Very Good treatment

Unprofessional behaviour displayed by the Doctor. I had booked an appointment at 7:30 pm at Annanagar Apollo Hospital. Instead of clearly telling me that the doctor has other commitments at 6:30 pm I am told by her assistant to reach the Clinic at 7 pm. I explain that since it is peak traffic hours the same might be difficult and I have been told the same in a very short notice . In between 7 pm to 7:30 pm, I get 4 calls from the assistant asking my location and asking my eta repeatedly. I explain at 7:30 that I am just 4 mins away and the traffic is terrible. Keep in mind my appointment is at 7:30 pm. However, on reaching the hospital at 7:34 pm, I am told the doctor has left as she had to go to another hospital and that I was the only patient in Anna Nagar Hospital. I wonder why the appointment was not canceled by her if there was so urgency to rush to another hospital
