I had severe hairfall from few months and lost half of my hair and came to this clinic for some solution. They recommended prp treatment. It was complete today. My hair fall was reduced from the 1st session itself. The staff were good. But I didn't see hair growth yet. Looking forward to see more growth from my hair as my hair used to be thick before. I hope I get my volume back after few months as my hair grows slow.

I had great experience in Venus institute. Got treated for my acne and acne scars Treatment took around 3 months and then the result was much appreciated got peels and co2 sessions worth taking the treatment. Would recommend Dr Venus for getting treated .

Dr. Anusha is a wonderful doctor and person. I went for my acne problems and the difference is clearly visible. She not even prescribed many medications. I only received one medication. Everything else was just a moisturizer and face wash, which we use every day.

These doctors are extremely unprofessional, more focused on business than patient care. I paid ₹75,000, yet a junior doctor handled my treatment, and I’m uncertain if they were even qualified. My face has been severely damaged. When I requested further treatment, they blocked my contact and have not responded. I strongly advise against going to this hospital as they appear to lack integrity. I am filing a complaint and have all the necessary proof.

Very bad skin clinic Dr Venus mistakened eczema for Scabies and wrote scabies related medicines. But my actual skin problem is Eczema . Clinic looks like high tech clinic but they are money minded and unprofessional. Dr. Venus is having MINIMAL knowledge about SKIN care and SKIN problems. She could not properly diagnose the problem and mis treats patients. Also they charge high fee for poor treatment with low class knowledge. Don't go to this clinic. Low grade clinic. Very bitter experience.

Highly attitude doctor in Chandannagar ,She only treatment patients by seeing their attair ( Modern people only ) If speak Telugu she will immediately send you back with scribbled priscription with out saying what to follow next

The lack of respect for patients' time is appalling. To make matters worse, our consultation with Dr. Venumari was utterly unprofessional. As a parent, it's distressing to see your child not receiving the care and attention they deserve. The Clinic facilities and services are subpar, and the staff seems disorganized. Wanted to give negative star but this is the only option I had!! A Big NO to this unprofessional clinic the way they concentrate on collecting money if they put in 1/4 attending to the patient would be good enough!! Not even listening to the patient pain or concern writing up costly medicine doesn’t make things better!!

Venu Kumari is very ignorant, she was not even willing to listen and have a conversation. She kept pushing me for costly procedures without even suggesting proper medicines. I came for pimples, spots, pigmentation and she was suggesting surgeries for scars which i dont even want to treat.

I had a very bad experience. They charge a lot but the service is poor. Very disappointed. Dr Venu Kumari who is the senior doctor there just had a brief look at the problem and asked her junior to handle the procedure. The sad thing is that even the junior doctor didn't come initially to start the procedure. A senior nurse came in and asked me to hold the area. Tell me which large clinic asks the patient to hold the area when the procedure is being done. When I started crying then the junior doctor came in , still she didn't do anything. It was the nurse who removed my warts.I was charged 5k , which i wouldn't have mind if I was taken care off well. We come with a lot of trust to a doctor please don't disappoint us like this.

Had an emergency visit to this clinic because of my sudden face allergy which made my skin very painful. Dr. Venu prescribed me some medicines which literally burnt my face making the condition even more worse. Wouldn’t recommend this at all. Thank you 🙏🏻

Can’t believe how can this clinic be a 4.4 rated. I went there for my face pigmentation. But they told me to take a generic whitening peel treatment which costed ~50k. It did not improve my skin even little bit. They make false promises. I feel looted and cheated. Don’t do the same. They could not even identify my skin problem, let alone fix it.

A random receptionist treated the corn of my feet. Despite continuous attempts and visits to the doctor, the wound was ignored and eventually got infected. Worst set of pretend doctors ever. It’s disgusting how simply they ignore you as a patient. Get some real doctors with real education.

I visited Venus Skin and Hair clinic for hair thinning and skin acne scars. Despite having health issues, they took extra precautions, which I appreciated. After 4 PRP sessions for hair, I noticed significant results. However, for acne scars, three CO2 sessions yielded no visible improvement—literally 0%. When I reached out to Dr. Venu about this, instead of an explanation, she suggested a different treatment. I also found their prices significantly higher compared to other reputable clinics. In summary, it's a hefty price to pay, medications are costly with no discounts, and results are not guaranteed—especially with the CO2 laser treatment, which I strongly discourage.

This is my GENUINE REVIEW. Today we have visited Dr Venus. The way Doctor treated is not acceptable. She is using the mobile for long while we are waiting for her to speak up. It is protrayed in a way that she is not interested in talking to us and she wants to move us out as quickly as possible. We thought of explaining our problems, but she was not in a position to listen. Such a horrible experience. All I am saying is that her treatment may be good, but not the way she treat patients. Whoever is reading my review, please give attention to other negative ratings as well, they does matter to you. Even I too believed their more positive reviews than less negative reviews, so why can't we visit, but ultimately we become the victim.

Last month I went for a wart treatment had a surgery costs around 3-4K but with in 20 days wart appeared they should have taken care more care while doing it now it’s more pain on that place

After taking proper consultation and medication from Dr. Venus- Chandanagar, I am not at all satisfied with the treatment and the results are as shown in the attached pictures, My dandruff problem remained the same and did not decrease by 1% The feedback system is improper as well I am not having trees which can shed money so that I can pay you people...

I have gone 3-4 times for different reasons (Skin, Hair, Itching). My family as well. 9 out of 10 medicines never worked. Free follow-up consultancy is only for 10 days and they give doze till 10 days (To ensure no free consultancy). Mrs Venu has an urgency to take more patiens, so she hardly gives 5 mins (Doesn't even listen to patient concerns). Ratings most looks as brought ones.

This rating is for the the doctor Ganta Vaishnavi..She suggested a procedure for my skin problem..when I was in middle of procedure , the doctor left without informing me nor the staff...70% of the procedure done by nurse only..I don't understand how irresponsible she is....how can the reputed clinics hire unprofessional doctors like her...for OP also she did not check the skin clearly and did not even test it....I don't ever recommend her for consultation

Don't fall for the prp advise too easily.. do your research. I spent more than 40k in the span of 6 months and there is zero difference in my hair condition. When after 3 sessions i didn't find any difference, the doc then had an idea to advise me some tests which should have been the first thing. Nevertheless, 6 prp sessions as well as few shots of B12..showed zero benefit over my hair regrowth and no reduction in hair fall. Density and thickness of hair remains the same as it was 6 months ago, Even worse. Plus the last 3 sessions were really painful as it was done by a different lady. Earlier i was assured that considering my age (27) i will definitely have regrowth of hair, guess that was just fake assurance. Heard prp doesn't work on everyone, guess I'm one of them. But there should be a correct diagnosis than just suggesting prp.

For the first time I thought of ZERO star in Google reviews but couldn’t find one so I’ve give Dr. Venu Kumari a ONE star which I think is much higher for her treatment. I want detail my experience at her Clinic so that many may not get deceived by her rating which I think is completely fake review and rating…. Firstly, I was baffled by the outset of her Clinic and the Doctor pledge on the wall along with her degrees!! To add more the so-called ‘show-off’ and ambience of the clinic!!! The bewildered crowd in the clinic made even more confident that she’ll worth something…. The real story…. I took my daughter for treatment of a skin allergy! I admire the administration staff in the reception and their time skills as they don’t waste a second for the Doc as a patient is ready for EXIT, the Doctor rings a bell for next patient so that she’ll not waste a moment…. That’s the ENTRY… The real thing starts here…. This so-called Dr. Venu Kumari doesn’t listen to her patients at all (touching the patient is a nightmare, as she boasts on the walls that she’s a leprosy expert) maybe she thinks her own eye lens as an X-ray probably and deaf to the patient’s conversation…. I should admit that her time skills are too good that she hardly spent 90 long SECONDS on my daughter…. For which I am grateful as we were trying to explain the history she rang the bell for her next patient… I thought she better suits for a lawyer job than as a Doctor!! So kindly don’t believe the SHOW OFF and so-called ratings and waste your time and money! I think she better suits Village crowd rather than Hyderabad crowd as they don’t question much and just follow the prescription as her prescription folder says that Doctor is equal to God!! My sincere advice to those who want to visit is just a waste of your time and also hers as she’s busy that she can’t spare a minute for any patient’s agony! The decision is yours…. If are looking just show off you can go… visit and go away!!!

If there was an option of zero star, I would have selected that. I visited Dr. Venus Institute madinaguda, about 10 days back for a solution about my daughter's white hair. On the first day, the whole management was very friendly and helpful, but on the second visit, the entire team was rude, were not giving required information and were not responding to us properly. Dr. Venus was talking on her phone for most of the time and talked with us for barely a minute. She gave one word answers to our questions and wasn't interested to explain about the problem. There was significant delay in providing the lab reports as well. Considering my overall experience, I strongly recommend everyone to not visit Dr. Venus Institute.
