When I started my FST treatment in July'24, my scalp was scanty and now in March'25 after my 5 sessions I am very happy with the results. My scalp is not visible at all. Not a good experience.. First of all they charge you 1500 for skin but if you have to consult for both skin and hair, then the consultation charges are 2000 which is strange.. As the consultation charges should be the same. Doctor also seems to be in hurry and hardly takes 2-3 mins… Not only this she speaks so fast while telling you the medicine & the creams and when asked to explain it again, she says receptionist will explain you the same.. On asking receptionist about explaining med, she said doesn’t you understood it by the doctor… While asking again then another receptionist explains the same.. But you doesn’t feel good and satisfied here as per the consultation you paid ..

Very poor service. I was prescribed Vitamin C by the doctor and just because they did not have the product, they sold me an alternate mentioning that it is the same thing. Later I realised that it was niacinamide which is for different purpose and was sold to me. They are there to sell just the products and services. Does not bother to explain anything. The doctor consulting for skin and hair did not even check with me on what routine/products I use currently. Ethics expected of a doctor is missing absolutely. Responding and editing my review again after your response below as I do not see an option to reply to your response. I was told that the product was Vitamin C only but a different brand. When we come to the clinic, we trust the clinic that what they are saying is correct and transparent. So I did not check ingredients until I reached home. Secondly as a dermatologist are you suggesting that Vitamin C and Niancinamide have same purposes and can be used by everyone interchangeably? I was not there to buy products but to consult for a skin routine. I do not need to spend INR 2000 consultation fee for buying products when I can get the products out in the market. Your team has made it all about selling any product. Your response has just confirmed clinic’s attitude towards patients.

I attended it for my skin care but very disappointed with the service.they did unnecessary skin service which r quite expensive n not much beneficial.it seems they care about money making only. Not recommended at all.

Please don’t visit her specially for such skin treatment, last to last month I visited her for my dry skin but since first day when I started the medication which was prescribed by her made my skin acne prone skin more worst then ever please please please DO NOT VISIT HER for such skin treatment or anything NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! worst experience i took fst and they give anesthesia before that even i took three siting package n third one idint go .... those anesthesia really left pain in my ear permanently ... those gave side wffect to my ears... and even i asked many time kya yeh anesthesia harmful to nai

I do not recommend coming here if you're facing hair fall issues. The consultation felt more like a sales pitch for her FST PRP Treatment (costing ₹15,000 per session) than a proper doctor-patient conversation. She didn't ask about any previous medical history, blood tests, etc. Honestly, she just asked if any of my parents had a hair fall issue, and that was enough for her to conclude that I have androgenetic alopecia. Beware, they'll try to sell you medicines worth ₹4500 for a month even if you don't take their FST PRP treatment. Politely deny if you don't want to continue the treatment.

I hardly write a negative review for anyone..but yes writing this cz i felt very depressed after visiting this clinic.First of all consultation fee is very high(1500) n if you consult for hair n skin both from same doc at same time ..they charge separate for both. N the no of medicines doc prescribed to me is almost 13-14(for skin n hair although I don't have major skin issues) n the bill is around 10-12k for medicines only.. some skin medicines are with their own label which cost you around 1000 which is quite very less in quantity. Also my husband took PRP sessions for Hair for almost 10-11 months n hardly seen any changes in his hair(after following up with minoxdil n other prescribed medicines too) ...the major drawback is when you visit for your Prp or any sessions their staff will force you to consult with doc(for which they'll charge again) n to pay for lump sum amount for your no of sessions mentioned by doctor. N also everytime when i visit their staff is changed.

Hii to all so here I wanna share my experience with you I got my hydrafacial here which is too expensive such a bad service I didn't get the result not glow,not any complexion if someone spend their money to the particular treatment after suggestions customer should expected the result after treatment. The biggest thing is that the doctor doesn't even come to see your treatment, only the therapist will do your entire facial and they really don't know how to do professionally such a waste of money really disappointed!!

Hi everyone, I visited Dr suruchi 3 weeks back with just mild pimples and pigmentation problems end up with many more problems now. I have spent total 5k for more problems on my skin? 😭people with sensitive skin like me please go here at your own risk. I am very much unsatisfied with the products given by Dr suruchi since I have visible white spots on my face now which is very ugly looking on my face right now. She took 1500 for consultation and just spent 5-10 minutes with me, didn't ask about my skincare routine. They are just doing this as a business only to earn a good chunk of money from selling their products. My money is gone but I don't want anyone else to suffer like me

Treatment Done: Laser Hair Reduction TL;DR: I got 100’s of black spots on my hips & thighs after the treatment and it took almost 3 months to properly heal. I am still dealing with mental trauma. If you have pigmentation or dark skin, please, please don’t visit this place. Experience During The Procedure: The person who did my laser was highly unprofessional. Firstly, they marked my entire body with a ballpoint pen, instead of a white pencil. Then she left a huge chunk of hair unshaven on my bikini area. I had to come in the next day to show her that she left an entire patch. The biggest issue was that during the treatment, I got around 100s of small dark black spots on my hips and back thighs. She told me to apply an ointment and it’ll go away within a day or two. After First Session: The marks were still there after weeks. I was continuously calling them and they kept switching my ointment/cream by telling me that the marks will go away within a week or so. After a month, I decided to finally visit them and show them that the marks are fading but really really slow. How They Handled the Situation: I meet with Dr. Suruchi and told her I am scared of taking more sessions as I might get more marks. She dismissed my concerns by saying that it had happened because I have “dark pigmented skin”. She started suggesting chemical peels and other treatments to lighten the skin. The problem I had was that she didn’t give me a proper reason. At first, she said that it's quite common and can happen on pigmented skin and when I asked her why wasn’t this mentioned during the consultation, she said that she has never seen or heard something like this happen to anyone. After a few minutes, she got annoyed and told me to take a refund if I am not happy with the service. I agreed to take the refund as I hated the way she was treating me. Then she offered to upgrade my package if I don’t ask for a refund. I declined, took my refund, and left. Current Situation: It took around 3 months for those marks to completely disappear. I went to another dermatologist and she told me that these are actually burn marks and the doctor shouldn’t have used such high heat on my skin. Now I am getting laser hair reduction done by another dermatologist and I have already taken 2 sessions. I didn’t get any irritation or even a single mark on my body after the procedure. So I don’t think the problem was with my “dark & pigmented skin” afterall. Advice for the Doctor: If a patient comes to you scared and concerned after a treatment, listen to them, instead of getting defensive. You might be an expert but you are taking our money and the least you can do is be kind. Also, if a patient is dissatisfied with one treatment, upselling other treatments doesn’t work. It shows that you are tone-deaf and don't care about your patients.

Consulting fees is high and made monopoly on the some of products which is too costly to afford which they take from the manufacturing direct. Every product is given at MRP. Doctor is good and knowledgeable. But they don't know how to manage crowd some people who are coming for treatment can take 20-40 min per person. They don't consider the time value of patients .One day i was sit with my family for more than 2 hr. Best for those people who are rich.

Very expensive. 2000 for consultation and then another 4000 for wart removal. Edit: I didn't came on Sunday nor it was a emergency and I didn't had genital warts. If there is a procedure involved, u have no other option but to get it done because u have already spent 2k for consultation.

I visited the clinic with my mother in law who is 70 and physically disabled. She cant walk or sit without help. With much efforts, she managed to visit the clinic for her skin condition. I was informed beforehand that its on first come first serve basis and we were okay to wait as long as she could sit. When we visited there were already 3-4 patients waiting. We expected a waiting for 15-20 minutes max.. 30-45 minutes...but we were shocked to hear a patient discuss with receptionist that he is waiting since 12 noon and it was 2.30 pm at that time. Hearing this I requested the receptionist to check if the doctor can see my mother in law on urgency basis as she cudnt sit anymore and was visibly in pain. The receptionist said let me check...but she never reverted...i guess she dint even ask the doctor and she was waiting for us to leave without treatment like a couple of other patients who left before us. Eventually, we did leave without the treatment. I cant rate the doctor because we never had a chance to meet her. The staff/receptionist could have been more considerate looking at a visibly disabled person who was also in pain because of her skin condition. They should have courtesy and some exception for elderly patients specially if they have disabilities.

Terrible customer service over the telephone. I would not recommend. REPLY: The initial contact with you is bad customer service.  You didn't call me back and you didn't reply to my message.  That is poor service.  I don't have to be a patient in order to comment.  You managed to reply quickly on google shame you couldn't reply to my questions on whatsapp. You have actually lost a potential client.

Recently I tried to get an appointment with the doctor but the lady on call politely declined saying that we entertain patients on first come first serve basis... So before reaching to the doctor I called them to know the expected waiting time, the lady on call confirms that there are 2-3 patients and it will not take more than 15-20 min. I reached to the doctor in next 5 min and again enquired from reception staff on waiting time, the lady on reception again confirmed that it will take 15-20 min only. Basis that I immediately made the payment. After that I saw that doctor is quite busy in handling others patients also who were there for major treatment. In fact they were on the priority list, such patients who came after me got chance to med the doctor before me. I waited there for more than an hour. Even after continuous enquiries the reception was unable to align the appointment. I could not wait for so long, so I decided to leave. During this time I noticed few things: 1. Staff is not professionally trained 2. There is no fix time to attend OT and general patients. The doctor keeps moving between these two sections. Obviously the major patients with costly treatment are on priority. 3. Doctor prefer to prescribed medicine which are not easily available in market. So you have to buy them from the centre only. 4. No value of patients time. This is my personal experience but I met 1-2 other patients also who were feeling frustrated due to above reasons. Hope the doctor and staff will notice it and improve on it. Thanks

I complete resonate with the experience of Pooja Verma shared below. Last month I used their services to remove a single mole/multiple freckles and then followed by a laser treatment to improve the skin quality and remove pigmentation marks. Though I do see that their is slight improvement in skin quality, I have now prominent BURN marks on my face. I saw marks right after the treatment, but I waited for some time to see if they gradually disappear. Even after applying the SPF religiously, nothing improved and now I have darker spots than before the treatment. When I spoke to Dr. Suruchi she got highly defensive and explained to me that due to the treatment my other parts of the face is brighter and the pigmented skin is shining through. OMG! Are you trying to fool me?. Maybe I do not have years of experience in this field, but I am fully aware of my skin. Now I have a dominant black spot and multiple spots. I have spent around 25k for both of these treatments. I feel disgusted and cheated. She advised me with few creams, but honestly I'm too scared to do anything else to my face. I am getting married in 2 months, and this entire incident is the worst thing that I could have done to my face. I cannot go back in time, but I'm using this opportunity to help you save your money, confidence and your look before you use their services.

I am not sure how people are appreciating them, I assume these all reviews are paid or promotional. Because When i visited Dr.Suruchi Puri First time she suggested laser treatment for skin and charges for treatment.They just wanted to get it done anynow without knowing my concern complety. As i paid for full face they did half of it due to beard. They told me it doesn't make any difference on beard they will do it, but in the process they didn't do that. On second visit, I did go with clean shave for the treatment, she increased charges for the treatment giving me an excuse they consider jaw line only for females because their face is small and male face is bigger than females. But she explained me very well with picture draw on the page saying till jaw line. I am very disappointed by thier work nature, I denied we had a little argument on the reception and than she agreed with my concerns and accepted with same charges. I paid again but I realised after second sitting is complete she ignore jawline and some other parts of the face again intentionally i assume. She charged handsome amount for this. Confirm everything before pay them. They change thier wordings quickly.

Actually it is a half star. The doctor may have placed a huge billboard of claiming to treat celebrities but one wonders if she treats them the same way she treats common folks like us. Her assistants charge you money before you can see her. She spares 2 minutes on each patient. And in those 2 minutes her constant attention is on the cctv camera monitor. She was least interested to diagnose my problem. I have a minor hair related problem. Instead of recommending medicinal treatment she stressed that I have to resort to expensive surgical procedures. She did not even recommend the diet to be taken or basic hair care instructions. A patient visits the doctor with a lot of fear regarding his health and condition. But if the doctor aggravates your worst fears I suppose its time to change the doctor.

She is extremely busy. Doesn't give time to the patient. The receptionist explains the prescription who also doesn't understand what is written fully. She will ask the patient to go under the knife and through several expensive procedures. She didn't even have time to clarify what she wrote on the prescription.

Guys those who dont know about the place, I will tell you please don't visit this clinic at all coz it's just scam going on here and nothing else. No achievement of results. They will only give you time when you will do the payment. Their complete focus is to take money from you. I took 10 sessions of laser from the place with their out dated suction laser, and you know it's so painful and at the end there was no result.... Rest you keep waiting in their premises, waste your time, it's up to you. There are far better options in Delhi for laser hair removal, rrp, mesotherapy etc, with good price and wonderful results.... Some of them are Dr Nivedita Dadu's clinic, which is the best... Rest upto you...
