I'm a veterinarian. I do all my work in the sun. My skin was completely damaged, black, and pimples were appearing. That's when I found out about Hair O Craft. I researched and contacted them many times. So one day I decided to go and when I reached them, they told me that when my blood was checked, fatty liver had reached the third stage. So I consulted the doctor at BMH Hospital and as per the advice of the doctor and my friends, I decided to take IV. I took six doses of IV and everything changed. The whitening was completely gone. I was very tired and had problems falling asleep quickly. Apart from that, I had become very fat. Fatty liver changed to stage 0. I lost a lot of weight and was very happy. I repeated there and I am very happy. Similarly, the skin doctor there, Athirah, is very soft and explains everything to us in a very good way and takes care of us very well. While I was doing this, she gave me one or two offers and was very helpful to me. In addition, there is a nurse who helped me do the treatment there, Shrishma, who also helped me in a very good way. Similarly, Aiswarya is the one who helps me to repeat my repeat at the correct time. She is a customer relation executive girl and she was helping me very well. A big salute to all the staff there and to everyone I mentioned.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Despite an appointment and prior notification about my busy schedule, they were 30 minutes late and only saw me after causing a scene. The prescribed medication and costly blood tests totaling approximately ~5000rs (300inr consultation, 2100rs in medications, 2500rs for bloodwork’s) were not comprehensive, as they later mentioned an additional forgotten test, resulting in more expenses. The lack of communication and additional costs have left me with a significant financial loss. I wouldn't trust them with my health, given this experience and super sloppy. Stay away.

Very bad after sale service, never responded properly or even inquired about the surgery and the growth , and after a year the transplanted hairs starts losing strength and there becomes a gap. I will not recommend this place

I had checked with them about the doctors to understand their expertise, but they didnt give any information. They asked me to come directly to the clinic. I feel lack of transparency in their approach.
