I was here for hair-fall problem. As this was my 1st session they provided me with a complimentary diet session and hair removal sessions. The service is actually great. the process goes smooth and the staff are cooperative as well. I personally liked how Arshad sir helped me throughout the process.

I went there for the first time for getting a skin treatment, namely a chemical peel. The staff was warm and helpful in their approach, especially Shakshi ji, my aesthetician for the day, who gently guided me throughout the process under the tutelage of Dr Barnali Dutta and took every bit of care for a smooth procedure. A warm thanks to all of them.

The clinic is the best for your skin and hair health. The doctors are very competent. I had PRP sessions there. Most of my sessions are done by dr. Barnali Dutta, very cordial and experienced doctor. She not only provided with the best treatment, also provided with the information about the healthy diet. As being very fearful of needles l can assure that she is very gentle and l was in a very good hand. By 3-4 months l started noticing baby hairs in my affected area of scalp. So the treatment is also very good. The staffs are very friendly and humble creating a friendly atmosphere and provided the best services.

Dr Barnali is a great person and highly professional. Mr Arshad is true gentleman, has great personality. He goes above and beyond to make the client feel comfortable. Overall great place for skin and hair problems rectification.

I'm so glad I found Oliva and Dr Barnali Dutta. I've been struggling with acne since puberty, but after starting treatment with them, I've seen a huge improvement. Best clinic for skin care. I have been suffering acne for almost 3 years. Then i consulted to Dr. Banali mam. Her medication did magic to my acne. My skin got acne free within 6 months.Then i took light chemical peel for my pigmentation which is very effective and all the staffs are amazing. So thank you everyone. Highly recommended.

The service is very nice and the staff are very nice, Arnamitra maam helped me with the peeling process and the entire procedure is being guided by Dr.Farhad, as of now the treatment is smooth and nice and al my doubts have been cleared. My review is based on management not the doctor. Booked my appointment today at 230 for me and my wife. Reached the clinic at 220. We were made to wait till 310 PM. We enquired why its taking longer when will we see the doctor, I recieved a reply 5-10mins. We walked out of clinic at 315. 55 mins of me and my wife’s precious time wasted for nothing. 5 mins later received a call asking me if I would be interested in reschedulement since the doctor is busy bla bla bla. No prior information was provided as we were in the clinic. My request to the management if they are reading the review, Please dont take appointments if doctors are not available on time. People leave their day’s work and make effort to be on time. I can give a pass if we are made to wait 10-15mins. But, no communication by the staff and just hopelessly waiting for hour is extremely disrespectful.

Excited to see you soon! 💖 After receiving this whatsapp message I visited their clinic in Jodhpur Park Kolkata,and had a v bad experience.A staff at the reception charged me Rs 1000 saying to book a service(Hifu) and take a follow up complimentary doctor consultation on my next visit and if i a not satisfied, i can buy some product with the Rs 1000 which they charged on my first visit. Then on my second visit I had a consultation with Dr Barnali and when I asked the same staff that if I don't take any service ,then can I buy any product with the Rs 1000 which I had paid on my first visit,to which she replied that the money(Rs 700 ) has been waived off and I have only Rs 300 left and I can purchase any product combining it with Rs.300 left. This sort of behavior was beyond my expectations and I have been very disappointed. I wanted to take some service but after this unethical behavior I have decided not to take any service from there. There is lack of transparency in the dealings with the clients in Oliva Skin and Hair clinic in Jodhpur Park Kolkata.

I would really like to contacted by someone who will stop harassing me and refund my money, everything is happening online now across the world but Oliva Jodhpur park needs me to be present there just to explain the same thing for 100th times that THERE WAS NOT A GREAT RESULT AND HENCE I DON'T WANT TO TAKE THE LAST SESSION FOR PRP & THEY SHOULD JUST SIMPLY PROCESS THE REFUND FOR THIS LAST SESSION! EACH PATIENT HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY TREATMENT. Please read my review before going there. The people like me who have skin knowledge will be very disappointed if they go here for treatment. I went there for my freckles problem. I have 6 very small and very light freckles. The doctor suggested me laser therapy for this and peeling therapy for dark circles. I was totally surprised when the told me that you can try retinol capsule for pigmentation or dark spots, I think this will not harm your skin. Seriously? A skin specialist can tell “I think”? Then why should I book the appointment for 700rs, my friend can give better suggestion than her in this case. They are there only for business, you can go with any problem but they will suggest laser therapy. They suggest me Oliva skin care kit. Actually they don’t do anything except looting us. Disgusting experience

They called me for in person consultation giving me false hope that the treatment will be done, only to make me fill a form with a lot of personal information and then told me that the treatment isn’t available there and suggested me to book online appointment and go to Hyderabad office.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and negligent behaviour by Dr. Barnali Dutta. Firstly, she is quite unscrupulous in that she is in the habit of overbooking herself in order to earn more money and making the clients wait long hours at a high end aesthetic clinic that clients are paying good money to get services from (it is not a medical centre, nor is it a hospital). She refused to check on the patient (me) during an ongoing treatment, which is her duty, and later came and screamed at me for calling her (which I didn't...the technician called her, since he was confused as to how to proceed, given the discomfort I was in, during the treatment) in presence of the technician who at least had the decency to apologise profusely for the doctor's behaviour afterwards knowing that she was clearly in the wrong. Dr. Dutta also had to look up ointments that she was prescribing me (skin ointments that she obviously regularly prescribes to her clients) on the internet in front of me which doesn't exactly instil confidence in the patient. Lastly, my skin has started breaking out more than it used to, which further points to her incompetence and lack of knowledge. It is quite unfortunate and shameful that a supposedly reputed aesthetic clinic like Oliva is employing such unscrupulous, ill-behaved and incompetent service providers(doctors).

I went to this place and consulted dr. Barnali . I was charged Rs 600 for my visit and guess what the only thing they did was measure my height and weight. The most useless unprofessional and inexperienced doctor I have ever visited. There was no proper check up. She didn't even conduct a proper inspection of my skin condition. Don't waste your time and money here. See a professional doctor somewhere else . Free advice. Don't go for the reviews they are fake reviews. Don't fall for there fake advertisement.

If this is regarding my first appointment I would have settled with a 5 star however the real scenario comes after that . For my next visit I tried the same but then the authority claimed that Someone form Oliva team will connect,while they connect with you, they schedule your appointment accordin g to the doctor's schedule only before 3 days, they will inform you that you will get a confirmation call on the day of appointment however even after so many confirmations from the team when you will visit into the scheduled time they will refuse you mentioning the doctor will leave or has left the clinic. That's how mismanaged they are in terms of their service. If you have any preference for doctor make sure that doctor that available at clinics apart from Oliva. Definitely not recommended as according to them our time is not valuable and we are here to change our schedule accordingly.

The most pathetic experience I have ever seen. My husband went there for severe acne problem, dark spots and hyperpigmentation. The first thing is the doctor didn't allow anybody to know what is she actually doing or applying on the skin. If anybody has less knowledge regarding skin problems then you should allow someone who knows a little bit. After that the doctor suggested pealing treatment for six seating followed by laser treatment. Totally which was a huge budget. But trust me after spending this lot of money the ultimate is zero. My husband's skin is totally damaged now. The condition of the skin becomes pathetic just one month after the treatment finished. Firstly the doctor never told that what material was she applying for the pealing treatment. I think everyone has the right to know that what material is applying on his face. Secondly the doctor was continuously suggesting not to get out at sun exposure. It is not possible for a working person to stay home for this long term treatment. So this is ot for working people. It is for high maintenance people who always travel by AC car. T

I’ll start with the good things first. The doctor was very good and she was very understanding. But the overall experience with this clinic is extreme frustrating and also infuriating. I had an appointment at 3 P.M. and by the time they let us in to see the doctor it was 4:30 P.M. this place is poorly managed with absolutely zero consideration for patients time. The manager needs a few lessons on how to treat other human beings. 1) she openly commented on another patient losing weight which visibly embarrassed her. She thought she was giving her a compliment but people should have basic common sense of not commenting about someone’s body in front of ten other people on the room. 2) she kept saying they are plenty plenty plenty of DPNs on my moms face. Again, a disgusting sales tactic to sell a better package instead of considering a person’s feeling while shaming them about their skin. 3) she did sell me the whole package. I’ve spent almost 14000 here and I’m utterly disgruntled about the way she sold this to me. I don’t feel good at all. Oliva, for the kind of prices you charge, we deserve better staff, better experience and better service. Also better premises. Would it kill you to clean up the stairs that lead to your office. I had a much better experience in the Chennai outlet. Kolkata, as usual is a let down when it comes to healthcare services.

Worst and totally unprofessional experience. Had an appointment at 2.30 pm. Reached there within 2.30 pm. Doctor arrived at 2.40 pm. Waited there till 3.10 pm but no response apart from a form which was filled up by me. And the lady at the reception said have to wait then left with a pathetic experience without consulting the doctor👎👎👎 And the best part I was the only patient waiting 😆😆😆

I had the worst experience at this under staffed clinic. The doctor didn’t seem to care much about the whole procedure and asked to enquire at the desk. Inspite of having taken prior appointment by calling thrice to take laser hair treatment , they deducted my money - 12000 rupees for face and then told me to come back after 3 days for procedure as machine was busy. Highly unprofessional set up. During the procedure doc and assistant kept talking and complaining about under staff. They’re just there to loot. Plz verify before your visit. If there were negative stars, I’d throw it at them.

The management system is very poor, specially the behaviour of the manager. They will trt to force on you to immediate grab their offer otherwise they will feel offended. I'll never ever go again specially the Jodhpur Branch.

MOST WORST EXPERIENCE I had taken LT and lesser treatment package in 2020 middle, In 2021 January my mother was diagnosed with cancer so that i contact with oliva jodhpur clinic for refunded my rest amount. Not only one time i contact them minimum 10 to 15time. after listening to everything they didn't help me.. And Still i did not get my money back....

Pathetic experience at the reception. I visited the clinic a month ago for the doctor's appointment and it was almost empty. But they advised me to roam outside the clinic for 1 and half an hour as patients might come at anytime. Finally I got the golden opportunity to meet the doctor and they charged me 700 for my first visit though it was actually 600 according to their website. So dear visitors please look before you leap.

Worst consultation experience ever in my life.. When I have call them they have said that they have a Derma-Trichologist But in prescription Neither mention the name of the doctor and nor her degree and after paying 700 rupees consultation fee you will be in dilemma that the person you are Consulting with "is she a genuine medical professional or not" ? As per my knowledge it's a false Medical practice. Sorry to say but as per my personal opinion i have consulted with most incompetent doctor in my life Single word for doctor ne'er-do-well

Guys..... Totally honest review that you can rely on it.. If you have a lot of lot of money then you are welcome to visit places like so called "OLIVA" clinic because once you enter you have to pay 600 consultant fee... For sure.. Either you r going for treatment or not... Then Second point m having acne scars.. After consultant 3 different treatments were putted in front of me.. One cost.. 68000, another something around 100000 and one of 26000...these three of them are different treatment ... Wo bolte hai naa... Gala kaatne wala treatment... Now it's upto you guys.. But one thing is the staffs are very professional..

Please don't waste your money and time here. They are here for business only. And also do not go for Olivia products as well they are trashy. Check quora for real experiences of other people as well. I was Dumbo not to check there first.
