Dr Mahima Wadhwa

My experience with Dr Wadhwa was great! She is compassionate, takes time to hear out her patients, answers all questions with patience and prescribes only what is necessary instead of giving tons of medications for no good reason. I started seeing acne treatment results within 2-3 weeks, and my treatment was completed today after 6 month, and I am a hundred percent satisfied with the results. For anyone going in for acne related issues, have no doubts, the doctor is very good at her job! All you need is to stick to the regimen and medicines she prescribes, and your skin will thank you in a few months (do not expect miracles to happen overnight though, getting rid of acne takes time, but you should be able to see the positive changes in 3-4 weeks if you do everything right)

They make you remove your shoes before entering 😕. I mean it's a clinic. Is it really necessary 😑.

Dr Mahima is an awesome skin specialist, she is so calm and compose and best in the business. I consulted her for my keloid treatment underneath my chin (very sensitive area) and she did a fantastic treatment. She is very expert in CO2 Laser keloid treatment and she also prescribed few ointment which did a wonder job in healing of keloid scar. I would really recommend people going for keloid and other skin related treatments. See the significant improvement in just 3 sittings (total sittings for treatment 5-7)

I have experienced very bad and unprofessional behaviour from the staff and i went for my 2nd consultation but because of rude behaviour by staff and doctors decided not to go for it. In my 1st consultation; i have paid 1000 for charges and receptionist told me that i can revisit again within 7 days for free and after that they will charge again, which is totally okay with me because that is the policy and i respect that. I went there on 7th day and there was another receptionist who told me to pay consultation charges again, which is very shocking to me, it was just a follow up and they refused to check me up, i understand the policies as i am also professional but miscommunicating to your patients and talking rudely is not the solution here. On disclaimer, and being honest doctor was good and professional to me on my first visit so i have no issues with her, thats why i thought of visiting again and i do understand that everyone is doing business here and wants money and no one is doing anything for free, but if you have told your patients that they can come back within 7 days and then you refused to check the patient leading to wastage of my time and effor is very bad service. Both staff and doctor refused to check me up and as per me i visited their on time. Being a doctor is also being emphatic towards your patients and follow your policies. If you have told me in advance, then i should reconsider my decision of not travelling so far. I am frustrated by their quality of service and way of talking to patients, in this case i was having problem and i am the patient here so why will i delay on my part and come later on, i travelled so far as per the communication given to me on my first visit, For future, though i will not be visiting here because there are numerous of other dermats available as well but please communicate before hand to all the patients so that they dont waste their time. I didn’t like this behaviour at all!

I took a laser hair removal treatment from here and I had seen hardly any results. Half of my body parts hair are same like before and half are left untreated calling them sensitive. And I also doubt they are misusing my pics which they had taken for reference purpose.

They are completely fraud. They trick you by taking full payment and then deny the sevices and not even give you the receipt. Also blackmail you for the pics they take in the name of showing results. Such a scandal. Be safe ‼️‼️‼️

I wasted my 5k rupees for no use,she did prp for my over my scalp just with 8 ml of blood..In 5 minutes time centrifugation was done and in next 5 min she did the entire procedure.. Even a one star rating is more than enough
