Dr Markandeya is an excellent doctor with great knowledge and experience and treats patients with his diagnosis and prognosis with a patient friendly approach making him unique among the crowd. He makes us understand about the illness and situation in simple ways and keep us comfortable which relieves us from tensions and pain. He is a very good doctor and a great human being by nature.

Dr. MARKANDEYA is a good doctor! He is very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues. After recovery also he followed up. Less medication more caring is his treatment style. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

Dr. Markandeya is such brilliant, calm and soft spoken person. He listens so patiently and he diagnose the problem correctly at the first time. No unnecessary medications,no repeated visits and also suggest medicines which doesn't have any side effects. He helped us to get back from Covid last year, recently after my pregnancy i got rare health problem which i couldn't find out the exact issue, then he properly diagnose and guided us and lot more. He is like our family doctor for so far. Whatever the problem is, you can find the solution from Dr. Markandeya.

Dr. Markandeya is extremely professional: he takes time to listen and time to explain. A positive and worm experience you feel ease after consultation. He prescribe medicine on point and don't recommend unnecessary heavy medication or unnecessary tests unless it is compulsory. I have been consulting Dr. Markandeya from many years and many situations. He helped our familiy when we r suffered from covid and helped us recover from home without getting anything serious, when we r unable to go out we spoke to Dr over call and he prescribed medication over call and he always respond friendly and considerate manner. I always take an opinion from Dr. Markandeya for all issues everytime he will understand and analyse condition and if require any special care he will guide me and my family perfectly.

My family have got affected by covid. We were concerned Dr Markandeya. He has given the best treatment. He was very supportive and he has so many patience. And after that, my daughter got affected by dengue fever. I have strongly believed him and consulted him. He has been given appropriate treatment. He was available on what's app also.

Me n my family including kids have got infected with covid . We were really worried about it, but dr Markandeya has given reassurance and given appropriate treatment. He was really very supportive and did minimal tests. I would strongly suggest him for health issues.

My cousin suffering with fever since 4 days,we have visited this clinic and met Dr.Markandeya sir.He suggested to go for some blood tests,we got the reports and diagnosed as dengue fever.We admitted here under Dr.Markandya sir, with in three days platelets count has increased to normal level and my brother also becomes healthy.I can say one of the best general physician in Kukatpally.The way he is taking care about the patients is very nice.Thank u sir.

Very good service, treated like as family doctor

Long post but worth reading for your own welfare: Went as an outpatient for fever, common cold and cough at Srinidhi hospital Kondapur, doctor Markandeya prescribed medicines (Antibiotics + Paracetamol + Mondeslor + cough syrup), medicines started working well but revisited the doctor for weakness for my mom , he advised to get the patient admitted citing pneumonia, hospitalized for a couple of days, prescribed ct scan, prescribed Doxy, fluvir kind of medicines usually prescribed for covid , which made the patient more weak. By taking a second opinion from my cousin who is a MD, came to know that viral pneumonia is a common effect after the viral fever and would fade away after a week and was advised by my cousin to not be hospitalised as it is quite common and not risky. We requested for a discharge but the doctor wasn’t ready and asked us to leave the hospital by taking full responsibility, the insurance department in Srinidhi hospital is sucks, they have. A third party who apparently does insurance claims, they don’t help you, they just play with words before you get admitted and doesn’t actually help after that. So we took the discharge as leave against medical advise because this doctor's ego was so high couldn't even allow to discharge a person who is doing better, and didn't even try to convince the patient/attendant, instead it felt like a warning when he said, "You take whole responsibility of the patient and take the discharge on your own". Like who says that without even trying to make us understand or convince properly. Well, we understood the whole conspiracy and got out of the hospital after staying there for 2 days, felt relieved and felt like better late than never. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor or Srinidhi hospital, the doctor lacks the basic qualities of a doctor and looks like he is always keen to get patients admitted if they visit twice or thrice for review. This is as per my personal and a scary experience. Please avoid this doctor for your own good. Update: 06-Sep-2023 - Doctor replied to this review, come back here after reading his reply. My so called cousin confirmed Spo2 levels at 92% cannot be considered risky and cannot be reason for hospitalization. FYI: No oxygen was given in the hospital as it was not required. My mom was feeling weak as she was not taking food except a couple of grams of rice, during the fever. We thought that the doctor would give IV of saline or something that gives energy to her. But an X-Ray was performed and was asked to admit citing pneumonia and low O2 levels (92%). I never said that my mom didn't have health issue, everyone at our home had fever, cold and cough as the doctor knows which the doctor is trying to show via his reply. My so called doctor cousin also confirmed that a Viral pneumonia is a common things after the viral fever and usually goes away with in week, without having to hospitalize. Well, it is a life lesson learnt that even if it is a public holiday the patient must choose a doctor and hospital extremely carefully, without rushing. I will leave everything to people's choice now, as through this review and time spent on it, I thought I can help a few at least.
