Not giving approx price for the wart removal. Not allowing whatsapp photo for estimation of price. Asking to pay 600 rupees for the estimation of the wart removal which is meaning less. Seems only money minded by neglecting customers issues and seems all are fake reviews

Took PRP treatment FOR HAIRFALL N HAIR GROWTH, 36K IS THE COST FOR 6 SESSIONS, however WASTE OF MONEY WASTED 36K STILL FACING HAIRFALL N DANDRUFF and the staff are careless they dont even send you the reminders for ur treatment u have to call n chase . worst experience.

The latest update is that the doctor denied to provide the final PRP session to my wife since I posted this negative review against him. All he wants is positive reviews. In short he robbed my money. I am filing a complaint post I am done with ayyappa lent. I wish there is a place to upload the voice recordings -- This is my honest feedback about Dr. Uttham Kumar. I urge you to carefully reconsider before paying the full amount for the PRP treatment. The doctor in question has a tendency to be unprofessional, often speaking rudely and raising his voice, especially toward women. While the quality of the treatment is important, the way patients are treated matters just as much. In our experience, the doctor shouted at my wife for visiting the Beeramguda branch for her PRP treatment, even though he was the one who initially recommended that location as it was closest to our home. To make matters worse, the Beeramguda branch does not have adequate equipment to properly conduct PRP treatments. His behavior drastically changed after we had already enrolled and made the advance payment for the PRP sessions. Don’t be swayed by his pleasant demeanor during initial consultations; once you've committed and paid, his true attitude may come out. Another issue is with the staff. Except one or two, the rest are of no use. You tell them something and they convey something else to the doctor. They offer a call back but never does. Reply to this message if you want more clarity.

Very Bad experience with him ( Dr. B Utham Kumar)... Consulted more than year consistently without progress on skin issues. He doesn't encourage / entertain getting the tests done out side of the hospital or getting medicine from other stores. Too commercial , he will create fear in the mind if we don't align with number of consultations / using other medicine brands / gets the tests somewhere else. Discontinued visiting him with out progress after an year. He doesn't even recommend any lifestyle changes to improve other than medicine.

Treatment for hair fall is not satisfied,more money spent but no use,worst staff in both chanda nagar and beeramguda also,no proper receiving full attitude behaviour. I don't recommended this hospital.

Hello Uttam kumar, You have asked to explain what had happened right, sure I will explain everything but, you should be guilty of about all your false allegations and fake statements that have made. Yes at our first visit we have been consulted with Dr. Aruna, who was available that time, we were asked to visit after two weeks, medicines prescribed for 2 weeks and this was accepted by you that Dr. Aruna is doing this with all the patients. And in the second visit we paid the consultation fee then only you agreed to see us, we have told you regarding the scenario of 2 weeks then you have made the refund of that consultation fee, also explained that the medication which was prescribed by Dr. Aruna has no any results instead it got worse. You have changed the entire medication and asked us to come after a week, for your reference you have said that you will see us in 10 days also if any of the party is not available within the week, I have called the clinic on the day 6 which is on friday, at 6pm they said you will be there at clinic at 7pm, thought of calling before starting, so I made a call to the clinic and they said Dr. Uttam kumar is on leave(I have the call recording and screenshot of the calls) we were busy on Saturday, we called on Sunday even though it's a holiday, Our 3rd visit on Monday was an unforgettable day, we never thought the clinic staff would behave this manner, yes there was an argument but it was started by the staff, there was a person who sits in the pharmacy claims to be the manager, made argument, cried and created a drama and made a complaint about us that we were not talking nicely with her. Never seen a manager who picks an argument instead of giving hospitality. I have a correction of your statement that we didn't rushed into your cabinet, it is you who has called us in and shouted at us, Mr. Dr. Uttam kumar I think you have forgot mentioning that you threw the file at us which was captured by my mobile. This is the reason we said you are very angry at us. Another thing is we never made an argument with you never spoke a word to you, you only behaved in a very wrong manner, I know there were world full of good doctors and I know no one sees for lifelong, but we have came to you as you asked us to come for, no person will ready to pay consultation fee for every week and these great words were spoken by you itself.

Worst experience.Utham kumar is very anger towards patients.Also prescribe lot of medicines that are too expensive.
