Terrible!! I had a terrible experience with their acne treatment. I used to have 1 or 2 pimples on my face in a month. But, after their treatment the acne issue got multiplied by 100. I had several pimples bursting out on my face and those scars are still there even after 3 years.

Very slow service. Even if you take an appointment they make you wait and won't be apologetic about it. This is a big lapse in service. Their prices are sky high and still service quality is poor. I would suggest it's better to go to other derma clinics in Viman Nagar and KP.

Writing a detailed review on why I would not be taking services from this dermatologist studio: I booked an appointment in June’24 for a facial - during the consultation (which was good) I was recommended and I agreed to go ahead with 2 sessions of advanced CARBON facial. Prior to the appointment I had spoken to the reservation desk and validated whether I need to stop my regular skincare and they intimated that I don’t need to make any changes. I proceeded with the facial and honestly I did not see any change in skin (brightness, whiteheads, even tone) but since this was my 1st ever dermat facial, I gave it the benefit of doubt that skin won’t change overnight (let me add, the whiteheads that were removed appeared within 48 hours, so my before and 48 hours pictures show absolutely no difference) I hoped that the 2nd sitting would give some inherent benefits. I paid for both sessions and the invoice was not shared on email, rather on Practo (in order to access the invoice, I would have to download the app and since I was using a temporary phone, I did not check the invoice believing that the charge would be for correct prescriptions) My 2nd appointment was scheduled on a Sunday (the gap between both appointments was approx 45 days and sadly I had forgotten the name of the facial I had undertaken in the 1st sitting) there was nobody available at the reception, no senior consulting doctor on the floor (1st red flag) The aesthetician assigned asked me which facial I was to undergo, and since I was unable to recollect the name, she said their records show I need to do Advanced HYDRA facial (2nd red flag). I did not immediately realise the problem. While cleansing, the aesthetician asked whether I had applied retinol to which I said yes as there was no precursor information provided on use of skincare. She immediately called in the ‘consulting doctor’ who said that I would need to skip some steps so that I don’t face extreme redness. I half heartedly agreed, but when the procedure started, there was slight burning and redness on my cheeks to which I asked for cool down time. The doctor was called in again and on further consultation with a senior doctor, I was asked to stop the procedure and come back after a few days and not use retinol before the visit. No apology for missing out on giving me prep information, no accountability on the mishap, no consideration on my wasted time (3rd red flag) I immediately downloaded the Practo app on my new phone and realised they have charged the invoice for 1 advanced Carbon facial and 1 advanced Hydra facial which is contrary to what was prescribed by the doctor initially (4th red flag) I’m sharing the photos for reference. Does this count as medical negligence? Please ascertain for yourself! I called them for 2 days in a row and asked to speak to the doctor - that is yet to happen and I still haven’t heard back from them on rescheduling the half done appointment for facial (5th red flag) I may not have experience in dermat facials as this was my 1st experience, but I now know that this is what I WILL NEVER WANT TO REPEAT! I’m waiting for the 2nd appointment to get done so that I can wash my hands off this dermat studio and take my concerns elsewhere. FYI, even if everything went well I’d say it’s not worth the 13K I spent here!

My experience with the skip peeling procedure was incredibly disappointing. Firstly in first session my face didn’t peel evenly, resulting in a patch and unsightly appearance. Furthermore, lack of follow up from the clinic. Another issue was lack of post treatment care instructions and prescriptions. Doctor didn’t explain the type of peeling they will be using. I felt rushed through the entire experience and was not given the opportunity of proper consultation before second session. Overall i am deeply dissatisfied with the treatment. I had lip laser treatment as well there it had no positive result as well no major negative result just one permanent pimple invisible from far. I would strongly caution others against undergoing skin peeling at this clinic and suggest seeking treatment from a more attentive and professional establishment.

My friend had high hopes for their treatment, but it turned out to be nothing short of a complete waste of time and a significant financial burden. They spent a whopping 80,000 Rs on a treatment that promised results but delivered absolutely nothing. First and foremost, the lack of results is the most glaring issue. My friend was suffering from a persistent skin condition and was assured by the clinic that their treatment would bring significant improvement. However, after months of following their recommended procedures and spending an exorbitant amount of money, there was not even a slight improvement in my friend's skin condition. It's disheartening to see someone go through such a harrowing experience, especially when they had placed their trust in this clinic. The clinic also fails miserably when it comes to transparency. There was no clear explanation of the treatment process, the expected timeline for results, or any potential side effects. My friend felt left in the dark throughout the entire ordeal, making them question the credibility of the clinic. To add insult to injury, the clinic seems to be more interested in upselling additional treatments and products rather than genuinely caring about their patients' well-being. It's evident that they prioritize profits over the welfare of their clients. In conclusion, I strongly advise against seeking any form of treatment at your Clinic. Their exorbitant prices, lack of results and overall unprofessionalism make them a disgrace in the field of skincare. My friend's hard-earned 80,000 Rs were wasted, and their skin condition remains unchanged. Save your money and your sanity by looking elsewhere for your skincare needs.

Horrible after support. I got dermapen treatment done before my wedding and got a lot of redness a day before the wedding event. The doctors do not respond/ talk to you on call for after care and support. The concerns are taken very lightly even after explaining the urgency of situation. You have to call the clinic n number of times to request a call back and response. Do not recommend at all for bridal care

Horrible experience! With the people there and the service. I had taken 3 facial package together, and eversince then I had the worst experience here. To begin with The receptionist is not at all polite, she doesn't know how to talk or behave with clients, she needs training or please hire someone better. Don't expect this from such a brand in Kalyani Nagar. Next, all my facials till now I had booked in advance and still was asked to wait each time for atleast 15 minutes. My facial had so many steps missed, plus the dead skin removing step was half done because of which I could see uneven skin tone. Highly unprofessional and unskilled staff. The main dermatologist doesn't even come to check-in or see the work done. Don't pay up blindly!

This is an honest review from a person who was very keen on getting laser hair reduction done since i have sensitive skin and cant shave or wax. When i found out from a friend about this place i was excited to start my journey little did i know what was coming for me if you are considering this place for laser hair reduction please read this review and then waste your money. 1. Honestly i went for a full body laser and not a single part of my body has seen any difference in my hair growth reduction. 2. Despite going for 5/6 painful sessions my growth is the same if not worse. 3. The doc who does it is polite and understands that there has been no difference but obviously cant do anything about it. She asked me for my hormonal test to see if everything is fine and the test were normal. So its clear that the problem is not me. 4. The place is clean and comfortable 5. The most annoying part apart from no results is the reception staff they never give appointments you wish for they never call back when they say they will confirm and call back and on top of that they bribe you to write a good review on google in return for your desired session appointment next time. 6. No follow ups on next sessions is ever done my last full body session is pending but I haven’t received any follow up call since months. 7. The only Good thing about them is when I told them i don’t need certain part lasered so rather increase my other part sessions they did that but i am still waiting to see results honestly for the money i have paid.

PATHETIC service.. I spent around 80k + for double chin No results at all.. and I wasn’t even informed about the extra GST charges before the procedure. Dr. Arshi will talk very sweetly with you until you pay and yes for the procedure after that she is least bothered about the out come after my double chin treatment which I did I wasn’t happy she wasn’t even bothered to ask. And the receptionist are extremely Rude. They back answer, never give the appointment which we want. We have to go as per their convince. I feel sooo heartbroken that I spent soooo much money which was hard earned money but these people they are least bothered and just want to fill their pockets. After spending more than 80k + and no results at all one knows how it feels. I would never ever recommend anyone to go for their services. Unless you have a lot of money and wants to do charity. Very bad experience. Went for total 3 times. Only 1st was an ok experience. Was made to wait so long for rest 2 sessions. Receptionist is rude. The main doctor doesn't check how the work is done. Only janvi does good facial. If I had to get unprofessional facial I would go to any other parlour. I have had good experience at so many other good skin clinics in kp and kln. This has been worst. Waste of my money

Writing this review 1 week post my hydra facial session. Had read alot about hyrda facial and it's benefits but sadly didn't see any results as such. Janvi who did the facial was very kind and did her job well. But unfortunately I don't see 1% difference post facial. Anyone who looks forward to doing this facial I recommend not to waste your 5000 for something that won't give any results. Better to get a normal cleanup or peel done from elsewhere. It was not worth the money.

spoiled my eye area completely they have zero knowledge about skin i feel, reading reviews i went here,there was small milia around my eye i wanted to remove it, so i asked them what we can do on it, they suggested to do laser treatment, i asked if it wont spoil my look or how much time it will take to recover they said 2-3 days, and its been week my eye area were i did treatment is still burned and it is looking very bad, lot of people said that wherever you have done the treatment they have spoiled it completely, plus i told them if it would take time to recover please do tell me that to, they said it will, n i got stuck here making the decision of doing it instantly trusting that they must have knowledge experience and after & know effects too. please make sure when you visit this do some research n study about any treatment.

I went to this clinic reading Google reviews but I was highly disappointed. The receptionist spoke very well when I told her I have come from another place so please co-operate. I wanted to meet Dr. Arshi or Dr. Usha as they are having good reviews. But the receptionist didn't tell me about them. Inside Dr Nausheen was there though her name has not given anywhere on their website or Google too. This is not good if you are lying to patients like this. You should confirm to patients about Doctors. Patients are going to invest lots of cost. Anyways the doctor listened me patiently I appreciate that but she didn't even checked me. Instead she asked me about my skin and prescribed lotions and facewash and immediately told regarding skin treatment package. Why so?? You should check patients properly and then consult them regarding problems and treatments. And still they charged Rs 500 just to prescribe and tell their package. I have later checked about the same doctor. I didn't get her name anywhere. You should clear with everything patient will decide whether to visit clinic or not. Why to cheat with patients? Highly disappointed.

Do not spend your money here. It’s the worst clinic I’ve ever gone to. I’ve spent 60,000rs here for hair laser treatment for my whole body, saw little to no difference. They told me they will provide me with extra sessions since the previous 6 did nothing but they never called. The last session that they provided was extremely painful and I cried infront of the staff and they lacked sympathy. The staff is unprofessional and gave me used sweaty plastic wear for the treatment. All of the staff that were present there in my room for the laser treatment were often seen using phones which made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to talk to Dr Arshi so that I can complain about these issues but nobody helped me to have a talk with her. Go to oliva clinic instead which is more professional when it comes to making a customer feel comfortable. They make all their customers write a good review don’t go for the reviews pls.

Horrifying experience ever .I would like to give -10 rating if i can . My personal experience was the HORRIBLE. i visited the clinic last year in which every session was peeling my skin and the last one was micro needling. after each peeling session the the breakout were gone for a almost a week then again back to square one . it went for almost a year which was expensive because each session cost you around 3 to 3.5k including medicine which you need to buy from thrm ONLY. the peeling session wasn't helping at all so i raised my concern to the doctor then comes the needling part .Oh man i would like to highlight their micro needling treatment.Please guys never ever do it i repeat NEVER EVER It leaves your skin with more scars and breakouts ever.when i contacted the doctor and showed her the reaction .she casually said apply some coconut oil on it .Their receptionist will ask you to go for their various available treatment and will make you more inferior about your skin than ever Please do your research before visiting these kind if clinic because they are just concerned about MONEY. I am putting this review after 4 weeks of laser treatment. I had 3 corns on my foot and did laser treatment last month at Kalyani Nagar branch. I was told it will get better, but it has gone worse. It pains a lot and a new corn has developed now. Really disappointed by the service.

I visited for dark spots now i have acne and dark spots because of the cream she prescribed. I have completed like 4 months using the cream she suggested me to apply for 3 month still no progress. I also went for hair fall issue I’m happy with the results. Not a total waste of money.
