Though I got a late call from the clinic staff for an appointment, I visited the clinic, I was a little bit sceptical but after consulting with Dr. Abin, my whole thought was changed, he is so polite and a good listener, he listened and understood all my concerns related to my derma issues and helped me to start my treatment in decent and streamed manner. I also thanks to their staff for guiding me through their registration process.

Incompetent Staff and Poor Appointment System
I had a terrible experience with booking at this clinic. I went to visit the doctor on 6th of Friday. but he was unavailable, so I booked an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, I arrived about 20 minutes late the following day, and they told me the booking was closed.
I explained that I had booked the previous day, and they could see the record in their system. However, they informed me that the booking closed at 7:15 PM. This is very strange—how is a patient supposed to know this?
Be cautious with appointments here, as the process is poorly managed, and it can waste a lot of your time.

bad experience . the doctor giving unnecessary medicine. When hairfall not cured, he was not ready to return back the medicine but finaly he took back , when strongly talk to them. The profile of doctor should be like a service to people also. ofcourse you can make profit but it should be resonable. Due to this experiance , i refused to go there

Doctor is good, Don't believe the timings given by the receptionist at the time of your booking.They told me to come by 7pm and made me to wait for 2 hrs.
