Kaya shifted their clinic here which was preciously in Lulu mall. This one is nicely set up, spacious, has more rooms and wash room. First time when I went for service, I was asked to wait for an hour, despite having an appointment. Most of the times, getting a slot is tough. Post covid, Kaya is not keeping upto customers expectation. They did not have doctor for 1 whole month and I couldn't take the laser service. For kaya signature facial, when I took the package, they had offered variety products, but now they have stopped most of those. We have to take the regular ones or buy new package.. There are several other skin clinics in this area to choose from, so no more of Kaya!

Kaya Panampilly nagar is providing very pathetic service. They are not using medical grade glutathione and the doctors do not even know how to prick.
They know the treatment is not good and so they will push the customers for choosing packages and pay in advance. Even if the treatment causes any problems they wont refund the amount of the rest of the treatment.
Very unethical clinic and have to approach the consumer forum and medical council.
Its better to choose other good skin clinics or hospitals in Kochi rather than going to this clinic.

I was informed that someone would contact me soon, but that hasn’t happened, which resulted in me waiting for a response and losing valuable time. I’ve also tried reaching out multiple times without any response, which feels unprofessional. This has happened to me various times.

Was informed that clinic would open only by 2pm today. They don't even have the decency to inform folks with earlier appointments of the same.

Believing Kaya has a good reputation , I was suggested by my dermatologist is Bombay to visit this branch in Kochi , however after visiting the branch, I was disappointed to meet the doctor , she seems to have some sort of attitude issue, instead of consulting she wanted to ensure to show off she has more knowledge and was not polite. This was not expected from well know brand like Kaya. Though the rest of the staff was well behaved, I wouldn’t let such doctor perform any treatment for me.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Kaya Clinic kochi lulu mall today. I've been undergoing laser hair reduction treatments with Kaya for the past two years. However, my most recent session, which took place a couple of weeks ago, was quite different. They introduced a new machine, which left burns on my skin. To make matters worse, I noticed new hair growth just three days after the treatment.
I immediately contacted and visited the clinic to inquire and show about this unexpected development. They advised me to return for a follow-up after 10 days, as it wasn't possible to perform another treatment so soon. Due to some personal issues, I couldn't return for over a month. When I finally visited the clinic today, I encountered a new doctor, and it quickly became apparent that she had a serious attitude problem.
The new doctor was unwilling to listen to my concerns and failed to offer a solution. I explained that this was my seventh session, and I expected at least a month, if not a minimum of one week, before any new hair growth. The clinic's staff seemed to understand my predicament, but the doctor remained adamant, insisting that the issue was related to my hormones. However, the hair regrowing in just three days, especially on my seventh sessions and several burns on my skin, raised legitimate concerns.
If this is the attitude that the clinic maintains towards its customers, it's likely that they will lose a significant portion of their clientele. I came to the clinic seeking a solution to my problem, but instead, I was met with an unsympathetic doctor who was not ready to provide any assistance. Regardless, I wish the clinic good luck with its future .endeavors, despite these attitude problems with its doctors. This visit was my last to Kaya, and I won't be returning. I will never recommend Kaya to anyone; in fact, I will recommend people not to go there.

I took a facial package ,6 facial to be used in 3 year,when I took the facial package there was no pimples on my face but later pimples started coming,due to hormonal variation , I requested them to change the particular package and give which suits to my skin , but they didn't allow ,front desk lady was very arrogant and spoke very harsh it's better not to fall for such package ,as there is no guarantee about our skin condition

I had an appointment with Kaya at Lulu Mall recently. Due to the Lulu Fashion week, the roads were busy and we were stuck in the traffic. So I was 10 minutes late. But I called up the staff and they said it’s alright and asked me to drop by anyways. Once I was there, they asked me to wait 2 hours as someone else was undergoing a laser treatment. I took a stroll and came back after 2 hours and they told me to wait another half an hour. If the branch cannot take 2 people at a time then why encourage us to visit the centre and make us wait? The staff didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize wasting my time.
Please appoint more than one doctor to provide hassel free services.

I've been a regular customer of Kaya Clinic at Lulu Mall Kochi for the past 14 months and has been met with sheer disappointment. The last session of my facial hair removal package, which I invested over 11,000 rupees in, left me with a major facil burn on my jawline. Regrettably, the clinic's response to my complaint has been nothing short of inadequate. They remained silent for an unacceptable duration and then had the audacity to suggest that I foot the bill for an ointment to treat the damage they caused. This experience has severely shaken my confidence in Kaya Clinic's competence and customer care. I demand a prompt and effective resolution to this matter, given the distress and inconvenience I have endured.

I went to Kaya clinic at Lulu mall kochi ,with my under eye issue and I was advised to go for derma fillers .It’s a huge amount and somehow I managed to pay the amount and decided to go for fillers . I wanted to make sure the doctor who does it is well experienced and they said they have a dermatologist who comes from Chennai and that doctor will be doing it . They were just lying. The same doctor I consulted at Kaya was the one who did it . I had a worst experience with Kaya . My concerned area was my eyes and they said they are doing it for my eyes and the entire Filler accumulated on my left cheek which gives an asymmetrical shape to my face .I contacted Ms Leveena who was in a hurry to made me make the payment and she just sent doctor’s contact number and asked me to contact the doctor if there is any issue. I tried to contact the doctor and he was not responding. I sent a voice clip to him and after hearing the voice also he didn’t respond.
It’s my humble request to whoever planning to go to Kaya Clinic Lulu mall , please don’t throw yourself in to an experiment room . It’s your hard earned money and you yourself will be the looser . Worst place in my experience

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with a company's management, which left me feeling frustrated and deceived. After investing my hard-earned money into their services, I was met with a bad attitude and false claims of guaranteed results. It became evident that they were more interested in experimenting with my face than delivering on their promises.
From the beginning, the management appeared friendly and persuasive, promising fantastic results and assuring me that my investment would be worth it. However, once they received my payment, their attitude took a drastic turn. They became dismissive, unresponsive, and showed a complete lack of empathy towards my concerns and questions.
To my dismay, the results they claimed were far from reality. It seemed as though they had used my money as an opportunity to experiment with different techniques and products without considering the potential consequences. The lack of transparency and honesty in their approach was truly disheartening.
Furthermore, they made false claims about the outcomes I could expect, leading me to believe that my investment would yield significant improvements. Unfortunately, this turned out to be nothing more than empty promises to secure my money. It is extremely disappointing to see a company prioritize financial gain over the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.
In retrospect, I deeply regret trusting this company with my money and allowing them to experiment on my face. Their bad attitude and false claims have left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and be cautious when dealing with management that shows such blatant disregard for their customers' needs and concerns.
It is my hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid falling victim to similar deceptive practices. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respectful treatment throughout their interactions with a company, especially when it comes to matters as personal as facial treatments.

Worst experience..I had visited the clinician marine drive..had spent fifty thousand for full body laser .in between couldn't visit the clinic..i called them .n they reassured can visit anytime..afterwards now telling packages are expired..all money wasted..n now not able to retrieve data..i would never recommend Kaya skin clinic for anyone..watch your money..
Atleast some alternative should be there wen u say that packages are expired n policy was there etc..

Now they shifted to Lulu mall..doesn't mean that packages should be expired .if so you should have informed it earlier..

Very bad service. For multiple times the staffs didn't inform us the unavailability of the doctor eventhough we took a prior appointment. Upon reaching we came to know and the staffs were unresponsive and irresponsible.Please don't go.Very very very poor service

I had booked an appointment for my brother. I had confirmed the appointment timing by going to the clinic yesterday and before leaving the house today as we had to go for the appointment during our lunch break. The receptionist told that we had to reach before 2 and after 2, it would be busy. We reached there around 1:20 and waited till 2. In between this time, we asked a couple of times how much longer we had to wait. And everytime we asked they kept telling us to wait for another 10 minutes. During this time, they also took in a patient, who had come after us, who came for some procedure. It seems like they gave more importance to patients who had come for procedure, than those who came in for a consultation. We left there and they didn’t even seem to care when we said we were leaving. We immediately took an appointment at a well renowned skin clinic in Palarivattom and got our consultation done. The receptionist should value our time. They shouldn’t have given us an appointment if they had procedures that day. Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff.

One of the worst Center. Customer care team told me that I will receive offers upto 40% discount , and discount rate will be determined by the concerned centre even if I take one session. However the clinic staff said they won’t offer single session, later they said they will offer single session but will not offer any discount. Staff were pretty strong on their view and since i had already traveled 3hours just for the procedure, I availed their service though they didn’t give me any discount.

Such a money diggers they are. 1 year back i took a botox, and laughing line filler service from them. It costs 65000 /- rs and for filler service they offer 2 years warranty. And botox 8- 12 months. And i would say they are pathetic and pure money diggers. Both didn't even last long Atleast 3 months.And i informed them many times. They offered me a refund and compensatory service's. Nothing has happened till the date. And i strongly recommend to not fall in their fake promises. Totally rubbish. This is an absolute genuine review. Any one have doubt can contact me. I have solid proofs with me.

The lady named Jean at the reception made my daughter wait for an entire one hour when we were right on time for the appointment and she did not even feel sorry or express it. God knows why Kaya appoints people like her. It seemed like you had to please her to get your treatment done because she sent in other patients who came after us for their treatments. I've got no other option to go to any other outlets as this is the nearest. I hope she she learns some manners from somewhere.

I had booked an appointment for today, that is 28th of Jan, by 3:00pm. I reached there in time, by around 2:50-2:55 to be welcomed by the receptionist with a very disappointing message. That the doctor is not available and it will be 4:00 once she arrives.
If this was informed to me in advance, atleast an hour or so in advance, I could have made necessary arrangements and rescheduled. But they had to wait till I reached their centre, to share the news. At the end of the day, I efficiently lost a half day of work for absolutely nothing.
I am someone who has been, and still is associated with service industry, and this kind of lack professionalism is definitely inexcusable.

We got an appointment a day before in kaya clinic (marine drive ) and when we went there the clinic was closed.. almost waited for more than an hour and the customer care service was also very inefficient and they just asked us to go back home. None of their officials contacted us and not even taking calls.
