Great experience. One of the best clinics

Visited Dr. Shaheen for acne treatment. Madam is very patient to listen to us. She diagnosed it properly and advised treatment in a right way. My acne problem cleared in two month under her supervision. I am happy with her treatment. I also recommend her for skin problems. Clinic staff also received us very patiently. Pharmacist madam was also very kind and also explained us thoroughly how to take medication in a proper way.

Dr. Shaheen is absolutely amazing She helped me with a stubborn fungal rash and was so kind and patient throughout the process. She really took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable. Best dermat clinic I've come across

The best dermat clinics i have come across. I have recently visited this clinic and my experience was superb. Dr.Huma is very prompt to respond and a good dermat to all the problems. The treatment by Ms. MEHER is astonishingly comfortable and easy, she was very humble, friendly and had a lot of patience while the dermat process I've experienced. Highly recommended skin therapist.

I got done 3 MNRF sessions hoping to see the results, i wud appreciate the doctor and technician (Ms. Mehar )who did my session,and really made me comfortable with procedure and the follow ups.. i personally thank ms.Mehar for being understanding with patients comfort

The doctor recommended me carbon peel laser for my skin type. Allhumdulillah, my experience was really amazing, the staff member- Mehar has done ✅ my 3 sessions until now. I'm so happy with the results. She was very friendly, cooperative and did the procedure with so much care and patience. I'm really thankful.💯

Doctor is qualified but inexperienced. She charges a whopping 500rs for consultation!! And the medicines / ointments in the attached pharmacy sold by her have 20-40% markup. Clear sign of looting patients every way possible. My very simple visit cost me upwards of 2.5k !!! I will avoid clinics with excessive marketing from now on. Diagnosis of my skin condition was very surface level and reiterated what a normal person already knows. This is a classic sign of having theoretical knowledge but not enough clinical experience.

Strictly i wont suggest skin doctor total west of time and money i have spent both but no result very bad experience 😡 consider this is 0star one also the don’t deserve

Your indifference to your incompetence is amusing! Ofcourse what else can you do after the damage is done! The doctor couldn't differentiate between a skin tag and a mole. Burnt my mole! Also the place is really dirty and unhygienic for a clinic and machine used was rusty!

She is one of the inexperienced doctor I've seen. She doesn't recommend blood tests before writing tablets.. She gave me lots of multivitamins just after looking at my hair and skin. There was no difference instead my skin started becoming more rough. When I went to other dermatologist, she told me to get blood tests done. When I did my blood tests my vitamins reached toxic levels. She really commercial

Had the worst experience of my life.. I went to the clinic with an allergy but they expanded it so much and my skin got even worse after using their prescribed creams the worst clibic ever for the skin they worsened my skin.. Do not opt for this clinic.

Worst doctor, she is so inexperienced, she took 5000rs from me for Hifu and told me that my skin will be rejuvinated just after doing the procedure. But her machine was also not working properly and with so much breaks she did the procedure, there was no difference at that time and I even waited for 3-4 days for the result but there was no difference and my skin sagged just as before. When I went to her to complain she was not even sorry and didn't even return my money back I don't recommend go to her

Completely ruined my skin in just one visit. You would think with the way she talks she knows what she's doing. When we called to complaint they told us "some ppl have side effects" and to come and talk to the doctor? No thanks Not spending another 400rs fee for your ridiculous clinic. She prescribed me a sunscreen worth 700rs wth? When I told her I already use a sunscreen with spf 50+ for way cheaper, she dismissed me saying "it's not the right one". Inko toh bas apna manjan bechna hai 😐 she gives u irrelevant products that cost a thousand and WILL ruin ur skin. Please don't waste ur money here

Here is sharing my first ever experience of visiting this clinic (After traveling alot) After seeing so many good reviews and one of my friend's suggestion, Today I visited this clinic to get my HYDRA FACIAL for the first time. First of all, the lady who assists with phone calls and sits at that reception sounds arrogant. Her way of speaking is not at all polite. I feel customers should be dealt in a respectful, friendly and polite manner but her way of interacting with customers is not at all acceptable. Later I met with Dr Shaheen Mam and I discussed all my skin concerns with her. She listened to my skin concerns carefully and friendly. She also prescribed medicines and skincare products. Then here comes my most horrible and pathetic experience ever. After reading many reviews, I visited this clinic with a thought that doctor (Shaheen Mam) herself do the facial. After going there, I got to know she would be busy in attending patients or customers so staff would do the facial. I was told that staff would do the facial and doctor would help whenever she gets free and I agreed to that. They took me to Dr. Shaheen mam's husband chamber where the facial bed is full of dust. I am still in shock thinking about the lady (staff or assistant) who took my facial . I can't even express in words about her poor, pathetic facial service. I personally feel that she has zero skills on facial and even I believe people who works in small parlors will offer much better facial service than her. They said facial is about 45 to 60min . 1/4th time went in arranging the machines, 1/4th of time went in managing her burqaa, hijab and hair , 1/4th of time went in roaming out to reception room and chit chatting with the receptionist, only 1/4th time she took my facial. Using facial machines, she did some massage only to right side cheek (barely covered left side cheek) and it clearly shows she had zero skills in taking a facial. I don't even feel I had a minimum satisfaction of getting a calm relaxing n soothing facial done.. The reason why I am writing everything in detail is no customer should experience the way I had experienced at that clinic.. Even I got to know from one customer that the lady who took my facial was receptionist (who sits at the reception) and she might have learnt how to do facial just to assist doctor whenever doctor is busy with attending the patients. Don't know how much it is true... Even there is no proper management of seating or place for ladies and gents. Boys may come unexpectedly inside her husband's cabin while facial is going on inside and this is so so disgusting I am completely out of words and so saddened after taking my first ever hydra facial in my life. So so PATHETIC, HORRIBLE and WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Even there is no glow or minor change on my face.. Simply waste of time and money definitely for me I am not saying not to visit here but thought to share my experience here. May be some others might be having really good experience after visiting this clinic. I don't know but for me it's completely wastage of money. With lots of hope and thoughts, I visited here on my skin concerns. I thought I would become regular customer of them but I don't think after having this horrible experience I will visit here again . Simply felt 2.9k gone wasted today and got nothing in return. I am sorry but I am not here to disrespect anyone or anybody's work infact I am just here to share my worst ever experience coz after all its ones own hard earned money and everybody would feel same if hard earned money goes in vain with no desired results. It takes months to find a Customer but seconds to lose..

I was suffering from urticaria since 8 years,I took treatment for 5 months,but didn't got result,wasted thousands of money, she was just giving the same tablets every visit,I use to tell her to increase dose or give another tablets, ultimately she said go for homeopathy treatment or someother Just running the clinic by making fool Won't recommend for skin allergy treatment

Not happy with the service recieved. Got my warts removed and now I am left with spots on my face. When ever I call the Dr, they ask me to visit the clinic. The Dr is not sure why there are marks after the removal. Plus the lady who sells the medicine is very rude. I do not recommend this clinic. What's the point of getting a treatment done when you can can't speak to the Dr even in an emergency

Am visiting since 1/half month . I have seen 1st doctor who doing hair treatment without seeing scalp with out prp treatment she thought to cure on just 5% solution lol 👎🏻 And she has given me a skin treatment also which she told me that this black spots will vanish after a month and still no changes in my skin Worst experience ever Wasted my time and money 👎🏻

Pls do not take children to her clinic it's a humble request as i a Had a very pathetic experience at Dr shaheens clinic....i took my nephew to her clinic for skin allergy who is 10 months old but she prescribed some medication due to which it got severe.... without even examining properly what exactly the problem is she prescribed something which she was not supposed to and he suffered severe infection because of the ointment which she prescribed to him....after her i visited two clinic's one was general physician but she quickly recognised that he has some allergy and the medication which she prescribed should not be gievn to babies then she prescribed some ointment which was really worth for temperory relief and she advised to consult some dermatologist later on we consulted Dr syeda nikhat at Banjara hills she really understood what my nehew was going through and prescribed proper medication alhamdulillah.....

Took my wife there, and spent about Rs 5000, in treatment, things got even worse, then doc suggested to check with her husband who is an endocrinologist, he treats hormonal imbalance... I feel cheated. Reply to your response: In that case you could have aked to check with endocrinologist, why spent another 3000 on laser treatmenta and then referred to endocrinology.

The way doctor speaks is the worst in the world, quality service was extremely poor, it’s my opinion it might differ for others…authentic feedback I don’t prefer to give a detail feedback step by step what others have shared in the recent comments,
