me to have more or calcium enriched food.I did not understand a single word she said or wrote. My advise is to not visit her since you will be paying 1400 bucks for just a piece of paper and practically 2 mins of her time.

I am sorry to share my extreme bad experience. I approached her for one of a small spot on my scalp, however she educated me that i have Alopecia areata hence she started injecting on couple of places on my scalp. Also she prescribe some lotion and all to use. I started using the same for at-least 3 to 4 months but no improvement.I spent SEVERAL THOUSAND OF RS. Then I realized I have been SCAMMED.

Horrible experience. Charged so much money. 0 accountability. Doctor didn't care to check up. 0/10. Please don't go here. Save yourself.
