Terrible experience! Did not take due care in listening to the issues at hand. Was advised a CO2 laser peel treatment that I underwent from her at Apollo which aggravated the condition. I was not told to stop using retinoids prior to the treatment, nor was I advised any proper after care. It has aggravated the problem a lot. If I need to personally research on the treatment care, what is the point of going to a physician! Shameful and negligent!

Doctor doesn’t give much time to the patients.. she does a quick check up… if the patient tries to explain his/her issue, she just wraps up quickly with her words with hardly any effort to resolve the issue, basically trying to handle maximum number of patients with 10% efforts..

Worst experience with the doctor. I wish i could give her negative stars. I went to her with my 6year old daughter for her molluscum. She was rude in handling with the kid. Since she was short of time, she ill treated her. More time with one patient is directly proportional to loss of more revenue from other patients.
The entire procedure which she did was a failure and trust me as a patient, i assure I won’t be visiting her ever again !!

Dr. Srabani Ghosh Zoha is probably one of the worst doctors that I have ever visited. Firstly, her diagnosis wasn't good, secondly her interaction with the patient was absolutely rude. She was very impatient to listen to the patient even her assistant was not so experienced. Thirdly, the amount charged was 1500 which was very expensive and not at all worth it. Overall, could have given a negative star is possible.

I visited (The clinic) in lake road, First of all i want to talk about the receptionist, THE REAL THIEF. I mistakenly gave her 500 rs. extra (I realised when i came back to home after checking my purse) but she did not back the money. Afterall the next day i call her she is like ignored me and always trying to prove me wrong. After all the doctor visiting experience is not good she(Doctor) did not even give 15 min. for a single patient checkup, Bad behaviour is bonus which i add. In my opnion (NEVER RECOMMENDED).

My rating for her would be 0. My honest advice would be if you are going to this doctor, you will end up wasting your lots of money and time. I have visited her with my hyperpigmentation on face, she made it worst.. I have spent more than 25k in 2months with all treatment, consultation, medicines with all in vain.. her medicine made my skin burnt and scarred. Later when i went to another doctor, she told me the medicine given by Dr Shraboni should never be used in face since it is a very strong steroid… now obviously, i did as per Dr Shraboni’s recommendation which made it even worse…She did wrong treatment, gave me medicine for herpes even without proper test.. I regret going to her, spending my hard earned money…

She is most horrible doctor I have ever met. I met her in Apollo regarding my mom vitiligo (Charak Rog) diagnosis. She didn't listen to me at all she just seen her and write the medicine. Whenever i tried to ask something she stop me in between. After 2-3 days treatment i called her because the patches spread in other areas as well. She rudely told me that I can't give guarantee that it will be cure if there is a cure why people walk with white patches.
I mean how she could be so stupid & illetrate. if she didn't have cure why she give the medicine and take the fees.
She should put a poster that I can't diagnose vitiligo.
I would repeat again she is stupid, rude arrogant and mentally unstable doctor.

Very bad doctor. Behaves badly with patients. Extremely poor treatment. I went to her with moluscums on skin, she could not even treat that. Did not listen to my problems also. Full of show off and has an irritatingly high air. Extremely snobbish as she has some foreign degree or something. Doesn't listen to problems well. That was my first and last visit to her.

She is one of the worst doctors ever. I visited her at EEDF and also at her Lake Market chamber. She is extremely high handed with very rude and rough behavior. She is a very bad listener. To add, her fee is also exorbitant. Never ever go to her and waste your time. Very bad doctor. I will never go to her again.

I would have not even added a single star but there is no option for providing a zero star. Extremely bad behavior and arrogant. Only money minded and does not treat properly. She always tries to keep her patients on hand with several visits consequently even though the problem/issue could been resolved by only a single visit. Not recommended at all for any skin related issues. There are several other good dermatologists in Kolkata Apollo Hospital but this lady, a big nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

She is a money minded woman and an absolute pathetic dermatologist! I had been to her to cure acne issues before a wedding. She initially promised to set it right but as when the acnes got worse she lifted up her hands saying she can do nothing about it! Would neber recommend anyone to visit her!

Worst experience. She had spoilt my daughter's skin by making a bad scar after unjustified electrocautery. She is overconfident & took decision on her own without discussing with us. My daughter had a small wart on her arm, now she is having a bad big scar. I am facing mental stress due her unjustified treatment. Very very bad experience. Vist fees INR. 1500 that too insisted to be paid in cash with no receipt. The doctor did not give more than 60sec of time. Started writing the prescription without hearing the problem. Suggested prp & mesotherapy, one of which comes for INR 6000 a session.
