I visited this clinic for acne and acne mark treatment .I received gel therapy for acne after few sessions I noticed a significant reduction in acne and a visible improvement .

I came to Tvaccha skin clinic for acne related issues on my face, at initial days doctor suggested to moisturizer, sunscreen, acne cream and in the second level doctor suggested me to take gel therapy, after 1 session itself I found lot of change in my face, face became smooth and started glowing. Now I am feeling so happy with the results. Also I appreciate the supporting staff who were really cooperative and understanding.

I faced with sivere acne and pimples on my face with large bubbles aftr a week I got great results almost it made skin with less acne and pimples so happy thank ful to smrita garu.All problems one solution is there here it is recommended for all ages

I came to Tavchha Clinic with lot of acne on my back.. Backacne.my acne totally disappeared in just few weeks after I started treatment with Dr. Smitha Allagada. .Highly recommend this clinic for all skin issues.

Worst experience I had, no improvement and skin got worst all the products which they gave are high cost and are not suitable, usable. All my money got waste and products are waste.

I had an appointment at 16:00 and was there 5mins before. They let me wait for about 30mins and when asked they said they had two more customers before me. So I ended up leaving the place as I felt they werent respecting their customers time. I did visit a different clinic at 17:00 and got my treatment done and Im happy with the result to everyone that is curious. Btw this review has nothing to do with the doc.

After reading through the reviews of Tvachha Skin Clinic in Google, we came for a consultation for black pigmentation on skin. We were given a few medications. We started getting severe acne immediately after starting the medication. We came and consulted again for this new problem. She suggested gel therapy treatment and antibiotics. We got them done but the acne didn't subside. We again visited and we were asked to get hormonal analysis and endocrinologist advice. We sent those results through WhatsApp. After a few follow-ups, we were asked to send the reports again and then, we got a response to consult an endocrinologist. Interestingly, we have attached that report 2 times by then. We felt they did not go through the reports properly. We went for another consultation. The doctor repeated the same medicines and the same treatment which was given to us 1 month back. When we informed that we already used it, she started acting as though she remembered the case history but she didn't. We realised that she didn't even maintain our case history. She was pushing us to go for a costly gel therapy again. We were perplexed that she didn't diagnose anything even after a number of consultations. Summary : They created a skin issue and they tried to make money through a number of consultations and gel therapy treatment. We trusted the doctor and felt cheated. I strongly recommend not to get fooled by the marketing material that they project in the clinic and by the positive reviews here.

Consulted the doctor and she recommended some products. They said that the products they recommended are not available outside and I had to buy them only there. which is a lie you can get all of them at a cheaper cost on Amazon.

I had a Worst experience with Tvachha skin clinic,I went for Skin Problem on feb 14th,I choose that hospital based on google reviews,But I realized that,after coming out from hospital,which is Completely Commercial minded hospital,only looking for OP's amount 400rs.I concerned with Dr.Smitha Allagadda, she took photos of all my skin wound places.No one do like that,Every Doctor says that,Come with this Blood Test Report soon,but in this hospital,she was saying that,come with this blood report in a week.she unable to answer my questions even how that happens n how that wound came etc..,No Hospitality,No True care,No Proper Treatment.No Experience,,... I suggested everyone please don't belive and follow those google reviews. Thanx for ur patience to read all these from first to last..

I have visited Dr Smitha for my skin issue She game me medication it was cured. Again after 1month same issue was repeated and i went again she changed the medication it was cured again after few days i noticed the same issue Just waste of money and consultancy fee

Had various bad experiences, treatment in between was left by Mrs Shanti (most unprofessional specialist I have come across ) Me being the customers for years had to drop visiting this place Would never recommend or suggest for anyone Really ? There was no one How can you publicly say she was nor your employee She used to take care of lip pigmentation and lip tint I will provide the proofs here

Don't believe these google reviews blindly. I did and still regretting. I visited Dr. Smitha for more than 3 months and I spent more than Rs.20,000 just because she convinced me to go for sessions on chemical peeling and loads of medicines for moderate acne problem. But I was not happy with the Doctor and procedure at the end of all my sessions. I also observed that treatments are almost same for every patient walking in over their clinic. Same medicines and procedures are prescribed for skin problems to everyone (for both moderate/severe condition). One of the assistants was doing the procedures and doctor was not even knowing the condition of patient because she will be busy attending other patients. I didn't find it worthy of the money they are taking. The place was also not very hygienic. It's a very commercial clinic which only runs for money irrespective of what results the patient will be expecting. Reason won't be shared to patients if anything goes wrong in the procedures. I would recommend anyone reading my review to take a second opinion if you visited this clinic.

Worst skin care clinic. On first appointment only they told me to take chemical peel. I completed 3 sessions my acne problem has increased alot and never reduced. Full money oriented.

Hi Thanks for responding to my review. Firstly I spent 15 k which was taken as advance from which u can’t back out if at all even if the treatment is not suiting u. It’s 8 months since the so called treatment and I am still dealing with the acne I got from their peeling session. I was very regular with my sessions as I have a cab record for it and yes I am a doctor and qualified enough to sue u legally . Dr Smitha is very lazy to get up and check on her patients when harsh chemicals are applied on their skin…seeing the reviews I trusted and came to Twacha but it’s a whole facade because the reviews are fake. Also I had a baby just 3 months back so if u want to body shame me irrespective of my personal life being it diet or exercise I’ll come personally and deal with it. Pathetic treatment and insensitive staff. Please don’t go for reviews. They are fake. Staff is the worst and doctor lacks knowledge.

I have gone here post pregnancy for hyperpigmentation and let me tell you I am regretting and still experiencing the worst acne of my life and it's been 5 months post last session. Dr Smitha is just minting money prescribing the same gel therapy irrespective of the condition and won't bother to come and check once ...not even in one session. I feel if anybody wants to spoil there skin please visit Twachha . Also the staff will be over sweet but they are just covering up for their negligent services.

The doctor is good, but the staff in management is awful. I took an appointment twice. I arrived on time both times, didn't get sent in for over an hour both times. I walked out both times. What's the point in calling in advance and coming at a certain time if I have wait over an hour after prior calling. This was a complete disregard for my time and disrespectful to me. 1 hour is my tolerance limit, which it should not even be since I was asked to be there at a certain time.

I had consulted the doctor for hyperpigmentation issue. I had done chemical peel which cost inr 2000. I asked the lady who perform the treatment which chemical was used, she could not tell me. It was a total waste, there is absolutely no change or slight improvement. (My friend had prior done chemical peel at Care Hospital, the next day her skin was flaky and a little bit red, but when that phase was over within a week time, her skin improved and has glow). She prescribed cream containing hydroquinone to apply on the spot. It makes my skin so red, I had stopped using after three days and the redness stayed for a week. The face mask they let me buy for aftee treatment cost 250, you can buy it for 150 from Nykaa ( or even get a discount buy 7 and get 7). That's a ripped off. The whole experience was bad.

I had visited this clinic for acne problem, and I wanted it's cure badly as my wedding day was so close. Dr. Rukmini prescribed me some medicines, gels, and facewash. She aslo suggested chemical peeling for the quick results. I am so sorry to say, bt Dr. Rukmini is just there for making money and she doesn't care about her clients, some random assistant of her did the peeling for me, and she forgot to keep track of time or what I don't know. Dr. Rukmini did not come even for a sec and asked for consultation charges again just in 16 days of time spam. She did not meet me or give me any change in prescription bt was just sitting in her cabin. All thanks to her, that on my D day my face and jawline was even worse than before and my face was screwed because of her useless treatment. Such people should stop making money by cheating people, specially when people trust them.

Not recommended for pediatric dermatology . Mostly clinic is only interested in selling creams and charging a high price for the same. The cream was not only not useful but caused further irritation. Stay away

Management at reception is too poor. Receptionist didn't give the reciepts even after requesting multiple times for consultation and medicines. Also their attitude is too bad.

She is very commercial...only she wants money...I did botox 2 months back..I didnt get any result..I consulted her again.she agreed,i didnt get any result ani..but she couldnt tel me wht is the proper reason...she didnt take any responsibility..waste of the money...n whn I was go to there about my no result,that time,she agreed about my negative result..but she charged,again fee..but she didnr take responsibility n not told me proper reason...wht a commercial..I never see like that type of doctor...

This clinic is tied up with some Chinese brand of products I believe which are very costly and not at all effective on the skin issues and also the quantity for the price offered is very less.For one time visit we have to spend almost 3000 rupees which is of zero effect on the issue.Hope someone finds it helpful.

Worst treatment.... Consulted the dr regarding hairfall... Gave medicines those were extremely useless.... Waste of money... Won't recommend this to anyone
