I’m coming to the dadu medical center since almost a year now. My whole family comes here for laser and facial treatment. I am so happy and satisfied with the results of my laser. My hair growth has almost gone with just 5 sittings. I used to be very scared with the laser process and had many doubts. I was provided with the great consultation and all my questions were answered before and during the process. Feedback was taken after the process. it’s very easy, painless and smooth process. I would really recommend this center for laser treatments.

I have been with dadu medical centre for an year now and my skin has never been better be it my face or body. I had my laser hair reduction done. The results are fantastic. Now I am getting my face treatments done and the results are good.

Dr. Nivedita is a great doctor! She was very understanding and always had a positive revert to my concerns. I had my sittings for acne scars removal and the results were amazing. I visited Dadu Medical Center to get my skin concern cured. I had a lot of skin concerns and I had consulted 3-4 dermatologists earlier but I did not get any significant results. As long as I followed meditation, my problems were cured and as I stopped medications, my problems started again. Then a friend of mine told me about Dr Nivedita Dadu. After that I did some research too but at that time I was a little confused whether I should consult Dr Nivedita Dadu or not because I saw some negative reviews also. But at the end I thought I will consult her once. Then I visited Dadu Medical Center in oct 2024 and consulted Dr Nivedita Dadu and that consultation was quite good. It was good, she first listened to my concern properly and then told me what my problem actually was and on the basis of that diagnosis she gave me prescription. I followed that medicine for 20-22 days and my skin concern got cured completely and from that day and till today I have not had that problem yet. Now I think that I should have gone to Dr. Nivedita earlier so that I could have saved my money and my time too. My experience was also very good with Dr. Nivedita because my skin concern got cured. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Dadu. My appointment was scheduled between 4-5 PM, but I was only seen at 6 PM—for barely five minutes. There was no empathy or patience; she didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns properly and seemed more interested in rushing through the consultation than actually helping. On top of that, she spoke to me as if I was supposed to already know how things work on her end. The way she wrote the prescription and made it seem like general knowledge—without taking a moment to explain anything. Even if some things are common practice in their world, it is a doctor’s duty to ensure their patient fully understands the treatment plan. This level of negligence makes it clear she’s more focused on getting through appointments than actually helping her patients. If I’m paying a premium and traveling an hour to see a reputed dermatologist, I expect more than surface-level advice that even a distant relative could offer. As a patient, I take my skin health seriously and want to make informed lifestyle changes to heal—not be dismissed in minutes. Absolutely not worth the hype or the fee.

I had a terrible experience with this dermatologist. Despite taking a prior appointment for 2 PM, I was told to wait for 45 minutes — the standard receptionist excuse. However, our turn came at 6 PM, after FOUR HOURS of waiting! Absolutely unacceptable. The doctor rushed through the consultation, spending only 5 minutes with me. I had booked the appointment for both hair and skin issues, but she dismissed my skin concerns, saying I needed to come again for that. This is ridiculous and a clear example of unprofessional, money-grabbing behavior. The clinic's management and service are pathetic. Avoid this place if you value your time and expect quality care. I will not be going back."

Dr Nivedita dadu treatment ,which I have undergone is for Hair growth ....to which she has suggested QR678. I have told them to please consult...the doctor about the review of my hairloss instead of hair growth due to treatment ,but noone responded.. It is the worst experience overall...and I don't suggest anyone. Rest is upto the choice of the patients. They only care about their money being credited and not the treatment or satisfaction of the treatment on patient .. Worse even they made it worsen.

This clinic is unsuitable for addressing skin-related allergy issues. Despite my skin eczema, which was later correctly diagnosed by another doctor, the initial diagnosis by Dr. Gurminder Singh was herpes simplex. The prescribed antiviral medicines yielded no improvement after five days of use, resulting in a waste of both the consultation fee of 1200 rupees and the 2000 rupees spent on medication.

I found the prices to be quite high compared to other clinics in the area. I expected a higher level of care for the cost, but I was left feeling that I did not receive value for my money as the results were not even close as promised by doctor. I went for pigmentation concerns and they offered and sell me unnecessary treatments without even listening my concern. The consultant's name was Dr Jayshree if i am not wrong. The wait time, follow ups, medicines available at clinic, etc and all other operational work is fine, no major complains, but if you are thinking to visit there, you better need to rethink. Overall, I cannot recommend based on my experience. I encourage potential patients to do your own due diligence and if you really want to go there just meet with the doctor and walk off, because after you done with the doctor they will send you for consultation in the other room and the problem begins there. Dont even meet the consultants over there who will definitely offer you treatments which are of no use.

I have been to her clinic , charged me 2000 rupees for 1 consultation then also she didn't let me explain my problems instead she herself kept on speaking like a machine while making me feel terrible about my skin , and also without doing any checkups or tests she straightforwardly asked me to get some treatment which would cost me 8000 rupees and said that your skin looks horrible and only if I go for treatment it would be better otherwise nothing is going to work. This doctor had such a bad impact on my mental health that I had not been to a dermat in a long time . So just don't go by what they put on their yt videos some of these people are very rude in reality.

I had a very bad experience at the Rajouri branch. My visit was extremely disappointing. The therapist was very unprofessional and lacked basic manners. She spoke in a loud and rude tone, which was shocking. There’s a girl named Sapna—I don’t know how Dr. Nivedita Dadu decided to hire someone like her. She has no sense of how to talk or behave properly. While my treatment was ongoing, she kept entering the treatment room repeatedly, saying random things. It was extremely disruptive and unprofessional. If you continue to hire such employees, my suggestion is that patients will likely switch to other dermatologists. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I recommend anyone considering Dr. Nivedita Dadu’s clinic to think again and look for a better dermatologist. To Dr. Nivedita Dadu, my humble request is to take immediate action against this matter. If you continue to keep staff like Sapna, there will be a day when people will only leave your clinic with complaints and frustrations. I have never seen such an unprofessional person in any organization before. I request you to take this feedback seriously and act upon it. For anyone reading reviews online, please read this carefully and stay cautious of Sapna.

Very bad experience..My daughter face after treament isfull of small acne. Before treatment her face was clear without any acne and marks.She was advised by them for dermalogy facial for glow and cleanup.The cost of facial was ₹8000.Not worth it. The facial was a scam . Pl dont trust them .Save your money.

I did not visit you 2.5 years back nor did I visit for melasma. Can't tell if you're just making stuff up or confusing me with someone else. Not sure how your records don't show this basic information correctly. Just highlights the incompetence I was mentioning. The first time I visited was July this year. I visited a total of 5 times for just 3 sessions because you are not clear about your doctor's availability.

I went to Nadu Medical Centre for the first time, he behaved well, the second time he made me wait for four hours, after that the doctor spoke rudely, he charged so much for all the treatments, there is no meaning in it, it is not treatment, he has run a money-making shop, he is siphoning off money by making customers, I don't think there is any point in going there😡

It used to be good, but now it's just a money making system, suggesting customers with overpriced treatments which do not even impact much. Plus, I had gotten side effects on my skin post my treatment.

Not recommended at all, specially buying annual package. They take advance money and you will after them, first to receive a call to get appointment and once you get through the appointment, taking an actual appointment takes one more week. Poor services and lazy attitude. Update: (August 6, 2024) Dear Owner, It is good to trust your staff but the truth is not what you have written and since I am also from service centre, I understand that you have only one machine so you do it on appointment basis. But here point is there is no direct contact number of calling your staff, one has to call your call centre first and then from there the call back is arranged. One is there is no option of calling the Rajouri garden branch and second the staff is too lazy that they call back according to their wish. So the point of 3-4 days for appointment does not make any sense, your staff takes 3-4 just to call back and another 7-10 days for appointment. And last but not the least the heights, they give appointment to the client on call for some other day and shift the appointment to some other day and they realise this after 30 minutes, the client reaches, meets doctor, changes and gets ready for the service. Literally disappointed. Kindly counsel your staff! Giving you feedback because for me this might be my last laser treatment service at your clinic, but obviously this is spoiling your brand’s reputation. Thanks!

Do not trust this clinic. After promise me great results of treatment, and let me travel from the other side of the globe, they texted me with one message and said they are not comfortable to do the treatment. Unprofesional clinic!

I was having close comedones all over my face since late march, these are small white head which is not exactly acne. my face also had 2 or 3 acne pigmentation nothing concerning to me. I have an acne prone skin but its never severe or even mild. I do get one or two pimple every month mostly but I never worried about it. I went to dadu clinic on 23rd april just to treat my close comedones. I was expecting some topical treatment but they said a laser treatment(bluberry or something I dont remember the name) would be good for you. they specificaly told me that it will reduce your pigmentaion and help reduce acne and will be easy to pick close comedones after the treatment. With out thinking much I agreed and they took the money for all the 3 sessions in advance. before the treatment I already told them I have a sensitive skin and I use retinoids on a daily basis. Without even checking my skin type or anything They said it is all okay as the treatment is for sensitive skin and it will cause redness which will go away in 48 hours. After the laser treatment which seems fine they pluck out comedones which was very painful(not complaining as the process is very painful any way). After all the process I can see the redness and brown mark over my face, you can see that in the first picture there are minor marks nothing severe and my face is pretty cleane by my standars atleast. After that day my skin got worse and worse, I got the worst breakout of my life, I have never seen such amount of acne on my face. in the first week I got more than 40 50 pimples on my face, you can see that in the 2nd picture which i took one week after the treatment. Me who never got 3 pimple at the same time on my face got to see 40 50 pimples really made me sad. Dadu clinic called me the next day of the treatment to check on me. I said I am still waiting for the redness and marks to go away. They said it will go in the next 24 hours. guess what, it didn't. . I paid for 3 session and even though I won't go for any more treatment there but it's been more than a month and they haven't called me for any session which they said will be following up after 21 days. The last picture was taken yesterday, you can see that my face is ruined. My acne is not getting stopped, I am still getting 3 4 pimples on a daily basis because of their treatment which is still freaking me out. FYI just wanna put it out there, I haven't been to office for more than a month after ruining my skin, I am in my room for past more than 35 days. I am constantly only applying sunscreen on my face. Reply on their comment: So they contacted me after I posted my review. And as expected they shamelessly didn't excepted their mistake and blamed me that I should have come for all the 3 sessions. Let me be get this clear one more time here: No, neither I came up for acne nor I came up for pigmentation. I only came for close comedone. It was your "doctor" who forcefully writing any thing he can get out the money from. One thing they kept repeating that a minor acne flareup is expected which is very anoying. Firstly I was not told that there will be an acne flare up after the treatment, I am not stupid enough to go for a treatment on an acne prone skin which causes more acne. Secondly there is not only acne flare they litrelly damaged my skin to the point that it is irreversible as you can see in my pictures. I know what is an minor acne flare up. Also I did contacted for my skin condition but your prescription didn't worked a bit. I asked them for refund, on that they said we will return half the amount and that too after deducting service tax charges. And the funny thing is they asked me to come and collect the check from their clinic. Now If I do the match, I paid 16K for ruining my skin and they will refund 8K - service tak(aprox 1500) - 2400(cab charges for both side to come far from gurugram). I told them I can't come then they said we will see what we can do, that is almost 10 12 days ago there is no update on that. So if there is any shame in them they will pay approx 3-4k only

It's very unprofessional that Dr. Never comes on schedule date and has been rescheduling everyday from last week. Can't appreciate a day before call to reschedule every time.

My friend went to their clinic and they got her signed so many docs saying she wont post any negative comments about them so here i am on her behalf. they only care about money. staff is trained to act like chat bots. instead of treatment they focus on how clients can pay more.

I find the services of Dadu Medical Centre highly dissastisfying. This place is highly money minded and it pays no attention to the patient after receiving the money.

Despite my professional background as a medical doctor, my wife had a terrible experience with Botox at this center. The procedure was performed by an inexperienced homeopathic doctor, resulting in severe bruising around her left eye just ten days before our wedding. Despite numerous calls to the center for a solution, we were told the bruising would resolve on its own. The situation worsened when her right eyebrow was noticeably higher than the left, leaving her face disfigured. My request to be present during the procedure was denied, allegedly for safety reasons, but I believe it was to conceal their lack of expertise. I strongly advise against visiting such centers.

The first time I visited doctor dadu was back in 2019. I consulted her for my skin related issues. She suggested some treatment, medication just like any other doctor would. I took my first treatment with them in 2021, on suggestion of doctor I took some facial and lazer one session each for trial purposes. Post this I re-visited the doctor in 2022 when i moved to the town and she recommended some treatments and lazer for my chin, upper lips. I thought of giving it a shot. They had me pay all the amount in advance for all the treatment lined up for me. I followed their team instructions and did as asked. I did all diagnostics they wanted, I took all medications they prescribed. I used all the pre-post care beauty products they suggested(sold). All this was obviously over and above the treatment cost. After putting in my time, effort and money for about 2 years continously I am unfortunately back to square one. My skin is still bad, none of their treatments really worked. I see NO visible changes. They did not have one person(doctor), staff work on my case, each time I had a new staff experimenting on me. I was also burnt by lazer twice. Doctor dadu is a celebrity, she did not even touch my skin or ever treated me. They charged me extra to do a consultation with her in person which of course was of zero benefit. This is just a business model and money making gimmick to open more and more centres to RAT us. These treatments have no long term benefits. No dermatologist will ever say go home and eat well, sleep well which is what is really needed. All that is really worked for me and my skin is really a good diet, a deep sleep and continuous exercise. PLEASE save/invest your hard earned money and don't fall in this trap I did.

I got my laser treatment done last year for acne. Overall experience was pathetic bcz they gave no attention during the whole treatment time as I’ve paid in one time so they really didn’t care about my experience with them as I become their ‘kaha he jaega customer’. They gave expensive products which was not needed bcz you visit a dermatologist to get the easily available real medicines by the pharma companies but this was not the case and it just increased their commission with the nearby “inhouse” store. The ointments and medications costed every time more & more per visit which was somewhat equal to the per session cost of my laser treatment. Basically, It was per session cost + medications cost which is TOO EXPENSIVE and useless….. I understood the importance of a good dermatologist now as I have started my treatment with an educated real doctor and not just any influenza so called ‘Doctor’. So, dadu’s clinic is terrible to call themselves a ‘dermatologist’ clinic. Not going to recommend to anyone to even go there. Wasted my consultation and treatment and medications fee.
