I've been a patient of Dr. Soma's since 2009. That alone should tell you plenty! Dr. Soma has gently nurtured my skin through severe acne to a point where I have people constantly complimenting my skin and asking me what my secret is. And all this without excessive medication or needless expensive procedures. She ensured my treatment plan was aligned to my needs, and then guided me to keep it sustainable. It has now been more than 7 years since I've had a breakout, and my skin is healthy and glowing. Even aside from the acne, she has been my go-to for everything skin-related --- easing a bad sunburn, addressing an allergy, and more. Each time, her no-nonsense approach has helped me heal in a quick and effective way. I cannot recommend Dr. Soma enough. Definitely amongst the finest dermatologists in the country!

Dr Soma Sarkar has been a blessing for my family. She is a thorough professional yet gives personalized attention. She paitiently listens to her patients, understands the symptoms and is excellent in diagnosing the ailment. She has a holistic approach which entails diet and lifestyle changes as well. Her medicines worked like magic on my hair and scalp issues. I highly recommend her services.

She is sweet, patient and listens to your concerns. However, i do not recommend her treatment. She does not ask for a proper medical history in order to diagnose symptoms. She advises the last resort medicines for diagnosis without checking if it is really necessary. Isotretanoin for acne is the LAST RESORT for mild to moderate acne- but it was prescribed first without consideration. I had Extremely horrible side effects, although others may not face the same issue. Cyprosporine too, extreme medications without proper understanding or measurements taken to see if it is fit or even needed. There are much less potent meds to do a better job for the symptoms and your body.

This is my sincere review to all middle class and daily earning people, Best Doctor in city of heart only if you have money in your pocket.

Good Doctor in bandra locality but little Money Minded. If you are Middle Class or Salary class person avoid her consultancy because she will cost you roughly around 5k initially along with medicines and creams. Kindly Make a Note all the Doctors who are Specialist will try to recommended the medicine whichever pharma company give them the best commission to them. I am myself a dermatologist. And I can safely say that Dr Soma is the most educated dermatologist you can go to!

Dr Soma's prescriptions have been spot on with regards to my treatment.... Have been trying to get rid of my cystic acne for years and nothing has worked better for me than Dr Soma's recommendations... I was a little hesitant to go for isotret since I had heard stories from other people, but Dr Soma's push was really all I needed and I'm so glad because my skin has never been clearer. Don't even think about it, just go to her... Trust me when I say she knows what she's doing...

My experience with her has been excellent, she cleared by acne completely infact I got a good glow as well . I will strongly recommend her for all your skin worries

Doctor does not respond . She gives very expensive products . And also her assistant /staff do not know how to behave. They force you to buy the products then and there without giving any discount whereas the same products at a pharmacy I’m getting 15-20% discount. Doctor is extremely rude and harsh.

I don’t recommend her for fillers. She has done a horrible job on my nose. Upon giving her a feedback instead of trying to correct her mistake, she misbehaved with me by shouting at me on top of her voice. I was shocked to see a doctor behaving in this manner for unsatisfactory work. She does not understand the fragile work with the needles, Post eye fillers I had deep bruises like someone has hit me hard in the eye and it lasted for a about a month and mismatch of results in both the eyes. One side eye had more material and one side of nose had more material. Delicate skin people it’s a big NO. Zero value for money.
