I am taking laser treatment at Kaya. I am satisfied with the results, they are very promising. The laser therapist take really good care and is very professional and offer humble service. I am about to complete my laser session for full body. The results are very effective. The hair growth has become extremely low. Bhishita take good care of me make sure that I'm comfortable and safe. My therapist Bhishita made sure I was comfortable under her care and completed the session very effortlessly.

The overall Kaya experience feels like more of a scam. I had taken full body laser hair reduction treatment, generally the reviews are shared after the completion of the treatment, they will request you on the very 1st day of the treatment begins. And they will keep on requesting you to put your reviews on Google (and maybe that's why we can see some positive reviews).. I conveyed to them, once the treatment is done n I'm fully satisfied with the it, I'll add my review. But, since then they started acting weird as if everything was just for reviews. Also, the doctor isn't warm enough to even hear your concerns, she asks to talk to the attendant (one who performs task as adviced by doctor). After paying this much amount you don't get a direct consultation from doctor which I felt is very wrong and unethical too.. I even took 5 peels for face and 4 q-switch laser sessions for face and neck, where I clearly mentioned that my neck area needs to be treated, they never said no until the money was paid and never treated neck area commenting it comes in nep and that I have not opted or paid for it.. I felt cheated. The overall feedback for Kaya e street is so bad that I would never like to visit again or would never recommend anyone to opt for Kaya treatment. The funny part is that the doctor has suggested me to use salicylic acid facewash, salicylic acid scrub, salicylic acid toner and even salicylic acid serum all together, when my skin is not at all acne prone, resulting my face and neck to turn more darker than ever in my whole life time. Plz plz plz I suggest if you love your face, do not visit this place. Mine was a nightmare, plz save ur trouble. Thnx

Highly unrecommended for laser hair reduction. I had taken a laser hair reduction package pre Covid with them and had completed multiple sessions. They finally told me to visit the Aundh branch since they had a better machine. I did that as well. It did not create much of a difference. Plus their doctors keep changing and each doctor has a different opinion. I am out Rs 37000 and still extremely hairy. Now when I am trying to call them to book an appointment, either the call is cut or they say they will call back which never happens. This has happened 6 times. I am filing a consumer case against them. Terrible service.

Not happy with the treatment. Spend approximately 50k but unfortunately not Worth it. I was told you will notice a change in your skin but nothing happened like that. I was not told that my nose open pores will not be treated. Also Kaya products are bit expensive. I did 1 peel, 4 carbon laser, 4 PRP. Over all not happy with treatment. So do not recommend.

Highly unprofessional and unsupportive approach in dealing with clients. Front desk employee is careless she does not even bother to greet the clients. I have heard a lot about this clinic, one of my friend who is regular customer of Kaya since last 5+ years gifted me a service, Service was excellent but attitude of front desk is rude. I doubt I will visit Kaya again. Note : This service was performed couple of weeks ago. I could not resist my self from posting a bad review.

Don't go for laser hair reduction as it's not worth the money. As soon as the sessions are over, you start getting hair again which is obviously waste of money. I didn't find it of any use.

I had taken laser hair removal package worth rs 40k . In my fist discussion itself i had mentioned my hair growth is thick would laser show good effect on me ..i was promised otherwise saying we assure positive results . I got the package and since 3rd session i kept raising concern before my sessions,online feedback , in the branch to doctors ,front desk representative everyone i had access to that i dont see results .. small pep talk that we have increased the intensity of laser and it will work on me now etc and .they exhausted all 6 sessions without really analysing my issue....shamelessly then they started offering another fancy maintainance package worth 20k .. disappointed at all levels i gave up on kaya and would urge all to stay away..been a while for my treatment but specifically writing this so that others don't suffer like i did as my underarms have major skin damage ..skin is jet black and i am taking medication from private dermatologist.. worst experience ever .request you to think twice before going for any service with kaya ..its just a big farce

i am a kaya customer for last five years. One problem i am facing is regarding TAX INVOICE. Since beginning they have problem in generating TAX INVOICE and they don't give it in time due to which we forget sometime to collect. They say it will reflect in your email, but it never used to happen. My last purchase, till now i have not received my TAX INVOICE, its 25 days now and i have communicated with them more than 10 times. There software is useless and there is lots of glitches and they don't even bother to rectify nor they take any feedback. The invoice date format is MM/DD/YYYY, my CA used to have lots of confusion due to this. The email reply from kaya help team is unknown, they just right "Team Kaya" as if some Robot is replying to you. Complain via call-Centre does not provide any complaint number or reference number so its difficult to track. Also The call-Centre purposely disconnect the phone if you want to register complaint. It took me almost 5 to 6 disconnection to kaya call-Centre before i managed to talk. I have left with no choice now but to complain to their MD or CEO. Even i would CC it to GST official.

Highly unprofessional and unsupportive approach in dealing. My wife had an prior appointment for a session today on a 'gift voucher' which she won at a contest. She was only 10 min late and this clinic cancelled the appointment on its own without even giving us the customary call, which they normally used to do when it used to be a paid service. We both are an old customer of 'Kaya' at other clinics, but this kind of an attitude at this clinic at East Street, Pune just took us by surprise. More than that, the centre head there was not ready to budge in spite of explaining things to her. Highly disappointing and gave us a feeling that we are dealing with some road side local shop which wants to save on a session since it was the last day of offer on that gift voucher!!....

I had availed of Kaya services( East street ,Pune) 2 years ago which was excellent. They were responsive and always available to help. But now I was not able to get them on the phone,so went there personally, made an appt. Earlier Two days before the appt I would get a call to confirm . This time round no call so i called the day before to reschedule ,the lady said she would call back .But no call yet.

Worst skin clinic ever. Visit if you want to damage your skin. They are providing fake coupons. Not validating them when I went to redeem the coupons. Total waste of money. I think you should shut down your clinics and study dermatology once.

This clinic is a joke. The people they call doctors, are god knows what. That man didn’t give me the exact remedy or what the was the condition I was going through. Charged me 750 plus promoted his products as well. Pathetic and disappointing.

Doctor is rude and incompetent. Got zero results for laser after spending so much money.. the doctor is not even apologetic about it let alone admit it.. other staff is polite but we don't spend our money for politeness.. sorry, won't recommend this branch to anyone

Men's skin has been used in the clinic products, but they have not had any Golw , but they are either us or have had a face to face here. He or she is west . Only total money and very bad for kay skin clinic products
