I am quite happy with her treatment. The doctor and staff were kind and empathetic, which I truly appreciated. However, the waiting time could be improved. Despite being the first patient and having an appointment scheduled for 6:45 PM, I wasn’t attended to until 7:15 PM. That said, everything else was excellent.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Not only was mam incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she also took the time to explain the entire process to me and answer all of my queries. She is really awesome and their staff also amazing.

Very unprofessional behaviour.. Had a confirmed appointment at 11.45 am.. waited from 11.30 to 2.30.. But the doctor didn't show up, came back home without any treatment.
