Dr. Preetha is an exceptional dermatologist. I visited their clinic because of my severe hair fall and i had no idea what the cause is. Dr Preetha gave me a clear explanation about my hair fall and told me not to be worried. I came to know about this clinic from google search, didn't know how the doctor and clinic will be as it was my first time in this clinic. I went with an allergy and swelling on my face using vitamin c serum...The doctor was very friendly and polite and gave me medicine and ointment for 5 days and told me to come back after 5 days for review.. Thank God,within 3 days my face became better and swelling subsided.Felt very happy and contented with their service..The medicine also was very reasonable price.. Happy that Google lead me to a good derma clinic and doctor.. Thank you Dr preetha and the staff for the good service..keep going on with your good work...

Don't eat like this with patients' money.
I have been treating this doctor for the past 2.5 months for the 1st 3 weeks, she gave me an expensive shampoo for dandruff, that was my best days. After that 3 weeks later she introduced another expensive shampoo, from then till today, I am facing the same severe dandruff problem.
I consulted 2 times, they are making me wait for a month for the results. Then today when I went to show the results, they asked me for money again to see the doctor. IS THIS FAIR ???
AM I OBLIGATED TO SHOW THE RESULTS I ONCE SHOWED TO THE DOCTOR?🤬🤬😡
and also one of the worst customer service I got from there. This is not a inexperience on their part, it is ARROGANCE.

The doctor is good and the treatment is also very good but the staff doesn't know how to behave with the patients.The treatments and procedures are over priced.The behaviour of the staff is as if they are giving free service to us.I called to just enquire the doctor is available or not. In the prescription I already had review scheduled for September 2nd, I called 30 minutes before to confirm the availability of the doctor.It was not a sudden or unplanned appointment,the staff should have arranged the review appointment before taking new appointments .
