Taking my facial hair removal laser treatment , so far great results, facial hairs becoming fine day by day. Also the Staff is so cooperative and humble.

Had about 9 PRPs till now. Had really good result. My hair have started thickening again and I am seeing the regrowth as well. The hairline is slowing moving forward. I moved from level 4 to level 3 and I am preety close to level 2. Would recommend.

the worst - Only about money. Will cut you open if it fills their pockets even if your condition worsens. Regret going to them. They prescribed me fusibet cream for my face that is not suitable for face application. I don’t think the person who performed on me under General Anaesthesia was even a doctor. Avoid these gold diggers.

Very disappointing experience with Derma Miracle. I had opted for laser hair removal for beard shaping and after taking 15 sessions, half of which were with their so called "best" machine- Suprano Titanium, I saw minimal improvement in hair reduction. I had shelled out around Rs.15K in the period of around 1.5 years and all of the time, money and effort now seem to be a waste for me. The clinic is skilled in misleading marketing as it was ready to sell me other cosmetic treatments that were totally unnecessary especially when they were not even able to provide desirable results for treatment that I had opted for. The one star that I have provided as part of my review is mostly because the clinic is clean and located at a convenient location and honestly also because this is the least amount of stars I can give as part of my review.

They make total artificial hairline which anyone can identify. Dr haror don't do anything just come to see after completing hair transplant process which was done by group of young boy's who looks like 12th fail by their talking. In reply they are saying I am not their patient in there record, so please see attached prescription photos.

It seems like a scam. I have a package here but taking the appointment is not easy. No one picks the calls or gets back ever. You have to chase them. Once you go there if you are lucky enough to get an appointment after chasing them, they will make you wait for hours. It’s really horrible. I am stuck because I paid. I would highly advise to go somewhere else.

Really disappointed in their services. Their peels/ laser everything is not worth a penny. They are bad with communication or responses. I have my money stuck with them and they don’t respond to texts any more. Neither they are swapping it for a service nor they are refunding it. This place is a total disaster and most of their reviews are bought.

Bad decision to go for them. I was getting laser treatment done from them. The results were just not there and they always had an explanation for it. They promised a pain free treatment but it was really painful and not just that promised results in the given sessions and later tried convincing us to take more sessions. I am getting my laser from some other place now in a cheaper price and better results. I would not recommend you to waste your money here. Most of the reviews are the ones that they make people write and ask to say good things when you go for the first session. But now my sessions are done and I am aware how bad their results are.

I took 7 sessions from this clinic.first of all i never met the main doctor or this clinic dr navnit. A ma’am said all your facial hair got permanently removed in 7 sessions.she just eagerly wait for the payment .in all sessions different clinic staff doing my sessions they even don’t know which part for laser they asking me laser kaha krna h sir. In all sessions after two months i got all my facial hair back but in all sessions i got some result but after two months all hair came back. They just want all payment before first session that’s it. My 12k went in vain and they have mo answer for this…when i asked why your main doctor in not dealing with me they simply said woh in sab normal problems ko deal nahe karte.thank you

I am not happy with my results. I took 5 PRP and continuesly use of minoxidil. It has been 1.5 years of transplant. And I am waiting what clinic think about me.

Very bad experience.They have only one machine for skin lazer .. I had waited there for almost 2 hours for chin lazer only.

The results are very faint. Since the teams have changed, the quality of service has gone low. Got a body laser, the lady burnt my skin and now I have rashes all over my leg. I wouldn’t recommend

Please don't waste your time and money. They were very nice in the beginning and I referred them to friends for laser hair reduction. Sadly I made the payment for 6 sessions in the beginning. But after 2 or 3 sessions booking appointments became difficult and they would cancel sessions at the last minute after making me wait for more than an hour at times. The service providers started insisting that I write a 5 start review in front of them after the service. I found this weird but it makes sense now when I look at so many 5 star reviews here. Just before the last session I spoke to them about not getting any results and that's when they used a new machine for the session and I realized that I was being fooled for 5 sessions with ineffective machines. They burnt my tattoo in the last session and didn't even offer an apology. Instead, they demanded a much higher amount for maintenance sessions because 'now they were going to use the machine that works'. Unbelievable and very disappointing. I hope others don't fall for their sweet talks when their only intention is to deceive trusting customers.

Omg such a bad experience with these people. First of all there is so many employees and none of them know their job. And his all employees especially the one who is going the laser they are fresher and they even dont know to do their job, and one of my sessions there was a new girl and she wanted to laser my nose hairs haha omg Their packages are very cheap thats why people go there and tbh i also went there becoz of package. Thank god i have had paid only 3 sessions. Dont trust them guys i know their clinic is in a good area but dont trust these guys and they have done the same thing with my friends too and they will promise you for so many good things but once they take the money then they are like who the hell are you.

This clinic is more of a salon than a genuine hospitality service clinic. I went there for redness, itchiness and other concerns therein but the consultation went only around getting Hydra facial worth Rs 23000 (original 30000/-, discount 30%) for every cure. The doctor told us not to use aloevera, ice anything but use their Hydra facial and pills to get glow on face. They just endorse their products rather than recommending genuine medicines. I understand that facials, therapies help in rejuvenating skin and make it actually good, no issues in it, however it should be kept in mind that not everyone is inclined towards getting cosmetic treatment. I have been to so many dermatologists before but no consultation has been so around the cosmetic recommendations - almost everyone of them recommended aloevera, water, ice for better skin and no one recommended costly facials and pills that make your skin glow atleast. We were kept waiting for 1 hours for such a worthless consultations. They suggest nothing but pills for glow on the face (10 pills of 650/-). How can some pill get glow on the face !!! He did not even once tell us to drink water, or yoga, or any change in lifestyle....everything was just about the facial (Hydra facial and Miracle infusion). They would recommend costly products (I remember getting some sensitivity serum of 1400/- which I thought of purchasing, others being facewash, acne cream, sunshield, I did not bother to ask their prices because I did not have to buy them). While being told about the facial packages by one of the staff members, when I firmly told her that I would think about this, she got furious for a moment. Such a bad behavior !!! God save from such doctors and clinics.

Totally worst place..not at all professionals in their work.. doctor will be available only when they want to make money otherwise it's not all possible to meet him..they are just fooling people..don't waste your precious time and money on them..I have been trying to meet the doctor from 1 year and still waiting..nobody in the clinic is professional..

My husband done his transplant from derma miracle. They treated very well before treatment get done and also they said they will give 20% discount in medicine. After the treatment done they just changed their own words. Also the transplant results are poor now we are going to them for solution so they are taking consultation fees or not treating well also not giving 20% off on medicines n now they are saying take prp sucess if you are not giving results in transplant so what is the gurrenty after prp the hair will grow. Very poor services. Unsatisfied. Will not recommend any one.

They have zero professionalism. Their treatments are not up to the mark. No proper guidance and treatment is given to the client. The staff blames the customer for getting a wrong treatment done inspite of the fact that the employees herself suggested that treatment. I had a very very bad experience here. Don’t trust this clinic. They are fraud and will charge you for some other technology and give some other treatments. And every time the accountable people change. There is no way to escalate. Pathetic treatment. Sakshi Desai is the attendant and floor manager. She does not know how to talk to clients and no accountability for the offers she talks about.

I have skin problem. They suggested me 4 sittings of co2 laser & 3 sittings of subcision. After completion of all my sessions, I didn't find any result. They asked me to further increase number of sessions which I refused because I got no results.They asked me to change the treatment saying "iss baar ye kar loge to thik ho jayega and all" But phle jo kiya to kuch result to dikhe bhaiya. What I want to say is, don't waste your money & accept your look. In between the sessions, I was asked to give star ratings. Finally after my treatment I'm changing my review. #genuine_review

Hi this is very honest review. I've taken a package from them with peels, derma roller and Lazer. Unfortunately even after 6 peels and 2 other sessions. I couldn't see any changes. I recently consulted the doctor and he suggested me for the peeling again which is I am ready to pay if that affects my skin. Unfortunately while buying the package it was informed that I can consult Dr. Navneet as many times as I want. Now they are not sending the prescription that I recently visited. I am looking for somewhere else to consult for peeling as I can see no changes. I would never recommend anyone to the clinic. Though the staff is very polite and it's not about money but the effect and commitment.

I was looking for laser hair reduction but initially I was skeptical, then I checked online and visited for consultation with dr navnit haror. He cleared my doubts and directed me to manager shoshi, She initiated the process, initially two sessions were nice but then next two sessions were a total waste as no results were obtained (hair started growing faster then ever at several places), when j raised my concern, i was assured for good treatment and was also assured for session recovery but no response provided later. When called for follow up on my session recovery, they neglected the call and hung up when I was waiting for response. @Dr. Navnit sir - It's your duty to ensure fair treatment for all your clients and if your staff can't behave and fullfill their commitments then you should lead by example, I was hoping for best treatment but it's hard to say that i am totally disappointed, you should try to improve the record of your unhappy clients.

Earlier felt it was the right place I have been to but sooner realised that the staff totally works on their own will. Still some more sessions left for which I have already paid.... They will reach u thousand times before the payment nd later for even a prescription u have to contact them ten thousand times.
