I had severe pain in my neck. I used to feel difficulty in turning my neck. Then I came here and dr told me it is cervical pain. It's caused because of stiffness in neck and on their advice I took 10 day strengthening here . After initial 2-3 days I got big relief in my pain and then regular strengthening to avoid future neck pain made my neck muscles stronger . I feel much relieved from my neck pain .
