I first visited this salon for the skin consultation and post my consultation, I was randomly enquiring about the Laser treatment and I was so comfortable that I decided to go instantly, I would say I am done with 3 sessions now and I see the significant difference in my hair growth. I was treated by Therapist Jyoti in Khar Branch,. She holds 10+years of experience in doing these treatments and was quickly able to address all my queries. She made me feel comfortable and I now book appointment only when she is available. I must say no one is pushy to do xyz treatment in the clinic.. it’s our choice and I am so satisfied now that I have stopped going to salons when it come to facials and visiting only cutis frequently.

Good quality treatment for every client they receive at their clinic. Place is very clean and quite. Staff is very polite and always smiling in nature. They have wide variety of skin treatments including crystal facial , carbon facial and many more. Appointment is mandatory for each client. Very less waiting time.

Dr Zeba is the best dermatologist I have visited! She was very friendly and knowledgeable.Her positive approach to solving any skin concerns was refreshing and greatly appreciated. To say that my skin has drastically improved is a grave understatement. She managed to cure my acne and scaring in a short period of time. I have been with Cutis since 2012 and it’s detoriated and how , will just get my package done and never look back. This is for Khar Cutis review

I have took carbon laser facial -7 session with all required skincare but still it’s not at all worth it I have not noticed any changes specially for spot because I also took Q switch along this but no changes in dark spots. It’s not even lighter but the time of consultation Dr Nidhi told it will give you a alot of difference regarding hyperpigmentation and lighten your spots but no result came out . Also I have took MNRF SESSION but I can see no noticeable difference in scars depth. It’s not at all worth it. Extremely dissatisfied. Don’t waste a good amount of money here.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Cutis. Despite inquiring about the Crystal RF facial and its pricing over the phone, I received minimal information. The lack of communication extended to my appointment, where I was not informed about the costs until after the treatment. To my surprise, I was presented with a significant bill of 12***. As a loyal client since 2011, this unexpected expense felt like a complete rip-off. The absence of clarity during the call and the appointment was disheartening, and I did not anticipate this from Cutis. I hope they address these communication issues for a more transparent and customer-friendly experience.

It appears that your clinic prioritizes profit over patient well-being, and I feel compelled to warn others to beware of your money-driven approach to healthcare. Dissatisfaction with the laser treatment my sister receive on her front upper head, which was performed incorrectly. As a result, her hairline has been adversely affected, and she is experiencing significant distress. Despite multiple requests to contact Dr. Apratim Goel for on this matter, we were informed that we must communicate through email because the doctor cannot speak over the phone. This dismissive attitude and refusal to take our concerns seriously have left us in shock. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and raises concerns about your clinic's commitment to patient care. We expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Secondly-- I had no other choice but to keep coming to your clinic. My money was invested in these sessions, and I feared that if I didn't continue, you might block my sessions or make things worse due to my complaint. Your attitude was beyond rude. I admit your doctor called my sister, who happened to be in the bathroom at the time. I requested politely for a second appointment via WhatsApp, but you flatly refused. Your indifference is striking, and I'm not naive. I have no interest in intentionally defaming your clinic, but anyone in my situation would consider legal action due to your unprofessional staff. No excuses, whether post-treatment or otherwise, can justify the mistakes made during the laser hair removal.

Worse experience of my life. I visited cutis for my face treatment after doing the full consultation with doctor Zeba. I went ahead with Microneedling. My entire skin started peeling and exfoliating very badly. It even bled a couple of times even after this experience I kept quite and went back to the clinic to fix my skin and paid for another treatment. I went there for a facial to get some glow. Bcz I had a wedding to attend and my skin was in such a bad state after the treatment that I couldn't step out for days. To my surprise no one from the treatment reach out to me to check on me.. I deeply regret it was a waste of time. Money looting business. Please don't go

worsttttt exp in my lf i visited by seeing google review n youtube influencer but it’s was worst exp of my lf . they checked n precibed me medicine tat costed me 8000 n their consulting fees was add on n ven i applied over nyt thr was rashes n breakout on my face vich i nvr saw in my lf even thr moisturiser didn’t suit me n ven i cald & complain they added more medicine 2 it n wen i applied the new which she told no diff was seen . no refund no concern 2 cal bak n check whether thr patient is ok or nt waisted 10000 waste of mny tym n ruined the skin plz dnt go

PATHETIC!! PATHETIC!!! The most discourteous staff, no consultant or any specialist available at the clinic.. Ms GEETA was extremely rude. They took my appointment for the hydra facial for Bandra centre for 6 PM on a Sunday eve. Their staff took a follow up call with me at 5:30 PM asking me the time of arrival. After clearly mentioning them 6:15 PM due to heavy congestion on the road in MUMBAI , we reached right on 6:15.. they refused my appointment saying that we are closing early today. I checked their closing time, it mentioned 8 PM on Google.. also then why not inform me at the followup call itself then please don’t come. Why would I waste 1.5 Hours on a holiday to travel to this SHADY CLINIC. Post that they took some pictures of my face through a pathetic Vivo phone and shared with some specialist Dr Zeba whose phone was apparently switched off.. Later GEETA called someone false claiming client have too much acne.. while I am completely acne free from past one year with bit of scarring and take facials regularly and all the other skin treatments. Extremely wrong behaviour.. they need to respect the clients time and efforts. P.S. ALL THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND THE CLINIC IS IN A EXTREME SHADY PLACE WHICH YOU CANT EVEN FIND. Justifies the staff behaviour also in every way. NO SPECIALIST AVAILABLE.

this is warning message to all of you even if you are paying handsome amount they will keep u waiting for VIP's. they will open a door when your treatment on machine going on. no manners at all. they deleted all negative reviews and posting their staff's good reviews. so be aware dont waste your money here.

Your reply on previous comments said it all. Evidence based, really, but what about attending to faces you guys spoil and people who complaint. Are you guys gold standards, what rubbish ? When i asked for followup appointment, you all have blocked numbers. So, dont fake it. And yes, each review matters. And, in coming times, more and more people will post 0 star to you guys, like already many have. There is a reason normal people are having worse service experience. Why do you fool others, who are non celebs. The way you guys attend to complaint and talk rudely with customers, by giving fake explanations on call, who will want to revisit you guys, with the amount of arrogance you and dr goel throws on client over calls, who complaints. I have call recordings, which display your attitude to client, who complaints. And, you guys make sure that they do not come for followup. Your startegy is clear. Speak rudely to customers who complaint over call and deny any responsibility, so that taking arrogance in picture, who will want to come for followup. Good strategy of dr.goel. very soon, many customers will line up for 1 star reviews. Problem is, you guys do not care for low reviews. Only lick people, who help you market your empty clinics. Dr goel only picks call when she wants to get customers to clinic, not when they have complaint. And dr. Zeba, hope noone gives their precious face under your hands. Not recommended. Worse experience. They do not take accountability, when their treatment gave adverse reaction and worsened the face. And also, dr goel and her staff blocks the numbers, by putting the matter under the rug. Do not trust them. We visited bandra clinic and dr. Goel consulted. They are scammers, and out there to give substandard procedural treatment and is a product selling business. Dr Goel, has audacity to block numbers, if you complaint to them and ask them to fix or give solution for the damage, they deliberately make on face. After my experience, i feel they deliberately do things to make skin worse, so that you keep going to them to fix, what initially was not damaged. Do not trust them a bit

After various failed and botched up treatments a very reluctant extension of service was offered though not fulfilled, Dr Goel though very efficient, however front desk staff/ Consulting Dermatologists are not upfront with service packages. Two really good therapists are Hema and Shagufta who know their job. Best is to directly consult the head. Had to edit the review after recent extreme unpleasant experience and being cheated with services offered against packages bought.

Really bad service, no value for money and zero professionalism. The money paid was not worth the service, the appointment didn’t even last 5 mins, and they were moreover focused on promoting their facials or so and to buy the products from them which were prescribed.

I, myself am in healthcare. I had visited Cutis clinic 4 weeks ago and Dr goel and dr zeba consulted. They suggested to do MNRF treatment. And sold me many products post the procedure. By end of 3rd week, my skin got worse and new depressions on skin started to appear. When i directly contacted Dr. Goel and Dr.Zeba with the complaint of what happened on skin, Dr. Goel blocked my number and dint reply to the messages or calls. And Dr. Zeba, as trained by dr.goel, just tried to put the matter under the rug. These people only pose with celebrities and use them for marketing purpose. For things which go wrong, Dr. Goel take zero responsibility and will disconnect, without attending even once to the issue. Its a shame that doctors like her, are sustaining their brand, with this attitude towards customers, other than celebs. Kindly do not trust them. They dont take any accountability and are only friendly to celebrities. If anyone wants to play a blind gamble on skin, without responsibility taken, then risk with these guys. They are totally sick. Sending images of whatsapp with dr. Goel and so. The number you are giving in your comment, you guys have even blocked our number from that. So, stop faking that you guys care for a followup and so on. And who, will visit scamsters , rather a second opine would be better than visiting you briganders. Shame on dr zeba and dr goel. Change your clinics name to Celeb clinic only ( pose with us and we give you free sessions). And, help us to scam non celebs and never Take accountability. Thanks for blocking numbers. After one hour of waiting, I walked out of this place. If you want to see what DIFFERENTIAL TREATMENT looks like, come here with a free voucher and request for only that service (without spending anything extra). I was told wait for 5 minutes. After about an hour they told me it'll take 10 more minutes. Not just this, now for the really petty behaviour. While I was waiting, couple of other customers had been offered water. Few other customers came and were taken before me. Another customer comes in and was offered tea, coffee by Mr. Samir the manager. He looks at me waiting since 30 mins and after a second and asks me if I wanted tea coffee! After another 30 mins my patience wore thin. I requested Samir to take me soon because I have to be somewhere. He was so rude saying what can he do and that I should just wait if I wanted to be serviced. I requested to speak to a superior or someone else. He said there is no one - I am the manager! Cherry on top.. while I was waiting, there was a TV in the waiting room that treats you to gross videos of all kinds of skin surgeries and treatments. Pathetic - Dr Apratim goyal charged me a bomb to treat my skin pigmentation, after 4 sitting when she kept burning my skin & didn't get any result she said you have a deep pigmentation which is birth mark which cannot be treated, then why you asked me to pay 30,000?when you could not figure it out that if was melasma or birth mark.
